Chamique Holdsclaw Pleads Guilty To Trying To Shoot Ex-Girlfriend

(Entertaining News) Former Tennessee and WNBA star Chamique Holdsclaw gets caught up as she pleads guilty to aggravated assault, and trying to shoot her ex-girlfriend and WNBA player Jennifer Lacy in a car last November.

Holdsclaw was arrested last year for bashing out Lacy’s car windows, and firing a gun into the car while Lacey was inside.

She had pled not guilty back in March, didn't see how that was even possible when the incident happened in broad daylight, and there were several witnesses.

This time Holdsclaw pled guilty to 2 counts of aggravated assault, 1 count of illegal firearm possession and 4 counts of criminal damage.

Although, she won’t spend one day in jail though, Holdsclaw reportedly received a $3,000 fine, 3 years’ probation, and can’t own or possess a gun for the next 3 years.

She can’t have any contact with Lacy and must complete anger management, along with 120 hours of community service.

Jason Kidd Is Now Brooklyn Nets’ New Head Coach

(Entertaining News) Looky Looky... An agreement was finally made by the Brooklyn Nets and Jason Kidd to be the next head coach of the franchise.

The Nets are currently finalizing a three-year deal with the former NBA player. Kidd will be introduced as the head coach of the Nets at a press conference on Thursday

Kidd played with the franchise, formerly known as the New Jersey Nets, dating back from 2001-2008.

During his 19 year career, the PG averaged 12.6 points per game and 8.7 assists per game. Let's not forget that he's an ten-time All-Star who has never coached at any level.

Should BK Nets be concerned or have they made the right decision when naming Jason Kidd as the new head coach???

Dale Earnhardt, Jr. Signs with Jay-Z's Roc Nation Sports Agency

(Entertaining News) Shit's about to get real in NASCAR as Dale Earnhardt, Jr. became the latest big name in sports to sign on with Jay-Z's Roc Nation Sports Agency and the first from the world of NASCAR.

"I feel like my brand is well-known among NASCAR fans, but I want it to grow beyond stock car racing," said Earnhardt, Jr. "And Jay-Z is where it's at right now. I am excited to work with him and the good folks at Roc Nation."

Earnhardt joins a Roc Nation client roster that includes Robinson Cano, Geno Smith, Skylar Diggins and Kevin Durant. The Earnhardt, Jr. partnership could allow Jay-Z to make plays for up-and-coming NASCAR stars such as Ricky Stenhouse, Jr., Clint Bowyer and Paul Menard.

Jay-Z scoffs at those who suggest a pairing with Dale Earnhardt, Jr. is an odd match.

"Why? Why would you say that? I think I know why you're saying that," said the entertainment mogul. "I aim to make Roc Nation the premier sports agency. This is legitimate. You can't pigeonhole me to just black athletes in the three major sports. You might want to, but you can't."

Jay-Z also vowed the partnership would "be far more successful" than the recent hip hop and country collaboration between LL Cool J and Brad Paisley.

Earnhardt, Jr. said he is already pleased with his decision.

"Before today, I never spoke to a black person, so this is pretty exciting, this is something I can scratch off my bucket list."

New England Patriots To Sign Tim Tebow

(NFL) The NE Patriots will sign former NY Jets QB Tim Tebow and expect him to be in the team’s mandatory minicamp tomorrow.

The NY Jets dismissed Tebow in April after spending only one embarrassing season with team.

Before that he was with the Denver Broncos for two seasons and led the team to an AFC West division title and a playoff victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

This move reunites Tebow with Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, who was the Broncos head coach when they drafted Tebow in the first round in 2010.

Tebow will likely try to just make the roster as quarterback in New England as he will fight for playing time behind Tom Brady and his backup Ryan Mallett.

OH but wait... I thought the Patriots head coach Bill Belichick didn’t care for Tebow??? *scratches head*

Chad Johnson Sentenced To 30 days In Jail

(Entertaining News) Former NFL wide receiver Chad Johnson has been sentenced to 30 days in a Fort Lauderdale jail for violating his probation in a domestic abuse case against his ex-wife and reality TV personality Evelyn Lozada. A plea was reached until he "playfully" slapped his attorney on the behind. <------- p="" smmfh="">
Apparently, the Judge felt as if Chad wasn’t taking the case seriously enough even after apologizing for the playful slap on his attorney. His probation was also extended for three more months.

I fucking can't with this dude... His whole entire life has been ruined due to him marrying a reality tv chick... Mind you the marriage only lasted a month. This is some real Walk of Shame type shit he got going on.

The 11-year NFL veteran last played with the New England Patriots in 2011 where he caught 15 balls for 276 yards and one touchdown. Chad spent 10 seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals. After head butting Evelyn during an argument back in August of last year. She filed for divorce. That's when Chad Johnson was released by the Miami Dolphins following his arrest.

Sandy also said the players are accountable for the team’s poor performance, NOT the manager or the coaching staff.

To a certain degree, I would have to agree with Sandy... The Mets have been hitting, pitching and fielding VERYYYY POORLY. Granted they swept the NY Yankees 4 games straight in the Subway Series, but before that and now they've been performing like shit.

So making changes to the roster is in order. Now hopefully we'll see some more WINS and less LOSSES.

(Sports) Manchester City have reportedly made a €40 million offer to AC Milan for 20-year-old Stephan El Shaarawy, according to an international source from La Gazzetta dello Sport in Italy.

El Shaarawy, who scored 16 goals in 37 matches for Milan this season, is set to represent the Italian national team at this month's Confederations Cup.

Milan originally paid €15.5 million to sign the young striker from Genoa in 2011.

The Senators traded Sergei Gonchar's to the Stars for a ixth round pick in this year's draft.

In 45 games last season Gonchar recorded three goals, 24 assists and 27 penalty minutes.

The 29-year-old, who has 438 receptions and 4,848 receiving yards in his eight-year career, played just one game for the New England Patriots last season. Winslow had three straight seasons with at least 66 receptions and 730 yards with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2009-11...

Winslow enjoyed his best season in 2007 as a member of the Cleveland Browns. He caught 82 passes for 1,106 yards and five touchdowns.

Former Detroit Lions Receiver Titus Young Released After Serving 27 Days In Jail

(Entertaining News) Former Detroit Lions wide receiver Titus Young was released from jail late Thursday night after posting 10 percent of his $50,000 bond. Dude spent 27 days after he was arrested for burglary on May 11th... That's just one of three arrests in the same damn week.

The former Lions receiver has been charged with 11 counts of burglary, attempted burglary and assault on police officers, including three felonies, for that incident and another one May 4 when he’s accused of stealing candy, water and cigars from a Laguna Hills, Calif., gas station.

He faces up to 10 years in prison for those crimes, and another six months on two misdemeanor counts of trespassing in Riverside County, Calif., for trying to steal his car out of an impound lot.

Riverside County prosecutors are still weighing whether to charge Young with a DUI as well.

Kevin Durant Likely To Join Jay-Z’s Roc Nation Sports

(Entertaining News) Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant could soon join the Roc family. There has been rumors circulating since OKC were eliminated from the NBA Playoffs that Durant was ready to opt his current representation in order to go with pal rapper/business mogul/new agent. According to the rumors, Durant is prepared to sign with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation Sports as soon as he is able to.

Jay-Z has yet to sell his share of the Brooklyn Nets, so he would not be able to represent an NBA player until he would do so.

As for the news that Durant will sign with Roc Nation, it seems like a very strong possibility.

Basically, it's out with the old traditions and in with the new way of things... It would be a very good look for both Kevin Durant and Roc Nation Sports. Sometimes, the old traditional ways of sports representation isn't just cutting it.

(NYC Sports Talk) It was a high blood pressure afternoon on Sunday at the TD Garden in Boston, as the Knicks were beaten by the Boston Celtics in Overtime.

The Knicks now have a 3-1 Series Lead in the Best of 7 Eastern Conference Quarterfinal. Look, here's how I see the situation... the Knicks nor the fans shouldn't be feeling any type of way about leaving Beantown with a 3-1 series lead. They can NOW win their first playoff series in 13 years on the Madison Square Garden floor Wednesday night in Game 5.

At the end of the day they did great considering being down by 20pts and making an amazing comeback. Ya boy Carmelo Anthony led the Knicks in scoring with 36 points on 10-35 shooting from the floor. He broke a Knicks record by attempting 20 free throws, making 16. He added seven rebounds, two assists and seven turnovers.

Raymond Felton had 27 points on 10-21 from the field including 4-9 from three. He added four rebounds, three assists and three steals.

Knicks out rebounded the Celtics 54-40 and had a 16-3 advantage on the offensive glass.

The Celtics bench outscored the Knicks bench 22-7.

Not for nothing this was the first time the Knicks played a playoff game that went to Overtime since Game 3 of the 2000 Eastern Conference Semifinal against the Miami Heat. Lets gooooo Knicks!!!
