Many will ask, why choose a place so far away from home? My family is staying in Teluk Intan, Perak, which is about 3 and half hours drive( or 4) away from Malacca. Just one simple reason, I love MALACCA out of the 13 + 3 states and fts in M'sia.

I am going to do my industrial training in Malacca from Jan 2011 until June 2011.

I am joining the Pacific Foods' organization through Mamee's Factory in Ayer Keroh.

I am staying in a house which is 10 minutes drive away. Nonetheless, throughout the process of getting all the required procedures done, indeed I felt it is meant to be and is contented. Really, this question always pops out whenever I scoop or pick the ginger roots up. XD Just because it's hot and pungent, that does not mean that ginger are just for flavor and aroma purposes. If you chew it, it actually is spicy and SWEET. =) Ginger, ginger, ginger. Something I've grown up eating, and something I've learnt to love after living far away from home. XD I especially love its combination with the angelica root (dang gui). The fragrance, the taste, and of course not forgetting their health benefits, often believed by the chinese culture. And of course, I consume the dried ones.

Here are some benefits of wolfberries:

Improves vision. It contains zeaxanthin which concentrates in the macular pigment of the eye, in help to protect the retina. Take very concentrated amount of this if you have serious eye problems. Highly recommended for those who loves to read(24/7) and those facing with screens all day long.

As an antioxidant. With large amounts of beta carotene, lycopene, Vit. C, they are used in the fatty sheaths of the eye and help to protect the eye. Plus help preventing free radical damage or our cells. (we are exposed to radiation everday)

Strengthens weak legs. Calcium, and other minerals, wolfberries have them quite sufficiently for our daily intake. =)

And what about angelica root?

Warming in action.

It nourishes the female essence.

Tonifies blood.

Helps building new blood cells.

Improves blood circulation, ladies, do not consume this if you are having your period. You don't want to lose blood profusely, do you?

They have much more benefits and nutrient content as much as I love these herbs. XD Do google or read up about them from books. My affinity towards herbs started since young, and I never get tired or sick of them. And dealing with the fact that I'm far away from home and used to being pampered with home-cooked meals before I went to university, I had to strive with ways to nourish myself. Some might not bother of what they're eating everyday and some just love fast food and meals prepared outside in shops and cafeterias. Some even survived without eating much due to finance.

Honestly yes I admit, being pampered eating home-cooked meals, almost only, is not very good when comes to survival. But, those are the best. And I thank my mom for being so lovely. For the last two years I had headaches over my meals. I had the thought of surviving on bakeries and dairies to avoid buying meals from the cafeterias, but it is all in vain as I do crave for meat and vegetables, and not fogetting that bakery products make me FAT. And plus, I have a gigantic stomach which acts like a crazy tornadic blender. What I'm trying to say is that I need a lot of food from time to time. If I'm hungry, I'll go dizzy and crazy. LOL

So over the time, struggling to find ways to satisfy both my appetite and body, I started cooking and venturing into the usage of herbs, both eastern and western. Why? Simply because meals with herbs are very easy to prepare, and less time consuming. With those herbs, I can dump them with a chicken drumstick and some cabbages, all in a bowl and off to steaming with some soy sauce. And tara, I get very fragrant, sweet, and tasty meal with white rice for my dinner. =)

Or even, a simple ginger and herbs porridge with some nuts and vegetables. You can add meat if you want to. Well, all in all these two herbs are my main favourites. I do have lots of other herbs to share with you. Praise the Lord!!!
What obstacles?

It took me 12hours to travel from Teluk Intan, Perak to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. =.=''

MAS text me an important message only at 10.18am! My flight which is supposed to be at 12 noon was cancelled and transferred to the next earliest flight which is 2.15pm. =.=''

I got transferred like a pinball in the airbus! I asked for a window seat, so the computerised seat number given was 20A; then when i checked into the boarding gate, they changed another window seat, 16K. When I got into the airbus, someone was seating on it. Then 20F, then 26F. All occupied!! One MakCik even asked me, ''Dalam waiting list ka?" I answered '' Haha, tidakla.'' Look at that scribbled boarding pass. =.='''

Despite all these unexpected circumtances and difficulties, I must say I am blessed! Why?

Although it took 12hours of travelling, everything actually came in place at the very last minute. Thank God I arrived home(KK) before sunset. =)

Yea, indeed I'd been roaming around KLIA for more than 3hours. Well, yes, I am not the only one. And yes, I thank God and my mom. She stayed back to accompany me for the waiting. =)

Despite being so 'in the light' already, cause apparently almost half of the airbus's passengers knows that there isnt a seat available for me, I did not sigh out of frustration or had any curse on MAS. Maybe I was already tired waiting, so there isn't much to sigh about. LOL! But, hey, I ended up getting to sit in the business class! Yay. Just for RM138 I enjoyed the shortest flight with much entertainment and service. =)

So, I am blessed, no? It has most of the common functions, compared to a sony ericsson phone. Except the fact that it's camera is a lousy 1.3MP, real lousy, lol.

What attracted me most is it's dual standby mode function, which means I can use both my Maxis & Digi at the same time, yeap, receiving messages and calls from both networks, but only ready to receive one call at a time. Helped me a lot, I don't have to carry two phones around anymore.

Been using it for about two weeks, and it's getting cuter in sight and simply loving it more & more! Check out lelong or lowyat for more look alike phones with dual standby modes. I know young peoples nowadays have more than 1 simcard, lol. And there's a A08 with a 'shake it' function.

Here are the pictures of the my white A07 ^^, taken from google search.

I had to thank my mum for being there for me. I had always looked upon her for thoughts of the day, and i'm glad i have such a beautiful one in my life taking care of me. Of course, we do have differences and we do argue in times, but as we do, I grow. I thank her for all she's done. And upon all, I thank God for her and His protection upon her.

Just a tiny appreciation for her, I'm currently getting mood to focus in my textbooks! *giggles* Mind had been flying somewhere else *grins*..I'm fine and pink still, so don't worry. Singing it out loud creates a superb feeling. In times when i'm happy, satisfied, desperate, heartbroken, intensely dissapointed. No matter how good or how bad the situation is, He reminds me that He is in me, feeling what i'm feeling much deeper. Most of all i know He loves me.

There are many choices taken that failed myself and the people around me, the path i'm on may not satisfy all parties but it is laid this way because He's working His plan for me. I've surrendered my life to Him, and am proud that He's with me, guiding and building me up.

I might feel like to 'drop dead and die' at times, and be the one i hate to be because all things just don't work in the way i like them to be. At times when cases, lifestyles, things, people, and attitude that i like and love do not all belong to me or owned, frustations and disappointment will take me over. End up i'll hate myself and go worse.
Yes, but He who's in me made me new over and over again.
He made me realised that things must not always happen in the way i like them to be, but always in the way that i want them to be, yeap, there is, huge difference between both.

When i feel Him in me, nothing goes wrong anymore. Emptiness, disappointments and dullness which were once so intense will just disappear. That's the love and healing only He can give.

After reading this, i hope people around me that's feeling so upset, or disappointed still would let it go and live a new life. Close the sad book of yours, and write a new one full of hope and light. If only a certain chapters that are sad which gave you excuses to not close the whole book, easy...just tear off the few chapters and burn them away.

I do know a few that still couldn't start anew because they just wouldn't. I hope you will know Him too. With Him, nothing is impossible. Trust me, because i trust Him. Knowing Him is easy, but understanding Him and earning Him....?tough i would say, but it will be extremely sweet and everlasting..

Till then,ttyl.hugs.

She currently taking up this Gene Code franchise, which ultimately screens ur prints to analyse your inborn talents, behaviour and attitude. Quite accurate i would say

Although i haven't had my own report myself, but both of my brothers did. And yea, they are way accurate, to the extent of 90%, making me interested to have my own report to see what kind of inborn attitude i have.

So, the process starts with having my palm read, to find three points that would eventually join to a triangle. Well, according to the experts, if the right-angled triangle we get is the one tapering to a point, the it will mean that the person's a fast learner. If the triangle drawn from the points on the palm is almost a equilateral triangle, then the person's a slower learner.

Mine?hmm...there below. Saw the three points?

Then the experts will get the angle of the triangle and analyse it whether the person is a fast o slow learner, and how fast or how slow. Basically they'll do stg lyk this, with professional equipments and softwares...This below is just a rough draft by myself using editor.lol.

If the angle is below 35 degree, the person is a fast learner. Above 45 degree then the person will be a slow learner....By viewing mine above, erm....lol...i don't know yet. I have to send it to the experts for analysation. Then i'll tell u guys!lol

Then, the next step, is to screen the prints...all our finger prints. yea the 10 fingers. each print will be screen to see what type of pattern each finger has. Yes, for your information, every finger has a different print pattern, with maybe a few fingers having the same type.

Mine was screened yesterday!but sad to say, my prints are too complicated. my delta point ang the core point is too far apart. so the screener can't screen the whole thing. My mum said i have to use the stamp pad to stamp it on the paper and send the prints over instead. sighhhh....

So, i'm still waiting for my prints to be screen. Till then....i'll update when i have my report done...

If you are interested in knowing more about this gene code thingy, fel free to stop by at http://www.secondarystudentshelps.blogspot.com They provide you the most information there.
