When you ask a 12 year old what car they want to drive when the get older, they will say something like Ferrari, Lamborghini ,BMW

no one wants to drive a Prius or a minivan. But what happens in real life? The reality is most people don't drive Lambos.

1. They think BIG

=>They don't let their past determine there future.

=>They don't let realism stop them from dreaming big.

=>Think as big as you can; the idea of airplane was considered as an unrealistic thing until it was made. People will tell you that it is not possible to achieve but if you believe in yourself you can achieve anything.

2.They have GROWTH mindset

=>They are not afraid of failure, they see failure as a learning lesson not as the end.

=>They get inspired from other people's success.

=>They learn from criticism.

=>They embrace changes around them and react accordingly.

3.They have some sort of MORNING RITUAL

=>We are animal of habits, we are what we do everyday consciously or unconsciously.

=>All successful Entrepreneur, Businessmen know this and take benefit of this by creating a healthy morning routine.

=>A typical morning for an average Entrepreneur starts with visualization of goals for the day followed by some exercise to get the brain to its peak and ends with some daily dose of self improvement reading.

=> Here's how you should start your mornings.

4.They make time to READ everyday

=>An average Entrepreneur reads about 50 books every year whereas and average person reads 1.5 books which either sci-fi or romantic novel, whereas an Entrepreneur reads self-help books.

=>There are a lot of benefits of reading which is a topic in itself but by reading you are constantly feeding your brain with valuable information which will be useful to you at some point in life.

=>It doesn't matter however you read either a physical book or an ebook or listen to it in an audio format,what matters is that you should be feeding your brain with some information which will improve yourself.

=>So find time to read everyday for atleast 30 min or 10-15 pages.

5.They are very effective SPEAKER

=>Looks at Steve Jobs, Oprah Winfrey,Tony Robbins or for sake any successful personal what do they all master first? The answer is communication skills.

=>I don't need to tell you importance of communication skills it helps you to connect to the individual you are talking to and makes them feel important, it is the key to express your ideas in front of right people at right time.

=>Warren Buffett once said that taking a public speaking course of Dale Carnegie was one of the best investments he has ever made.

=>So invest in it and learn how to speak effectively and influence people.

6.Decide.Commit.Achieve

=>They decide on their life goals, write it down, find out what they need to do in order to achieve it.

=>They commit to the process and have a laser targeted focus, they remain consistent in their efforts because the know that half hearted efforts wont give full results.

=>And as a result the achieve their goals because the remained persistent in their efforts and believed the process.

=>They follow the path of a successful person, don't get confused here thinking that they just copy other successful people, they find mentors who have been there to help them in tough times to take some crucial decisions.

=>I cannot stress enough that if you want to be successful you need to find a mentor who is willing to help you throughout your journey.

=>All successful people have one or many mentors whom they have been following for long.

So you want to be an Entrepreneur, just to tell you that it is not an easy route that you have chosen so be ready for challenges.

Here are some things to keep in mind before starting your Entrepreneurial journey.

Learn to self motivate.

- There are a lot of ways in which you can motivate yourself. But at the end its your job to keep yourself motivated. I know that it is hard to be always motivated but here are some things which i do while i am feeling low in energy and i don't feel like working at all.

=> Think about your goal/dream. Where do you want to be in your life.

=> The best motivator can be your current situation, what are you going through right now do you want to change the situation, how will you change it just think of it and you will be full of energy.

2.Save! Save! Save!

-This is one very important step. Without money you will be dependent on others who will question your ability to return their money. Unless you are a real ballar start saving your money and don't spend on the stupid $1000 phone which will not change your current situation but make it worse. So here are a few simple steps to follow to rake up on your savings.

=>Find ways to increase your income/Find ways to cut your expenses, i'd recommend you do both the things to save a large amount.

=>Live below your means in other words make it a habit to live on 75% of your total income.

=>Other way to save money is to pay yourself first, when you get the paycheck first save at least 10% of it and the pay your bills that way it will prevent you from buying unnecessary stuff.

3.Learn how to sell.

-This is the most important skill you need to learn besides communication skill you can learn it in different ways.

=>Reading books related to marketing and sales.

=>Getting an online course/ attending a seminar.

=>Asking mentors.

-But it all comes down to practice you have to go in the field and sell stuff this like communication skill cannot be mastered by reading and listening you have to preform it practically and get customer feedback to learn it and master it.

4.Work for an Entrepreneur.

-The best way to get an entrepreneurial feel is to work with/under an entrepreneur.You will get to know the different problems faced during the starting of a company and to handle it.

-You also get to know who all to hire first, how to deal with setbacks, and how to talk to investors.

5.Networks,Build contacts & Relations

-Connect with different people, in different fields. Talk with other entrepreneurs, spread the word about the type of work you will do, let them know about your abilities.

-Your Network is Your Net-Worth. You cannot survive without contacts.

6.Work 80 hours per week for 12-24 months

-Bill gates worked for 10 years straight from his cubical and didn't even took a single day off in his twenties.

-You will have to sacrifice a lot of things, no vacations ,no day off , no parties everyday.

-Hard work is the only way you are going to get to your dreams.

-Don't back down from hard work get used to late nights and early mornings, and being alone.

7.Learn to research and learn fast

-You need to learn how to do research.

-It is skill so you need to just research to get better at it. Find out all connection in your industry.

-It can be done in many different ways:-

=>Simple one to one asking

=>Surveys

-Don't be afraid to spend a lot of time on this step as this is also a crucial step for your company/product.

8.Build an audience

-It is very easy to make create an audience in today's world with almost everyone using social media most of the time.
-Use social media to your benefit, use sites like Instagram,Facebook,Snapchat,etc...
-Follow the rule of 'Jab,Jab,Jab,Right Hook'.Give out valuable content to the public which will change their life in any way before asking for something in return."There is never something for nothing". You have to give value to the people to build your credibility.

9.Learn your strengths in different industries

-Become self aware. You should be knowing about yourself; your strengths/passions/hobby, weakness/limitations.
-Learn about different industries you can work with. This is your part to figure out.

10.Put yourself in"Death Ground" situation

-Get your back against the wall and fight there is no backing out cause for and entrepreneur everyday is a death ground.
-Make a deadline and go and hit it even if you think you can't do it still go for it.
-Take up a project and go and hit it. Take that deadline that no one wants to take because they are afraid and go and hit it take up challenges that everyone is afraid to take and hit it.
-Make it your addiction to kill the deadlines before going out in the fields to fight fears that everyone has.Don't be afraid to take risks, stop playing it safe.
-Burn all your boats there is no return you have to succeed.
