E a professora doutora propunha a discussão das bases para uma proposta de matriz filosófica para o ensino fundamental e a educação infantil ancorada num currículo para a diversidade, a partir dos conhecimentos científicos construídos pela humanidade. Era uma discussão fundamentada no multiculturalismo. Não sou nada fã das leituras e proposições multiculturais pós-modernas... E, terminada a palestra, escrevi este textinho&amp;nbsp;que&amp;nbsp;está aí embaixo...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Currículo para a diversidade implica numa perspectiva de organização do trabalho a partir de &lt;b&gt;conhecimentos socialmente referenciados&lt;/b&gt;, diferentemente da exposição feita hoje, na minha opinião.&amp;nbsp;Imagino a imensa dificuldade de realização concreta dessa perspectiva, pois contempla, essencialmente, uma &lt;b&gt;outra concepção e função de escola em nossa sociedade&lt;/b&gt;. Penso que, na educação infantil,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;as &lt;b&gt;práticas sociais e culturais&lt;/b&gt; é que deveriam ser o "mote" para a prática pedagógica nas escolas (que até contemplariam um currículo para a diversidade). Jane Squires, uma das autoras do ASQ-&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt; (instrumento de avaliação do desenvolvimento infantil) está vindo ao Brasil, (Rio de Janeiro), no início de dezembro. A convidamos para vir à Brasília no dia &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;05&lt;/span&gt; de dezembro, segunda-feira, para fazer uma apresentação sobre o referido instrumento.

&lt;br /&gt;
O ASQ foi desenvolvido nos Estados Unidos por uma equipe multidisciplinar em &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;1997&lt;/span&gt; e, desde então, vem sendo utilizado em diversos países. É um instrumento de triagem que classifica as crianças em três categorias: i) necessita uma avaliação em profundidade, ii) monitoramento e estímulos adicionais são recomendados, e iii) desenvolvimento dentro do esperado/ programado. A metodologia busca investigar as cinco dimensões do desenvolvimento infantil: comunicação, motora ampla, motora fina, solução de problemas, pessoal/social. É um instrumento de baixo custo e tempo de aplicação reduzido (&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;20&lt;/span&gt; minutos), além de grande flexibilidade operacional, (pode ser
aplicado por pais ou cuidadores com a 4ª série completa). Apresenta boa cobertura de todas as idades da Primeira Infância (de&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt; 1&lt;/span&gt; mês a &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt; anos e meio), algo que é muito difícil contar com escalas para avaliar a criança até os &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt; anos de idade, e é composto de &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;21&lt;/span&gt; escalas: &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 24, 27, 30, 33, 36, 42, 48, 54, 60, 66&lt;/span&gt; meses. Cada escala é formada por &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt; questões/itens sobre cada uma das dimensões. São informações preciosas para nos posicionarmos contra a entrada (ou a volta?) da concepção economicista e desenvolvimentista no nosso trabalho.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&amp;quot;A avaliação proposta pelo instrumento ASQ-&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt; dá ênfase a aspectos “quantificáveis” do que concebem como “desenvolvimento infantil”. Partem de uma determinada leitura teórica deste desenvolvimento, e do pressuposto de que há um “desenvolvimento esperado” para todas as crianças.&amp;quot;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&amp;quot;Ao educador, alienado da sua capacidade crítica e da sua autoria como sujeito do processo avaliativo, cabe o preenchimento automático das “respostas” dadas pelas
crianças, para que os “especialistas e técnicos” da Secretaria de Educação possam aferir os “resultados”. Aqui, poderíamos pensar na velha apartação positivista entre os que “pensam” e os que trabalham; apartação que conserva o poder nas mãos dos que se apresentam como detentores do saber e, com isto, permite que as relações desiguais de educação sejam reproduzidas naturalizando-se a ideia de que há os mais “aptos” e os “diferentes”.&amp;quot;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&amp;quot;Em relação à aplicação do questionário as críticas do FPEI/RJ estão organizadas em dois eixos: a forma como tal instrumento foi imposto às creches e pré-escolas e o seu conteúdo.&amp;quot;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&amp;quot;Com relação à forma, a Secretaria e as Coordenadorias Regionais de Educação (CREs) ofereceram uma “capacitação” para os dirigentes e coordenadores das creches em que distribuíram um “manual de uso” com as orientações sobre o preenchimento do ASQ-&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt; e instruções sobre como responder “sim”, “não” e “às vezes”.  Estas respostas deveriam ser dadas, conforme o quesito avaliado, pela quantidade de respostas “positivas” dadas pelas crianças; em alguns, a criança deveria responder pelo menos duas vezes, em outras três, e assim por diante.&amp;quot;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&amp;quot;Outra orientação recebida é que somente seriam toleráveis duas respostas em branco por bloco e que o ideal seria não deixar nenhuma pergunta sem resposta, ou melhor, que não se deixasse de aferir os “resultados”.&amp;quot;&lt;br&gt;

"De acordo com o&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;Manual de uso do ASQ-&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;: guia rápido para aplicação do ASQ-&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;(Prefeitura da Cidade do Rio de Janeiro; Iets – Instituto de Estudos do Trabalho e Sociedade, &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;2010&lt;/span&gt;), o ASQ-&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt; “[...] foi desenvolvido em &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;1997&lt;/span&gt; nos Estados Unidos. Desde então, vem sendo utilizado em diversos países, como os Estados Unidos, França, Espanha, Dinamarca, Noruega, Quênia, Zâmbia, China e Coréia. Na América do Sul, Chile e Equador validaram o instrumento para avaliar o desenvolvimento de suas crianças” (p. &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;). Segundo o Manual, o ASQ-&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt; é composto por &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;21&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;questionários distintos, um para cada intervalo de idade. Desses questionários, &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;19&lt;/span&gt; são destinados às crianças com menos de quatro anos e apenas dois são voltados para as crianças com idade entre quatro e cinco anos e meio. Todos os questionários têm a mesma estrutura: são formados por cinco blocos, um para cada domínio avaliado do desenvolvimento: comunicação, coordenação motora ampla, coordenação motora final, resolução de problemas e pessoal/social. Cada bloco por sua vez é composto por seis perguntas, totalizando &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;30&lt;/span&gt; perguntas em um questionário. Existe ainda um sexto bloco o qual investiga “informações adicionais” sobre a criança. O objetivo é fazer a triagem de crianças que deveriam ser encaminhadas para avaliação mais cuidadosa seja pela possibilidade de diagnóstico de problemas crônicos de saúde ou por necessidades especiais."&lt;br /&gt;

"Diante da profusão de considerações geradas no processo de discussão da Rede Nacional Primeira Infância, Maria Thereza Oliva Marcilio (Avante - Educação e Mobilização Social; Coordenadora da Secretaria Executiva da RNPI) nos traz algumas questões que podem qualificar o debate: qual a concepção de desenvolvimento humano que está guiando a metodologia de avaliar capacidades da criança? Como estabelecer&amp;nbsp;indicadores de desenvolvimento infantil sem considerar contextos de iniquidade? Como considerar padrão um contexto cultural absolutamente diverso, EUA x Brasil? Como conciliar o conceito de diversidade e o de inclusão, expressos em diretrizes e normas de educação no país, com a ideia de avaliar habilidades e estabelecer indicadores de desenvolvimento padrão?"&lt;br /&gt;

Vejam só!!!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Agora que os &lt;b&gt;economistas e empresários&lt;/b&gt; resolveram que a educação da pequena&amp;nbsp;infância é "importante" e que deve ter a "atenção deles", possivelmente, um questionário de avaliação das crianças, importado dos EUA, e já implantado no município do Rio de Janeiro, será "exportado" para todo o Brasil.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
O economista do Ipea e&amp;nbsp;secretário&amp;nbsp;de Ações Estratégicas da Secretaria de Assuntos Estratégicos (SAE),&amp;nbsp;Ricardo Paes de Barros, que trabalhava no Rio, faz parte do grupo que está elaborando esse &lt;b&gt;sistema de avaliação da educação infantil no governo federal&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
No município do Rio, com essa "avaliação", apresentou-se, por exemplo, um&amp;nbsp;ranking&amp;nbsp;das creches com melhores resultados. Pasmem!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Os itens desse "questionário de avaliação" são de &lt;b&gt;arrepiar&lt;/b&gt;!!!&lt;br /&gt;
