The Motorcycle Air Conditioning System

The EntroSys Motorcycle Air Conditioning system comprises two main subsystems: a compact personal air conditioner unit; and a lightweight air delivery garment. Conditioned air - cooled or heated – is driven into the riding gear through an air hose. The A/C unit is controlled by a key-chain wireless remote control unit.

Providing a comfortable micro-climate under the riding protective garment facilitates a relaxed and safer ride.

The system is environmentally friendly as it is based on solid-state technology and does not use harmful gases, as do conventional compressor-based systems.

The Air Conditioning Unit

The EntroSys air conditioner unit is based on space-age solid-state thermoelectric technology and not bulky compressor base. Consequently it is compact, requires relatively low power that can be provided by the motorcycle electrical system, Eco-friendly (no harmful gases) and is very reliable.

The unit cools or heats ambient air, and there are several pre-set modes from which to choose.

The Air Delivery System

Cooled or heated air, generated by the A/C unit, is driven through a hose into the lightweight air delivery vest, to be worn under the rider’s protective garment. The cooled or heated air is distributed evenly over the torso providing a comfortable micro-climate within the riding gear.

For safety consideration, a quick-disconnect mechanism has been designed to enable the rider to disconnect from the motorcycle quickly in case of an emergency.

Remote Control Operation

The motorcycle air conditioner is operated by a key-chain wireless remote control. At a press of the button the A/C changes modes between different cooling and heating modes.

Quick and Easy Installation

Installation is straightforward and easy.

Our motorcycle air conditioning unit can be mounted on most any rack the motorcycle has with our universal adapter. Or, we have developed a ”soft” mount for easy and flexible mounting on the rack, back seat or elsewhere. And you can simply take the unit with you or stow it in onboard cases.

The power is drawn from the bike’s electrical system only. Connect the power cable directly to the battery. Note that you should check that your motorcycle’s alternator is strong enough to power the A/C. Our current A/C model is designed for heavyweight bikes with engine size larger than 650 cc.
