Gan Lulu is now one of the most googled girls in the Chinese part of Internet. This time last year no one actually knew her. She was just an ordinary girl living by her mother in Beijing. Last February Gan Lulu’s mom took a video of her taking a shower and posted it to Youtube. The mother was saying that her daughter Gan would turn 26 year old this year and she still didn’t have a boyfriend and never had one. Two weeks later Gan Lulu became an Internet celebrity. Her photos have been published in all major Chinese magazines, she was invited to dozens of TV shows. But I still wonder why Gan Lulu couldn’t find a boyfriend without the help of her mother. Cubic Houses, Rotterdam, Netherlands

Piet Blom had an idea of cubic houses in 1970s. Some of them were built in Helmond and when Rotterdam city asked him to build housing on top of a pedestrian bridge he chose this concept.

Dancing Building, Prague, Czech Republic

The ‘Dancing Building’ is a nickname given to Nationale-Nederlanden building that is located in Prague’s downtown. Designed by Croatian-Czech architect Vlado Milunić in collaboration with Canadian Frank Gehry the building was completed in 1996. The building was built instead of the one that was destroyed during Bombing of Prague in 1945.

Samsung Galaxy Y DUOS and Galaxy Y Pro DUOS are smartphones based on Android, equipped with dual-SIM support.

Galaxy Y DUOS is a touch screen phone of 3.14 inch, with a 240 x 320 pixels resolution. The processor has a processor clocked at 832 MHz, running on Gingerbread version of Android. Its features include support for HSDPA 3G connection, a 3-megapixel camera and microSD slot for storage expansion.

From the pre-installed applications we can find the ChatON client, Samsung alternative for instant messaging sessions and Social Hub, an application that provides access to social networking, email and instant messaging, presenting information in a single Inbox.

Galaxy Y Pro DUOS comes with a 2.6-inch TFT screen with resolution of 240 x 320 pixels and uses the space to include a QWERTY keyboard. The hardware offers similar features and comes with the same Android 2.3 Gingerbread system.

The package includes the Polaris suite delivered applications for editing and viewing Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF. Find My Mobile application is a service that allows owners of Samsung mobile phones to track a lost phone and if necessary provide an effective way to block the operation of a lost phone and even secure deleting personal information left in its memory. Social Hub Premium also offers access to push email and messaging services, according to the contact list and calendar synchronization between your phone and user accounts from MSN, Yahoo and Google.

Samsung Galaxy Y DUOS and its brother with QWERTY keyboard, Galaxy Y Pro DUOS will be available in Europe since January. Unfortunately Samsung did not give details on prices.

Initial Impressions of the Xyboard Tablets

There are currently two version of Xyboard, an 8.2” tablet and a 10” one too. Thinner than the original Xoom and more angular-looking, that is, more in line with the Droid RAZR, both the tablets are powered by a 1.2 dual-core processor, run Android 3.0 Honeycomb and come with 1GB RAM each. They are also equipped with the LTE radio, which is an added plus.

These tablets were released quietly, without much ado, just about the time the Kindle Fire came out into the market, also just before the entry of the Asus Transformer Prime.

Though they look stylish, the power and volume buttons are situated at the back. This feels really strange for a user. The other problem is the rather steep price of the tablets. Of course, LTE adds to the pricing factor, but still, we thought it was rather highly priced. On contract, the pricing starts at $429. An additional charge of $30 per month is levied on this plan, which makes the total seem really expensive.

Right now, there is no Wi-Fi version. Maybe that would bring down the price a tad bit. We are also hoping that the Xyboard would offer Android 4 Ice Cream Sandwich at a future date. That would make the tablets such a pleasure to own

Singer Kim Tae Woo has kept the identity of his bride a mystery ever since he announced his marriage, but with the release of his wedding photos, Kim Tae Woo’s wife has finally been unveiled!

On December 26th, the singer wrote on his Twitter, “Thank you. Soul Shop Family. All of the preparations are over now. It usually takes three months to complete preparations for a wedding, but we’ve accomplished it in one. It was hard, but the past month has been so joyful for me. Now that I’m washed up and in bed, I’m finally feeling anxious for my waiting.”

The four attached photos show his wife, Kim Aeri, who is four months pregnant. Netizens were quick to notice that she was not only thin (despite the pregnancy), but also just as tall as her husband. The two met a year and six months ago through the introduction of jazz vocalist Yoon Hee Jung.

At first I didn't really get it either. Most people have two endings for this music video. Okay the beginning is that her Grandpa designed a boy to love IU and take care of the clock tower.
