If you decide to interview with such a company, ask many questions before accepting employment. Will you be paid minimum wage or commission? Are there company benefits such as health insurance? Will you be required to use your car with no expense reimbursement on a daily basis to do your job?

People who interview with Cydcor affiliates are told they have the opportunity to be trained for marketing, management, sales, public relations, advertising, human resources so they can open their own office. What the job seekers are not told is that they are trained to open new independently owned corporate licensee offices thus repeating the recruiting cycle.

Beware of invitations for an all-day second "interview". If you decide to go to the second "interview", wear comfortable shoes as you will be doing lots of walking trying to sell door-to-door.

Before you interview with Noble Solution, do you really want to earn commission pay by going door-to-door in low income neighborhoods to sell cell phone service to people who are on welfare, Medicaid, or some other form of public assistance?

The email that confirmed my interview told me that I would need to check in with security upon entering and show a valid picture ID. The security guard would then provide me with a visitor’s pass and direct me to their office. The day of my interview, the taxi driver dropped me off at the address on the website (690 8th Avenue, 5th Floor). The building was in between a souvenir shop and a McDonald’s. I saw about 10 people crammed in a dimly lit and tiny lobby (no security guard). I opened the door and there was a man in jeans interviewing the other people in the lobby, one after the other. I ignored them and went to look at the directory next to the broken down elevator. The sign said a company called EQM was on the 5th floor. Troy International’s name was not written anywhere. The man who was interviewing the others asked me what I was looking for. I told him Troy International and he said “It’s on the 5th floor. We’re all the same company.“

Pros – People who worked there are really energetic and awesome. Vince is a cool guy and fun to hang out with That is really the only positive thing about it.

Cons – Worst job ever. You basically walk door to door selling Verizon FiOs in all weather conditions. The pay sucks and is straight commission. If you do not want to travel around the state selling tv and internet plans, do not waste your time with this company

Advice to Senior Management – Tell the people who are interviewing the actual details of the job. The turnover in the office probably would be a lot lower if people knew what they were getting themselves into.

Cons – There are to many to event get me started! 1- They LIE!! It is door to door sales! Hiring manager does even mention door to door sales 2- Drive your own car! No gas reimbursed! 3- Work 60+hrs week. If you make no sales = no money!

Pay/Benefits: There is no paid time off. If you want time off, it comes straight out of your paycheck because you won't be in the field making sales those days. The pay is risky too. You can choose $300 a week + 25% of the commission, or 100% commission. Each sale pays around $100. If anyone cancels their installation, you do not get paid for that sale even though you have done what is expected of you. BBC advertises that gas is reimbursed if you make your quota. That quota is $700 a week which only a few people achieve. With all the money you spend driving to and from these territories, the pay hardly balances out. Not to mention, you don't have much of a personal life to spend money anyway since you're only off one full day.
