The new website features a Web 2.0 look and feel with an updated corporate logo.

Beyond cleaner aesthetics, the new website also features a live corporate news feed which allows visitors to subscribe to syndicated content. The feed will be used to disseminate important ETG news and announcements as well as useful feature articles pertaining to clean technology business development.

The website redesign was done to better reflect the direction of business development for ETG . "After reviewing websites of other environmental consulting companies, we felt it was important to set ourselves apart from competitors rather than conforming to the generic corporate websites common to our industry" said Paul Shipman, Ph.D., President of ETG. "Our company makes use of the best tools available through Web 2.0 technologies and we want our image to reflect this. We have set the bar very high with respect to the caliber and educational level of our personnel - it's one of our best selling points and it would be foolish to not emphasize this through our new look as we develop new business and services in the area of green/clean technology" said Shipman.

Web 2.0 technologies describe the host of web-based services and tools which may one-day make software installed directly on a local computer a thing of the past. The term Web 2.0 has come to embody the second wave of new internet-based business proliferation after the rise and demise of the dot.com bubble.

Work for the new ETG website was done by Ben Bennett at 29e, Inc. (29e), a creative solutions provider (http://www.29e.com) . "We provided Ben with the concept and direction we wanted to go and he nailed it" Shipman said. ETG plans to continue to work with 29e to keep the website updated and active. The webfeed will also serve as the source for press releases.
