Lord Shri Krishna:

The Biological Mother of Lord Shri Krishna was Devki. But due to circumstances she was unable to see Lord Krishna Growing up, and hence Vasudev(Biological Father of Lord Krishna) took the little krishna to Nanda.

And at that time Yashoda, the wife of Nanda, didn't think that it was not my son, and hence I will not take care of him. But instead she thought that it was her child and it should be given love and affection as every son receives from her mother.

At a very young age of lord krishna, Yoshoda came up with many complaints about krishna, being called as Makhan Chor. But at first she would be angry, but she would immediately forgive him, due to her affection towards him. She also gave him right moral values, due to which Shri Krishna was one of most Valued king.

In the later years, Lord Krishna treated both her Mother, with equal love and Respect.

Anga Raj Karna:

Karna was son of Kunti, the wife of Pandu and Rajmata of Hastinapur. Though kunti was married to pandu, but still karna was son of Lord Surya Narayana and Kunti. As she wanted to test whether her boon(which she received from Vyasa Rishi) is going right or wrong, she tested it. But boon worked and at a very early age fearing about whether the society will accept her son or not, she put her son in a small basket and put the basket in River Ganga. At the same time she asked Surya Narayana to put him Kawach Kundal(Armor which protected him).

Now after seeing the small baby all alone Adhirath and Radha decided to raise the baby, in spite of their situation which was not very good. And in later years karna was raised by his adoptive mother Radha. Radha gave him all happiness, strength, and love.

Due to this he decided that he will be known as Radhye(In honour of her mother Radha).

In later years, though he was with the Bad people due to the circumstances, he still didn't let the teaching of her Mother fade away from his heart. This is the power of the Mother.

On May 11,1998, india successfully test fired the Shakti-1 nuclear missile at the Indian Army’s Pokhran range in Rajasthan. Hence, Vajpayee declared may 11 as today as “National Technology Day”.

History
After 1974, india conducted , a series of nuclear tests in may 1998. the location choosen to conduct this was in Rajasthan, Pokhran. They did choose this land because it had been safest place. it had been barren land where nobody are often harmed. India conducted a series of 5 five nuclear bomb test explosions in 1998. It consisted of 1fusion bomb and therefore the remaining 4 were fission bombs.

These Pokhran 11 nuclear test was divided into two phases. the primary phase was conducted on May 11, 1998 and therefore the second phase was conducted on May 13,1998 with the continuation of the planned program of underground nuclear tests, two more sub- kiloton nuclear tests.

Among the primary three underground tests, conducted at a depth of 100 meters, the primary , Shakti-1 was a coffee intensity (0.2 kilo ton) fission device that released less energy then the pokhran-1 nuclear test, the second , shakti-2 was low yield device(12 kilo tonnes) that released energy like the pokhran-1 test and therefore the third, shakti-3 was a high intensity (43 kilo tonnes) thermonuclear device or in popular parlance, H-bomb that released far more energy.

After the test had been completed successfully on May 13,1998. '.

The establishment of Red Cross day was made on the due date of birth anniversary of Henry Dunant. Each year on 8th of May world red cross day is celebrated.

Currently around the world, there are 190 national red cross and Red crescent societies

Henry Dunant was the founder of International Committee of the Red Cross(ICRC). It’s an annual celebration of the principles of red cross and Red crescent movement. In 1863, Henry duant and other 4 men in Geneva established the international committee for relief to the wounded. It was established in the year 1919.

India was also part of the 1949 Geneva Convention in which the symbol of the Red Cross and Red Crescent was announced to be used in the Army Medical Service.

The Geneva Convention was signed by the Government of India in 1950, 30 years after the formation of The Indian Red Cross Society in India. 10 years after this, the Indian Parliament passed the Geneva Convention Act of 1960 to enforce some of the rules of the 1949 Geneva Convention in India as well.

Every year annually on 7th of May this day is celebrated as “World Athletics Day”. This day was first celebrated in the year 1996.

The president of IAAF (international amateur athletic federation) Primo Nebiolo organized the first event. IAAF was first founded in 1912 in Sweden as the international governing body for the sport of field of athletics and track.

Several competitions take place on this day with the common types are track, field, road running etc.

This event is organised to promote sports education through practical and theoretical way. The IAAF organizes events for the upcoming generation. Sports competitions are also organized at school and college levels.

These events are organized to bring the sportsmanship in the students.

The first ever world athletics day was themed around the centennial edition of the Olympic games in Atlanta. Two boys and girls from the event were taken from each of the continental areas and we’re invited by the international federation to attend the Atlanta Olympics.

These practices were followed in successive years. In 2006, participants for the event were aged between 7 to 15 years. Later on, the age gap was changed to 13 to 17 years.

The severity of an asthma attack can escalate rapidly, so It’s important to treat these asthma symptoms immediately once you recognize them.

Treatment

Asthma can usually be managed with rescue inhalers to treat symptoms (salbutamol) and controller inhalers that prevent symptoms ( steroids). Severe cases may require longer acting inhalers that keep the airways open ( formoterol, salmeterol, tiotropium) as well as inhalant steroids.

An unknown person threw a dynamite bomb at the police as they acted to disperse the meeting, and the bomb blast and ensuring gunfire resulted in the deaths of seven police officers and at least four civilians, dozens of others were wounded.

The Chicago protests are now celebrated as labour day on 1st May . These protests led to many countries, including India following an eight hour work day. The first labour day in india was celebrated on 1st May,1923, in Chennai. It was organised by the labour kisan party of Hindustan.

What’s the reason behind celebration of workers day?

Before a formal labour day came into place, deaths , injuries and dangerous working conditions were very common among the working class globally. During the rise of industrialization, the US exploited the working class during the 19th century and made them work up to 15 hours a day under rigorous conditions.

World Telecommunication day has been celebrated annually on 17th May since
1969, marketing the founding of ITU and the signing of the first international
Telegraph Convention in 1865. It was instituted by the Plenipotentiary Conference
in Malaga Torremolinos in 1973.
Telecommunication: Connecting the World
Today , at the beginning of the 21st century sentences like this are uttered at any
instant all around the world. Fifty years ago nobody would have pronounced it. The
telephone was restricted to a miniority of people in the so called developed world
and it was barely existent in most parts of the world .
In the last fifty years , the international telecommunication union[ITU] has reported,
on a yearly basis, the penetration of telephones in the various countries of the world.
The USA progressed from less than 20% to close to 50% of the population and
almost 100% of house holds. Europe has been lagging behind but has been a close
follower, with higher penetration in the Nordic Countries and less in the
Mediterranean region, till the 1980’s.

Telecommunication services have been provided till the 1990’s through fixed,
copper lines . Their development was costly and took a lot of planning and time.

Panchyat raj is also called as self Government. They have their own rules and decision non related to the urban areas. The first constitutional amendment was made in 1992. Although it is based upon historical ammendment under the indian constitution. The recommendation of LM Singhvi committee [1986] was accepted. After all of study on this , the panchayats were divided into three parts as Gram Panchayat is under village level, Mandal Parishad is under block level and Zillah Parishad is under district level. It was formalized under 73rd constitutional amendment .Currently panchayat raj system is followed by all the states except Mizoram , Nagaland and Meghalaya. And in all union territories except Delhi.

The Panchayats receive funds from three sources:

• Local body grants, as recommended by the Central Finance Commission

• Funds for implementation of centrally sponsored schemes

• Funds released by the state governments on the recommendations of the State Finance Commissions.

Sources of income

The tax collected under water , electricity , mandirs and some or the other construction.

The collected money under land revenue is the other form .

Social and cultural activities can be encouraged through celebration of village fairs and festivals. Through such activities , village arts and crafts will get an impetus and the rural culture will get enriched.

Sachin Tendulkar life.

Born on 24th April 1973 in Mumbai. Sachin at very early age was not much interested in cricket. But on very fine day his Sister brought him 'Bat' which she brought for him while returning from trip. That one incident changed Sachin's as well as Indian Cricket's Future.

At very small age he had very good batting skills. When his older brother watched Sachin's cricket skills he then took Sachin to Achrekar Sir. This was second turning point in his life. He became a very good batsmen under guidance of Achrekar Sir. While practising with Sachin his friends always told that 'He was more Determined, polite while playing'.

Then seeing his Cricket Batting Skills, he was selected to play for india at very small age of 16 against Pakistan which had fast bowlers like Imran Khan, Wasim Akram, Waqar Yonis etc. Seeing this very young child when hit by Waqar's Bouncer Javed Miandad(Captain Of Pakistan Said) "Are bhai tuzhe toh khoon aa raha hain", but still sachin stood on crease and made a best 50 runs with his 'Classic' shots which shocked the Pakistani bowlers because he was just 16 and was hitting ball very well . This shows about the dedication of Sachin. Though he was blooded but still he played and also hit a half century on grassy pitch to great bowlers.

As years passes, the young 16 was now a Master in Cricket. Great Bowlers like Shane Warne, Glenn Mc crath, Brett Lee, Wasim, etc had been in very trouble since they were not been able to take his wicket. Whatever bowl the bowler bowls it would be a either a Perfect Defence or a Perfect Boundary.

As in every sportsman's life there comes a very high and very low moment. Such moment was before 2003 world cup as Media Critised him as 'Endulkar'?(Which meant End of Tendulkar?). But still he was very polite, very calm and he decided to give answer by Bat rather than Mouth, and he did it. He was man of tournament of 2003 World Cup with highest Run Scorer, though India did not win in finals, but it showed india's capacity.

Incident 1:
It was 2003 World Cup Aa tensed India-Pakistan match. All the Media, people have been creating pressure on Indian team for win. Sachin worked very hard during 2003 world cup, he got up early, exercised, practised batting,etc.
Before India-Pakistan Match Sachin spend 3 nights planning how to attack Wasim, Shoaib. How to defend, when to defend and many more. And after forst innings he didn't even talk to his teammates since he did not wanted to lose focus, and result was Indian Victory and Sachin's 98(Which he scored with injured leg). This was dedication of Sachin.

Incident 2:
It was India vs West Indies 2011 World Cup. It was an important match. Dinesh Ramdin bowed to Sachin, which cut his bat and catch was taken by Wicket Keeper. Though Umpire gave it a "Not Out", but still Sachin walked back to pavilion beacuse he knew that he was Out. He also thought that it would be injustice for the bowler. Such was the Honesty of Sachin. Later with Sachin's contribution India Finally Won the World Cup 2011.

Apart from cricket Sachin also helps NGOs. When asked why doesn't give all the information about helping to NGOs he told that "Helping should not be told to everybody. It should be done in silence. Only the giver and the helper should know it".

Many are such incidents of Sachin which prove why he is called Master Blaster, Little Master, and Also God of cricket. But it is not possible to mention all of them.

Liver is the 2nd largest organ of the body. It’s also known as the “ Master Metabolic
Organ” . It plays an very important role in the body. Liver controls the clotting of the
blood, sugar of the body, cholesterol . It also purifies the blood.
Liver is an organ only found in vertebrates which detoxifies various metabolites ,
synthesizes proteins and produces biochemicals necessary for digestion and growth.
It is situated in the upper quadrant of the abdomen, below the diaphragm.
It’s other roles in metabolism include the regulation of glycogen storage,
decomposition of red blood cells and the production of hormones.
Functions of Liver
The various functions of Liver are carried out by the liver cells or hepatocytes. The
liver is thought to be responsible for up to 500 separate functions. Currently no
artificial organ or device is capable of reproducing all the functions of the liver. The
liver also accounts for about 20% of resting total body oxygen consumption.
Features: The liver is large and solid gland situated in the right upper quadrant of the
abdominal cavity. In the living subject , the liver is reddish brown in colour, soft in
consistency , and very friable. It weights about 1600 g in males and about 1300 g in
females.
External Features: The liver is wedged shaped. It resembles a four sided pyramid
laid on one side.
Histology: Liver is covered by Glisson' s capsule. There are hexagonal lobules with
portal radicles at 3-5 corners. Each radicle contains bile ductule, branch each of
portal vein and hepatic artery. Central vein lies in the centre and all around the
Central vein are the hepatocytes in form of laminae. On one side of the lamina is the
sinusoid and on the other side is a bile canaliculus.
Portal lobule seen in human is triangular in shape with three central veins at them sides and the portal tract in the centre.
The liver acinus is defined as the liver parenchyma around a preterminal branch of
hepatic arteriole between two adjacent central veins. The liver acinus is the
functional unit of liver. Blood reaches the acinus via branches of portal vein and
hepatic artery to open into the sinusoids to reach the central vein. On the other
hand, the flow of bile is along bile canaliculi, bile ductules and the Interlboluar bile
ducts.

Every year on 17th of April “World Haemophilia Day” is organised to spread the
awareness about the disease. It’s a very important day for the World Federation of
Haemophilia [WFH] and the bleeding disorders community.
Haemophilia is a mostly inherited genetic disorder. This is a sex linked recessive
disease, which shows its transmission from unaffected carrier female to some of the
male progeny has been widely studied. In this disease, a single protein that is a part
of the cascade of proteins involved in the clotting of blood is affected . Due to this, in
an affected individual a simple cut will result in non stop bleeding . The
heterozygous female [carrier] for haemophilia may transmit the disease to sons .
The possibility of a female becoming a haemophilic is extremely rare because
mother of a such a female has to be atleast carrier and the father should be
haemophilic.
The family of pedigree of Queen Victoria shows a number of Haemophilic
descendant’s as the queen was the carrier of this disease.
This disease is also called as “Royal Disease”.
SYMPTOMS
The symptoms of Haemophilia depend on how a severe the condition is , but the
main sign is the prolonged bleeding .
The disease may develop in the new born babies too but the symptoms are observed
after some years.
This condition usually becomes apparent after a significant wound or surgery, or a
dental procedure such as tooth removed . This disease had two types HaemophiliaA and Haemophilia B

Treatment

It includes injections of a clotting factor or plasma.

A proposal was put forward at the 17th General Assembly of the International Association of Art in Guadalajara to declare April 15 as World Art Day, with the first celebration held in 2012. This proposal was sponsored by Bedri Baykam of Turkey and co-signed by Rosa Maria Burillo Velasco of Mexico, Anne Pourny of France, Liu Dawei of China, Christos Symeonides of Cyprus, Anders Liden of Sweden, Kan Irie of Japan, Pavel Kral of Slovakia, Dev Chooramun of Mauritius, and Hilde Rognskog of Norway. It was accepted unanimously by the General Assembly.

Almost it’s 100 years when this dreadful picture took place . Only a few minutes of

this day shook the whole the india . It’s was very critical situation for all to come up

of this.

At this time, India was the under the rule of British. And recently the world war 1

had also come to an end. The city Amritsar was under the rule of Lt. Gov. Miachel

O'Dwyer. And the protesters Satyapal and Saifuddin Kitchlew were arrested by the

British and were kept in a dharmashala. 10th of March even the Rowlatt Act was

passed and due to this the indians were at high boiling point . This act in india was

called as “Black Act”. Then days passed as it is , all the situation was under control .

On 9th of April, it was Ram Naomi , a traditional festival of indians. All the

communities joined the procession that day.

Then the day comes which yet threatenes the indians. It was Sunday, 13th of April,

an important festival of Sikhs . All the people had gathered in the Jallianwala Bagh to

celebrate Baisakhi. The Dyer couldn’t resist seeing the 1000' s people gathered over

there. So he took his troop to fire on the people. The firing took place for almost 11

minutes. 200 people were injuries and 100 were dead.

A night before Dyer had announced a curfew and banned all the procession. But

this notice was not yet reached the people. This is the reason why dyer did this

firing.

Remembering this situations makes each and every indian frightened. Many people

lost their lives. That’s the reason this day is known as

“ Jallianwala Bagh Massacre Day” .

Dyer was initially lauded for his actions in Britain and became a hero among many

who were directly benefiting from the British Raj, such as members of the House

of Lords. He was, however, widely criticised in the House of Commons, whose July

1920 committee of investigation censured him. Because he was a soldier acting on

orders, he could not be tried for murder. The military chose not to bring him before

a court-martial, and he was only removed from his current appointment, turned

down for a proposed promotion, and barred from further employment in India.

Dyer retired from the army, and he returned to England, where he died unrepentant in 1927
