<itunes:subtitle>New music from RPWL, Gazpacho and Imminent Sonic Destruction</itunes:subtitle>
<itunes:summary>The gremlins are back! Starting 34 minutes late due to the SAM Broadcaster software being difficult got the show off to a bad start, but new music from RPWL, Gazpacho and Imminent Sonic Destruction sure helped ease the pain. Hopefully a software change to an earlier version will help me get back in the saddle for next week's 400th show and eighth anniversary extravaganza. Thanks so much to the folks who were supportive and stuck around until the show got rolling.</itunes:summary>

<itunes:subtitle>My 400th broadcast and 8 year anniversary</itunes:subtitle>
<itunes:summary>Tonight's show was my 400th broadcast of Epic Prog. It was also my eighth anniversary of doing the show, so it called for a special show. The night was split into two segments. The first featured eight of my favorite bands that I've discovered since I started doing this show back in 2004 - from the very week I was slated to do my first broadcast up to now. The second segment featured my favorite epic from each of my "Elite Eight" progressive rock bands of all time. Thanks so much to everyone who has listened, participated in chat, emailed me and to all the bands that have put out so much great music over the years.</itunes:summary>
