Ive had epilepsy when im youg, it left, gave me migraines, than atabout 18, they came back. Than followed anxiety , panic attacks, short temoer, aggression, mod swings, im ocd , guess it feel goodbeing in control of something. Ive tied cognitive therapy, writing ost itnotes, etc but .eehh.
