I am pleased to show you some of the images from Jacy and Mike’s engagement session here in Austin. These two lovebirds are getting married later this year at Nature’s Point and I am really looking forward to getting to work with them for their wedding. Mike is hoot and kept us chuckling all afternoon. They are so natural together; it’s a perfect match!

I’m not going to lie, when Mark contacted me about shooting his planned proposal to his now fiancé, Channel, I was beside myself with excitement. I had never done this before and couldn’t wait to capture such a special moment between two people. Mark had chosen the perfect location, Hamilton Pool, and had the day planned full of fun and romantic activities.

When he got down on his knee my heart was pounding as I am sure his was too. The excitement in the air was palpable; everyone’s gaze caught in rapt attention on these two lovebirds taking a big step in life. The ring came out, voices cracked, lips quivered…. then a KISS!!!!

SUCCESS!!!!!

I want to congratulate these two on their engagement. They have such fun times ahead.

Happily ever after: Check!

I am pleased to let you all see some images from Morela and Tyler’s December wedding. They were married in a beautiful church and had a lovely reception at the Allan House in downtown Austin later that night. Love was in the air!!!

An island wedding; what a way to ring in the winter season!!! Kimmie and Michael’s wedding was a wonderful Island gathering of friends and family in what truly is one of the best places on Earth. The Virgin Islands are a beautiful serene place and I think Kimmie and Michael chose well in deciding to have their wedding on St. John at Caneel Bay Resort. The whole day was lovely. Congrats Kimmie and Michael!!!

Erika is a good friend from college and I am thrilled that I get to photograph her and Justin’s wedding next year. They are a natural couple, and we had a lot of fun shooting their engagement session. Lots of giggling, joking around, being romantic, and rockin’ it for the camera. More to come soon after their mini session in the Virgin Islands!!!

Caitlin and Stephen were married just a couple of weeks ago at Bella la Vita on Lake Austin. Everything came together very nicely for a very intimate and enjoyable wedding. You could tell everyone was really happy to see these two get married. We even got to do a little bit of light painting with just the bride and groom later in the evening. Enjoy the pictures!
