Stunningly rich illustrations by Alberto Cerritento. I really admire his artistic style, use of texture, and the vivid colors he utilizes in his illustrations. He can come decorate any room in my house with his artwork. You can view much more of his fantastic work on his site.

I recently launched a site refresh for an area hospital’s Heart Center. It is a hybrid microsite of sorts that brings together several new and innovative services all in one place. The refreshed site features new patient testimonials, a more streamlined layout, and a softer red color palette. My favorite part is that it is W3C compliant. A big thanks to our developer for taking the extra step to validate the site.

Full-size custom bass guitar lamp. I built the whole thing from scratch. It is 100% oak with the exception of the strings, pickups, and volume knobs. As the pencil marking on the slide notes, this was done for an entry level sculpture class in college. I was proud to have my work included in my professor’s file of student work. That’s where I got the slide from.

Having a bit of fun with type and came up with this little pink piggy. Constructed from different sizes and weights of Bembo.

Another blast from my portfolio past. A sculpture of my rocket ship lava lamp. It is slightly larger than life size and constructed from thin wire and solder. The real thing sits on my desk at work.

I was digging through an old box of art stuff and came across some of my sketchbooks. It was like a trip down memory lane. It has also inspired me to start being more diligent about carrying my skectchbook around with me. Expect to see more sketches in the future.

This study of the back muscle structure was done during a figure drawing class in college.
