This morning I had all sorts of plans but woke up feeling like hell. I immediately went to the medicine cabinet. Full court press, Mucinex, Claritin, and throat lozenges. Let's see if any of that does any good. It's a beautiful day here by the sea very cool last night and 70's today with lots of sunshine. Tomorrow, if I feel better, it's off to the local Gun Show. He found zip but the whole time I was there he kept saying the C word, cancer. Come to think of it he was saying it last time. Is that the only thing that could be wrong or is he trying to scare people to death? He then launches into a story about someone who had come to him that had bladder cancer, there's that word again, and just before they came in they had a clear ultrasound. Scary thought isn't it? The real question is how long will I live. If I knew that, I would know if it's time to retire. You see, this would be early retirement in a sense. I would be waiting two years before I could draw on Social Security and that would be early social security, reduced payments. I guess this is all for the CPA/CFP I employ but I know what she would say.
