Assembly and operation

（一）Assembly
  1.Insert the TF card into TF card slot(UN-included in this package).

  2.Installed and Fixed the spring clip, ensure the rear view camera was fixed in the middle , and safe driving position.

  3. Turn off the car engine, adjust the camera position, to obtain the best shooting range

  4. Check the machine is installed correctly, turn on the car engine, connect rear view camera and the cigarette lighter by vehicle charger.

Note / remark:
（1）Please installed  rear view camera recorder in right place with rich light and enough safety
（2）After correctly installation, LED of system will turn into BLUE color and screen will display now. 
（3）Please plug in car charger after the car engine start. 


（二）Function
 一．Video record
               Connecting the car cigarette lighter after the installation completed, turn on the car engine, the recorder will automatically turn on and recording automatic function, press OK key to exit video recording mode, and go into the video standby mode.{if no boot automatic, please long press button (2) to power on}.
 
Prior to the first video used, You must set up video parameter, and the operation is as follow:

（1）、At video standby mode, short press the key (4) 1 times to enter the the resolution select items, press OK (7) to capture resolution, short press mode button (3) to exit.

（2）、At video standby mode, short press the Menu key (4) 2 times to enter the set video length 1/2/5 minutes, press OK button (7) to select, after finished,press the mode button (3) to exit.

（3）、Turn off car engine, in 6 seconds, recorder and archiving will be saved and closed.

at VIDEO standby mode, short press the menu button (4) 3 times, will enter into the front/back lens switching (front camera / back camera / dual camera mode---PIP),press up/down key (6) and press OK key (7) to confirm.

Note: at VIDEO standby mode, front/back lens switching also can be press shortcut keys, press up key (5) select: front camera A/ back camera B/ dual camera AB. please note, when using back camera, make sure camera have been connected to hole (14)
                 
二．Photograph function
  1. at the video standby mode, short press the button (3) into the camera mode, press the OK key(7) once to take a picture, you can setup picture size, short press botton (4) into the resolution 1M/2M/3M,press botton (6) to select picture size, press OK key (7) to confirm.

三. Playback.
  1. At video standby mode, short press (3) 2 times into the playback mode, after short press OK key (7) ,you can playback the saved video or photo .
  2.Delete file: at the playback mode, select file, press key (4)  once and then press OK key (7) to confirm the deletion files.

四．Motion detect function 
  1.At video standby mode, short press menu key 4 times to enter the settings, press up key (6) select the Motion detect function, and click Open.
 2. Motion detect function: at the video standby state; SENSOR will start record when the object moved. during recording, sensor will stop if no objects moved in 10 seconds; if you want to exit, please short press menu button 4 times to enter the setting, then press key (6) select the motion detect function, and select close.

五．IR night vision function
   1. When recorder starts, by default, the night vision function was automatically on, inside of the Infrared lamp, these is a photosensitive resistance, it control the recording function base on brightness and darkness of the light. the sensors of infrared lamp will closed when detect brightness of the light, it will enter the night vision mode automatically when detect darkness of the light.

   2. Manual night vision function: when the recorder starts, short press bottom (2) to switch to night vision mode during the daytime, night vision mode will detect the surrounding environment was dark and automatically open the dark night lamp, improve the video effectiveness.


 六.Voice Broadcast function
   1.At Standby mode, press key (4) 4 times into settings, press up key (6) into the voice selection, Factory settings is voice playback with multi-languages support, at standby mode → settings→ voice out/tone, select open / close, press button (7) to confirm.

七.Multiple Languages
This product in multiple languages, Simplified Chinese / traditional Chinese / English / Russian / Japanese / Korean / (voice Broadcast Voice enrolled)

Default language is English
     At standby mode, press the menu button (4) 4 times into the language setting and select language.


八．Collision sensor function
  After start and during recording, in case of serious vehicle collision, the machine will automatically start collision sensor and the accident of a significant video files saved (this file will not be overwritten and deleted).Settings → G-sensor → 2G/4G/6G/8G (2G is the most sensitive)

九. reverse rear view during back a car.
   1.Please make sure the reversing lens have connected to the AVIN/DC, please hide wire inside the car, the back/rear camera must mounted in a fixed position on the rear glass, adjust the right angle. Confirm all installation completed. Start machine and press keys (5) switch to back/rear lens B, adjust the right angle.

   2.during the car is back, hanging reverse gear, this machine screen will display the real-time status behind the car, fully help to complete the car reversing

十．update time and date
  Before using this machine, date and time must be updated, in order to improve the effect, improve the traffic safety, carry out investigation and obtain evidence. at video standby mode, settings →date. press up / down keys (5/6) to modify date , the next option press bottom (3) continue to be modified, after complete press OK key (7) to save and exit.

十一．Loop video and rewritten video
    machine will automatically start the video record when connect the charger or car charger , it support loop recording and rewritten recording, file interval of 200mS-400mS.

十二．External camera
  when using external camera, directly connect the camera line 3.5mm, plug into the interface , a white logo will display on machine screen 

十三．Removable U disk mode
   Machine was shutdown, make sure connect the machine to the computer by USB cable, machine screen will display the selection (USB_disk, PC_camera, REC_Mode).click down/up key and select (disk) , U disk connection mode, then LCD will display the U disk icon.Read file from the removable disk , pull out the USB cable after complete, machine will be power off automatically. 

十四．net camera
machine shutdown state, connect the machine to the computer via a USB cable. screen will display the selection you want,the function mode is (USB_disk, PC_camera, REC_Mode).please choice what you need.

Note
（1）please set machine video resolution to VGA before operation.
（2）When  you  have  to read video files by computer, we suggested using "card reader" TF video files are copied to the computer.
（3）Camera are non-drive, without any additional search for driver

十五．Low level power detection
  When the machine was detected in low level power, LCD will prompt display the low level battery symbol, machines will be closed after save image in 15 mins(please charge battery ASAP).


KEY Features

①Power on / off function: long press power on for 3 seconds, machine will start, at this moment, the working indicator light (blue), LCD screen will display at the video state this moment; REC indicator light (blue) will blinking all this time, video recording is on going; and long press power key for 3 seconds, machine will power off, it will also stop recording and save the video file automatic, work indicator light (blue) and REC (blue) soon went out.

2.RESET key

①Function: in menu state, touch press key (5), to scroll up to browse the video clips;
②switch SENSOR to Reverse shot: In the standby state or video stats, short press the up keys, if want to camera the car inside, just switched to "Reverse shot" function.

how to deal with a traffic accident

Many drivers get confused and rattled when they come across, or are involved in a traffic accident as they may not know how to handle the situation. For your benefit please note the following. 

A. If you are involved in a traffic accident. 
(I) You must STOP your vehicle if: 
someone is killed or injured.
there is damage to a vehicle or any property.
an animal is killed or injured (Example : pigs, cattle, horses etc.).

(II) And you should not move your vehicle if: 
a person is killed or seriously injured.
there is a serious crash.

Unless:
with the permission of a police officer you are asked to move.
you have to save the life of others, put out a fire or take any other emergency action.

Otherwise, you can move your vehicle to a safe place to handle the follow-up work if: 
no one is killed.
no one is seriously injured.

B. After a traffic accident you must do the following things. 
(I) Exchanging particulars. 
Give your name, address, the car owner's name, address, and registration number to the police or someone who should have these particulars.

(II) Reporting to the Police. 
Call the police immediately in case someone (including you) is injured.
In case a vehicle or property (e.g. roadside facility) is damaged; or an animal is killed or injured, you must report the accident to the nearest police station or any police officer if you are not able to notify the owner or other responsible person of the accident. This must be done within 24 hours.

(III) Notify your insurance company. 
After reporting the accident to the police you can notify your insurance company in case there is a claim in the future.

C. A traffic accident without injury. 
Unless one party involved in an accident complains against the other party for contravening the traffic regulations, the police will not initiate an investigation they will only file a record.
If you want to file a complaint against another party for contravening the traffic regulations you should lodge your complaint with the Police within 10 days of the accident. If you want to make an immediate complaint you should report directly to the duty officer of the Traffic Accident Reporting Unit as soon as possible. You should have with you the following documents for making a complaint.
1. Driving License (Original and photocopy).
2. ID card (Original).
3. Vehicle Registration Document (Original and photocopy).
4. Vehicle License (Photocopy).
5. Third Party Risk Insurance Certificate (Original and photocopy).
6.Photos showing the condition(s) of the damaged vehicle(s). (Take photos from different angles. At least one of them should have the car licence plate(s) identified).

D. Prosecution of offences. 
When someone contravenes the traffic regulations, causing an accident, usually a summons will be served expressing the intent to prosecute the offender. Under certain circumstance the person concerned might be arrested & prosecuted. For example: 
* Dangerous driving causing death.
* Dangerous driving.
* Drink driving, etc. 

Upon receiving a summons you will have to attend the court on the date & time specified therein. However, sometimes you may be allowed to plead guilty by letter, this means submitting a written confession based on the details given in the summons. 

E. How to obtain the necessary information about the other party (vehicle, driver, and insurance) to be able to file a claim through the civil courts. 
You can obtain the above information three months after the accident by sending your request to the Regional Accident Investigation Division involved.
Noting completion of the investigation and the name of the driver being prosecuted, you can check further details with the Traffic Headquarters Central Prosecution Unit .

F. How to pursue a civil claim against the other party after a traffic accident. 
Civil claims can be made in the following ways:
1.If the amount of claim is less than the limit referred to in the Small Claims Tribunal Provisions, you can file the suit on your own without the help of a lawyer, although it is advisable to get their advice but, remember, they cannot, under the ordinance, represent you in the SC Tribunal, you must do that yourself.
2.Small Claims Tribunal. 
3.If the amount of claim is in excess of the limit of claim by the Small Claims Tribunal, 
(i) you can seek legal assistance.
(ii) if you cannot afford to a lawyer, you can ask for assistance from the Legal Aid Department. Details can be obtained from the Legal Aid Department Headquarters:
