Elevated silver and pathfinder element results are consistent with a strongly anomalous gold zone that extends west from the trenching and is open (as yet undrilled) further to the west along the soils anomaly (described in the news release of October 6^th, 2010). Highlights of the silver assays include:

Elevated silver values are associated with gold mineralization in 6 out of 7 drill holes as broad anomalous zones (greater than 2.0 g/t silver) with higher grade veining.

Pathfinder elements that showed an association with the gold - silver zones included a population of anomalous copper, lead, and zinc whole rock values, and a second population with anomalous antimony, zinc, and arsenic whole rock values. These values are reflected in stream sediment and soil sample geochemical anomalies shown in the earlier regional and detailed sampling programmes. The two populations of pathfinder elements suggest that gold was emplaced in multiple mineralizing events.

ESO management is very encouraged with this initial drill program as it confirmed gold-silver mineralization targeted on the western side of earlier trenching and the gold anomaly in soils that extends more than 1,600 meters (5,300 feet) along the height of land between the Kettle River and Yeoward Creek. Both of these are historical gold placer producers with their source rock being in the area being tested.

The multi-element analyses were carried out by ALS Laboratory Group, an ISO 17025 minerals assay laboratory. The 33 element analysis was done on each sample with a four acid digestion followed by ICP-MS techniques (ALS Group ME-ICP61).

A further drill program is planned, targetting a bulk tonnage gold/silver deposit that is to be hosted by the quartz stockwork veining, metasediments and the dioritic dikes.

In addition a, winter drill program is planned for the Mikwam (Ontario) Gold project in view of the continuing strong price of the metal. At current prices, a gram of gold sells for approximately US$42.

Mr. Stanyer has fifteen years of experience in the mineral exploration industry and has served as; a consultant, Corporate Secretary, Officer, Director, President and CEO to a number of public mineral exploration companies including Pioneer Metals Corporation (“Pioneer”), UEX Corporation (“UEX”), and Northern Continental Resources Inc. (“NCR”).

Mr. Stanyer began his career with Pioneer which was a Gold, Base Metal and Uranium Exploration Company with properties in New Mexico, BC, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. In 1999, Pioneer signed an option agreement with Cameco Corporation, which led to the formation of the pure uranium exploration company, UEX. Mr. Stanyer held the positions of Corporate Secretary and Vice President, Corporate Development in both Pioneer and UEX. In 2006, Barrick Gold Corporation took over Pioneer and Mr. Stanyer became a consultant during the transition.

In 2007, Mr. Stanyer began consulting for NCR, a Uranium exploration company and was appointed President and CEO in 2008. Hathor Exploration Limited (“Hathor”) made a successful offer in July 2009 to take over NCR, in competition with Denison Mines.

Currently Mr. Stanyer is a consultant to mineral exploration companies and is a Director of Nevada Sunrise Gold Corp. (NEV-TSX.V) and New Moon Minerals Corporation (a private mineral exploration company). Mr. Stanyer is also President of two other private companies, Ionic Minerals Inc. ESO Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: ESO), (the “Company” or “ESO”) is pleased to announce results of gold assays in a seven (7) hole, 850 meter drill program on the Donna Gold Property, in South Central British Columbia.

The results indicate a strongly anomalous zone that extends west from the trenching and is open (as yet undrilled) further to the west along the soils anomaly. (The trenching reported significant gold values at surface, up to 29.66 g/t Au over 2.5 metres as is further described in the news release of August 26th 2010.) Further assessment of the assays will be carried out when the additional results are received and a fluid inclusion study is completed.

A further drill program will be planned and will target a bulk tonnage gold/silver deposit that could be hosted by the quartz stockwork, metasediments and the dioritic dikes.

ESO Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: ESO), (the “Company” or “ESO”) is pleased to announce that it has completed a seven (7) hole, 850 meter drill program in its option to earn a 100% interest in the Donna Gold Property, in South Central British Columbia. The drill program was well executed by HardRock Drilling of Peachland, BC.

Six (6) holes intersected intervals of sulphide mineralization at shallow depths, similar to mineralized exposures in trenching that carried significant gold values. Quartz veining carrying pyrite, stibnite, minor chalcocite and arsenopyrite was recovered with bleached alteration envelopes extending into the host dioritic and skarn rocks. 300 core samples have been sent to ALS Chemex Laboratories for gold assay. ESO will release the results after receipt and analysis.

This initial drill program tested targets on the central and western parts of a gold anomaly in soils that extends more than 1,600 meters (5,300 feet) along the height of land between the Kettle River and Yeoward Creek, which are both historical gold placer producers. Recent soil sampling by ESO had shown extensions of the gold anomaly with values of up to 0.7 g/t gold in soil.

The recent improvement in the price of gold to more than US$1290 per ounce (US$40/g) has caused ESO to review its Mikwam Gold project in the Casa Berardi Deformation Zone located in Ontario, about 40 kms West of Aurizon Mines’ (TSX-ARZ) Quebec gold producer, Casa West. A 2006 NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate for Mikwam, using a 1.0 g/t gold cut off, gave:

$400,000 of the $2 million placement completed in May 2010 was by the sale of flow-through shares and it is planned to use some of this funding to carry out a drill program after freeze-up, to test deeper extensions of the gold mineralization as indicated by the wire frame model built for the NI 43-101 resource analysis. The program will also include some shallow drilling to test the sub-cropping mineralization beneath the 50 meters average depth of overburden.

LITHIUM:

In addition to activity on the gold potentials of its portfolio of exploration properties, ESO acquired 39 mineral claims (approximately 1,900 hectares) from Canyon Copper Corp. for the purpose of extending its search for lithium and boron minerals into the playa environment East of Luning, Nevada. This property will compliment other holdings in the Marietta and Teels Marsh area, southwest of Luning. Seismic surveys are being planned for later this year to confirm the potential for aquifers formed by outwash sand and gravel in the margins of the playas. Drill sampling of potential aquifers and salt horizons is planned for early 2011.

URANIUM:

ESO has also maintained its priority uranium targets in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan throughout the year and is seeing improvement in the uranium markets and more interest in the companies exploring for uranium.

The highest priority targets include the Cluff Lake properties where earlier work has identified mineralization on the Gorilla property (ESO 80% interest, Logan Resources Ltd 20% interest) and the contiguous claims to the Cluff Mine lease area (ESO 80% interest, Acme Resources Inc. 20% interest) (Hathor Exploration Limited 50% interest, ESO 50% interest) and the South Patterson Lake 50-50% Joint Venture with Fission Energy Corp. These targets will be reviewed as and when the market shows greater interest in uranium.

ESO Commences Drilling On Donna Gold Property

The purpose of the current drill program is to test targeted areas on the central and western parts of a large anomaly that extends more than 1,600 meters along the height of land between the Kettle River and Yeoward Creek, which are historical gold placer drainages. Recent soil sampling of the area showed extensions of the larger gold anomaly with values of up to 733 ppb gold in soils.

Sampling by ESO in September of 2009 returned a chip sample over 3 meters horizontal along a flat lying quartz vein with 12.3g/t gold within the trenched area. While some samples show significantly high gold values, the main exploration target is a bulk tonnage gold-silver deposit that could be hosted by the quartz stockwork and the dioritic dykes.

The geological and geomorphological settings have some similarity with the White gold property in the Yukon of Underworld Resources Ltd, which appears to be part of the source of placer gold in the White River drainage. On the Donna property, quartz veining is hosted by metamorphosed rocks of the Thompson Assemblage, a small accreted terrane with siliciclastic sediments and minor limestones and cherts of Carboniferous to Permo-Triassic age intruded by Cretaceous granodioritic rocks.

ESO Has Permits For Drilling On Donna Gold Property On Monashee Mountain

ESO Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: ESO), (the “Company” or “ESO”) completed a geochemical soil survey in July 2010 on the west extension of a large geochemical soils anomaly for gold and arsenic. The large anomaly extends more than 1,600 meters along the height of land between the Kettle River and Yeoward Creek, which are two drainages with active gold placer mining in an old gold mining camp. The new sampling showed extensions of the larger gold anomaly with values of up to 733 ppb gold in soils.

The Company has planned an initial drill program to test the western part of an area of earlier trenching within the large gold anomaly and anomalous areas within the recently sampled area. Permits for this program have just been received and the work is expected to start in the first week of September, 2010.

The original location of gold mineralization was made by prospecting and geochemical surveys in the headwaters of tributaries of Yeoward Creek and the Kettle River, both early placer gold producers in the Province of British Columbia.

In the period 1971 to 1974 El Paso carried out a program of trenching over a strike distance of approximately 650 meters. This work identified gold mineralization in a stockwork of auriferous quartz-sulphide veinlets within a diorite sill and the hosting argillite, limestone and volcanic rocks. Grades ranging from trace to a high of 3.28 oz/s.ton (112.41 g/t) gold over 3 inches (7.5 cms) and 0.86 oz/s.ton (29.66 g/t) gold over 90 inches (2.5 m.) were returned in sampling of the trench walls. Grab samples from the area trenched are reported in assessment files from 0.02 oz./s.ton (0.69 g/t) gold to 0.66 oz/s.ton (22.76 g/t) gold in float from the area of the soils geochemistry anomaly.

More recent sampling by ESO (September 2009) returned a chip sample over 3 meters horizontal along a flat lying quartz vein with 12.3g/t gold. (ESO:TSX-V) ("the Company") announced that it has completed the sale of: (i) 6,666,666 flow-through units at a price of $0.06 per flow-through unit, each flow-through unit (a "Flow-Through Unit") consisting of one "flow-through" common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"); and (ii) 32,000,000 units at a price of C$0.05 per unit, each unit (a "Unit") consisting of one common share and one Warrant. Each Warrant is exercisable at C$0.10 per share for 60 months, subject to an exercise acceleration provision triggered (after 12 months from closing) by the closing price of the shares at $0.20 or higher for 30 consecutive trading days (the "Acceleration Trigger").

MGI Securities Inc. ("MGI") of Toronto, ON, acted as agent for the majority of the offering. ESO: Preliminary Work Shows Higher Boron Values From Samples On Original Claims In Nevada

ESO PRELIMINARY WORK SHOWS HIGHER BORON VALUES FROM SAMPLES ON ORIGINAL CLAIMS ON NEVADA LITHIUM PLAYA PROPERTY.

ESO Uranium Corporation (TSX-V: ESO), the Company is pleased to announce that it has analyses of preliminary sampling of surface sediments on the Teels Marsh playa. This new sampling returned boron values of 1615, 2165, 2245, 2645 parts per million boron, which is equivalent to 5200, 6970, 7230, 8520 ppm Borate (0.52%, 0.70%, 0.72%, 0.85% respectively). These samples cover an area of approximately 1 sq. mile (260 hectares), at the west end of Teels Marsh which is included within the original claims under option. These claims may not be overstaked by third party placer claims according to staking regulations in the State of Nevada.

Historical reporting by the US Geological Survey (Open File Report: 76-567) indicate Lithium concentrations in the Teels Marsh playa brines of up to 850 ppm. The Journal “Clays and Clay Minerals” (Vol. 29, No.5, 341-352, 1981) of The Clay Minerals Society reports boron concentrations from interstitial brines associated with tuff beds in the Teels Marsh playa. Samples located within claims staked on open ground on behalf of ESO returned values of 699, 719 and 893 ppm (mg/liter) Boron which is equivalent to 2,250, 2,315 and 2,875 ppm borate (B2O3) respectively.

Further claims were acquired (see news release dated March 26^th 2010) in order to extend mineral tenure over the southwest end of the playa and its pediment covered flanks. The areas covered by pediment include areas where sand and gravel have been periodically flushed into the margins of the playa, originally a much deeper basin, by the larger drainages into the playa. Subsequent flooding by lithium and boron rich waters trapped in the basin would form brines by evaporation and the sand and gravel beds would become brine rich aquifers in the package of basin sediments.

Ulexite (sodium calcium borate) production was carried out in the 1870’s on the east end of the playa by “Borate” Smith. This property eventually became part of the early history of the giant borate producer, U.S. Borax, a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the world’s largest mining companies, Rio Tinto PLC. Francis Marion Smith shipped borax, recovered in a small plant on the edge of Teels Marsh, in 30 ton loads to the Central Pacific Railroad at Wadsworth Nevada. The operation, using a 24 mule team, hauled two wagons of borate and one of water and food for the 160 mile journey, a precursor to the use of the 20 mule teams hauling from Death Valley, and the Borax trade name.

Boron and lithium constitute two elements that are increasingly used in the production of the new high technology materials being incorporated in today’s manufactured products.

Apart from detergents and glass products, borax is the starting point for many other boron chemicals; boron nitride, for example, in a low temperature form, is used as a foundation base in cosmetics since it is an inert lubricious white powder - with more temperature and pressure it is converted to the second hardest mineral after diamonds. With high heat conductance, like diamond, it is used as a cutting tool material. This material also has other properties that make it suitable for the manufacture of the super capacitors that assist in the fast capture of electrical energy in regenerative braking by electric vehicles. The website of U.S Borax describes many more of the useful products that company has developed in its responsible efforts to develop markets for boron.

Lithium, in addition to a range of uses in high temperature lubricants, pharmaceuticals, enamel glazes and as a light alloying metal, is an important component of the new, light weight, long life, high energy density batteries being developed for the production electric and hybrid cars today. There is only one lithium brine producer in the U.S.A., Chemetal-Foote in Clayton Valley, located approximately 40 miles SE of Teels Marsh. When Foote Minerals started this operation, the company closed its lithium pegmatite (hard rock mining) operations in the Carolinas because the low cost of production of lithium products from brines was such a large economic advantage, even with the paid-off installed capital cost of the pegmatite mines. With markets projected to expand for battery production, room can be made for new, low cost producers.
