E quando digo regime refiro-me&amp;nbsp;a pesar a alimentação, "obrigá-lo" a caminhadas diárias, ...Mas como se costuma dizer que sem sacrifícios não atingimos os nossos objectivos.&lt;br /&gt;
A última pesagem foi a 9/Setembro e pesava 7,450 kg. Talvez precise de nos inscrever no "The Biggest Looser - Para gatos e seus donos".&lt;br /&gt;

1 copo de leite morno&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 copo de água&lt;br /&gt;
1 c. chá sal&lt;br /&gt;
1 c. sopa de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
3 copos de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
1 copo de flocos de aveia&lt;br /&gt;
1 pacote de fermento&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Na MFP coloque os ingredientes pela ordem apresentada e seleccione o programa pão normal, tamanho 1, cor clara.&lt;br /&gt;
Pode também (como foi o meu caso) utilizar a máquina no programa amassar e depois transferir a massa&amp;nbsp;bem&amp;nbsp;enfarinhada&amp;nbsp;para uma forma de bolo inglês, deixar levedar por mais 20 minutos e levar ao forno a 180.º por 30 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;

Em Julho foi ao Vet. e verificou-se que tem tártaro acumulado nos dentes. Explicou-nos que o tártaro é um veículo à entrada de bactérias e germes perigosos à sua saúde e como tal tem que fazer uma limpeza à "dentadura".&lt;br /&gt;
Para quem não sabe (eu não sabia) a limpeza deve ser realizada com anestesia geral (não vá o bicho levantar-se...ihihih), sendo que o excesso de pesso é extremamente arriscado associado ao excesso de peso...&lt;br /&gt;
Então desde o dia 14/Julho que o coitado está de dieta... devendo perder 2 kg (de gato está claro...)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Vamos então aos resultados:&lt;br /&gt;
14/7 - 8 kg&lt;br /&gt;
31/7 - 7,7 kg&lt;br /&gt;
21/8 - 7,6 kg&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tens um longo caminho a percorrer... mais vais conseguir Tomé.&lt;br /&gt;

Dourada no forno com pimentos&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Douradas&lt;br /&gt;
1 copo de vinho branco&lt;br /&gt;
3 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;
1 c. café colorau&lt;br /&gt;
sal&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola&lt;br /&gt;
Batatas às rodelas&lt;br /&gt;
1 tomate &lt;br /&gt;
2 pimentos (1 verde e 1 vermelho)&lt;br /&gt;
azeite&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Faça uma marinada com o vinho, alho, sal colorau e um fio de azeite. Coloque o peixe e deixe&amp;nbsp;descansar por 1 hora.&lt;br /&gt;
Numa travessa coloque a cebola laminadas. Por cima&amp;nbsp;espalhe as batatas (envolvidas em sal), metade do tomate e dos pimentos. Acondicione o peixe&amp;nbsp;e cubra-o com a marinada e o restante tomate e pimentos. Regue generosamente com azeite e leve ao forno a 170.º aproximadamente 1h15. Vá vigiando para que o peixe e as batatas assem uniformemente.&lt;br /&gt;

Coisas de criança que até nós gostamos de fazer, talvez não utilizemos o dedo porque parece mal, mas são colheradas atrás de colheradas...&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Descasca-se e corta-se a abóbora em cubos pedaços e regulares.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Coloca-se numa panela a abóbora e o açúcar em camadas alternadas. Adiciona-se os dois paus de canela e as cascas dos citrinos. Vai ao lume e deixa-se ferver, mexendo de vez em quando.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Quando a abóbora estiver bem cozida, retirar os paus de canela e as cascas e triturar a abóbora. Deixar o doce apurar até ao ponto desejado, mexendo sempre.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

A minha vida tem dado umas quantas voltas... todas elas a nível profissional, está claro. Não estivessemos em plena crise económica.&lt;br /&gt;
Hoje não venho postar nenhuma receita, apenas dar "sinal de vida" e revelar as verdades/mentiras do último desafio a que respondi.&lt;br /&gt;
Então as mentiras são:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Tenho 33 anos (tenho 32 mas por pouco tempo)&lt;br /&gt;
- Tirei a carta de condução há um mês (já quase há 12 anos)&lt;br /&gt;
- Já tenho muitos cabelos brancos (para já ainda não há vestígios)&lt;br /&gt;

Perfume com o vinho e regue com o azeite.&lt;br /&gt;Leve ao forno a 200.º por 50 minutos ou até a batata estar cozinhada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quero agradecer a todos os que me têm passado selos ou desafios. Fiz uma ligeiras alterações.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 dl leite&lt;br /&gt;2 carcaças&lt;br /&gt;3 ovos&lt;br /&gt;7 c. sopa açúcar&lt;br /&gt;Sumo de ½ limão + 1 casquinha&lt;br /&gt;1 cálice de vinho do porto (só pus 1 c. sopa)&lt;br /&gt;1 c. café de canela em pó&lt;br /&gt;Caramelo para barrar a forma&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aqueça o leite no micro-ondas com a casquinha de limão. Junte as carcaças e deixe absorver o leite. Retire o limão e triture com a varinha mágica.&lt;br /&gt;Bata os ovos com o açúcar. Adicione o sumo de limão, o vinho do porto, a canela e o preparado de leite.&lt;br /&gt;Barre uma forma, adequada para micro-ondas, com caramelo e verta o preparado.&lt;br /&gt;Leve ao micro-ondas em potência média por 7 minutos e depois mais 5 minutos no grill.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nota: no meu micro-ondas levou mais tempo e não utilizei a função do grill. Adicione o óleo alternando com a farinha misturada com o fermento e a canela. Aliás é bastante conhecida pela restauração dedicada, exclusivamente, a pratos de peixe.&lt;br /&gt;Este sargo foi comprado no mercado da zona bem "fresquinho e vivinho".&lt;br /&gt;Não há nada melhor que sabermos o que estamos a comer.&lt;br /&gt;Bom proveito&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 Sargos&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola&lt;br /&gt;1/2 pimento&lt;br /&gt;1 c. sopa colorau&lt;br /&gt;3 alhos picados&lt;br /&gt;1 c. chá salsa picada (usei seca)&lt;br /&gt;Sal&lt;br /&gt;Azeite (de boa qualidade, porque o peixe merece)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 copo de vinho&lt;br /&gt;bacon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tempere o peixe de sal e reserve. Num refratário faça uma cama com a cebola em meias luas e o pimento partido. Mas como fez parte de um jantar romântico (a três… a princesa tem que estar sempre presente) com um bom peixe e um bom vinho esta delícia caiu que “nem ginjas”.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 pacote de bolacha Maria&lt;br /&gt;125 gr. margarina&lt;br /&gt;1 embalagem de queijo tipo Philadelphia (usei um do Dia que é mais barato e faz o mesmo efeito)&lt;br /&gt;2 pacotes de natas&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de leite condensado (retirei um bocadinho que utilizei para acompanhar com café)&lt;br /&gt;2 folhas de gelatina incolor&lt;br /&gt;Doce de morango q.b.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Comece por moer a bolacha e junte-lhe a manteiga derretida em banho-maria (derreti no micro-ondas). Forre a tarteira, no fundo e lateral, e pressione com as costas de uma colher. Leve ao frigorífico para endurecer.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque as folhas de gelatina a hidratar em água fria. Batas as natas até ficarem bem firmes e reserve. Misture o queijo e o leite condensado. Escorra as folhas de gelatina e dissolva-as numa colher de sopa de água fervente e adicione ao preparado de queijo. Azeite&lt;br /&gt;0,75 dl. Como o preço era bastante acessível (paguei quase 6,00 € sendo que o preço final é de aprox. 25,00€) resolvi comprá-lo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nessa noite como estava muito frio decidi-me por este café que o tomei bem quente. Coloque também 5 cravinhos no recipiente da cafeteira. Prepare o café e deixe-o repousar por 5 minutos. Passe-o pelo passador e sirva. Junte uma pitada de noz-moscada a cada chávena. Água&lt;br /&gt;250 ml. Leite&lt;br /&gt;100 gr. margarina (é muita mas vale a pena)&lt;br /&gt;1 c. chá sal&lt;br /&gt;1 c. chá açúcar&lt;br /&gt;500 gr. farinha T55&lt;br /&gt;1 pacote fermento seco&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Colocar os ingredientes pela ordem acima descrita ou conforme o fabricante da sua máquina indica. Programar a máquina no ciclo &lt;em&gt;sandes&lt;/em&gt; na cor pretendida (eu escolho &lt;em&gt;clara&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Costumo saboreá-lo quentinho ao pequeno-almoço. O ambiente não podia ter sido melhor… estava rodeada de amigos (daqueles mesmo bons...)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;1 ½ copo cheio de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;2 copos mal cheios de farinha&lt;br /&gt;1 copo cheio de sumo de laranja &lt;br /&gt;Raspa de 3 laranjas&lt;br /&gt;1 c. chá fermento&lt;br /&gt;1 pacote de natas (200 ml)&lt;br /&gt;5 ovos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pré aquecer o forno a 190.º. Bater as claras em castelo e reservar. Fazer uma gemada com as gemas e o açúcar. Adicionar a farinha e o fermento alternado com o sumo de laranja. Junte as natas e a raspa de laranja. Por fim envolva as claras. Verta a massa num tabuleiro untado e polvilhado e leve ao forno a cozer.&lt;br /&gt;Deixe arrefecer no tabuleiro por 10 minutos. (chá) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Com a ajuda de um rolo estenda a massa sobre uma superfície enfarinhada, mantendo o formato rectângular. &lt;br /&gt;Junte a raspa com o açúcar e polvilhe sobre a massa.&lt;br /&gt;Enrole a massa a partir dos dois lados maiores em direcção ao centro.&lt;br /&gt;Corte o rolo em fatias de 1 cm e disponha-as num tabuleiro untado e enfarinhado.&lt;br /&gt;Leve ao forno a 180.º por 10 minutos.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/5010163011344548946-1396208853040450782?l=maggie-omeublog.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Levar ao forno a 150.º por 10 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Barrar com a geleia a massa.&lt;br /&gt;Colocar as pêras sobre a geleia até preencher.&lt;br /&gt;Derreter o chocolate em banho-maria, incorporar a manteiga e as natas, deixar cozinhar um pouco.&lt;br /&gt;Deitar o preparado de chocolate sobre a tarte.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Gostei muito de experiência, a repetir certamente… e que venha o próximo desafio.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/5010163011344548946-878169364713253860?l=maggie-omeublog.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Fazer uma pasta com a massa de pimentão, alhos picadinhos, louro, sal e as ervas. Barrar a pá com este preparado e colocar no mesmo recipiente. Borrifar com vinho e deixar a marinar de um dia para o outro.&lt;br /&gt;Transferir a carne para um tabuleiro de forno. Juntar as batatas e a couve bruxelas na marinada, envolvendo bem. Colocar os legumes e a marinada no tabuleiro. Regar com o azeite e dispor pequenas nozes de banha.&lt;br /&gt;Levar ao forno por 60 minutos a 200.º, virando a carne a meio tempo, ou até a carne estar macia. Habitualmente faço com bacalhau mas na falta dele desta vez usei lombos de pescada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Comece por temperar os lombos com sal, limão e alho(convém temperar com 1 hora de antecedência para tomar de gosto). De seguida fritá-los passando por farinha e ovo.&lt;br /&gt;Entretanto leve ao lume numa frigideira limpa as cebolas (utilizei 4 cebolas) com azeite até amoleceram. Junte 2 colheres de sopa de vinagre e deixe apurar mais 1 minuto. Com esta duas.&lt;br /&gt;É muito fácil de fazer e o recheio é sempre a gosto. Eu utilizei &lt;a href="http://maggie-omeublog.blogspot.com/2008/07/doce-de-pssego.html"&gt;este&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;6 ovos&lt;br /&gt;200 gr. açúcar&lt;br /&gt;175 gr. farinha&lt;br /&gt;1 c. chá fermento&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Comecei por bater as claras em castelo. Adicionei o açúcar, envolvendo lentamente. De seguida misturei a farinha com o fermento(é engraçado que até esta fase a massa é branca) e por fim as gemas. É muito simples de fazer e é uma óptima alternativa à habitual forma de confeccionar salsichas, que os miúdos tanto gostam.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;batatas para fritar (aos quadradinhos)&lt;br /&gt;1 frasco de salsichas&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de cogumelos&lt;br /&gt;1 pacote de molho béchamel (quem tiver tempo é sempre melhor o caseiro)&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola&lt;br /&gt;azeite&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Comece por fritar as batatas. Entretanto faça um regogado com a cebola e o azeite. Quando a cebola estiver translúcida junte as salsichas às rodelas, envolvendo bem. Adicione os cogumelos, e por fim as batatas (já fritas, claro). Misture bem e incorpore o molho béchamel.
