I consider myself as a Jonathan Livingston Seagull whenever I get barriers on my way of any goals of my life, which started when I shifted from Ms. To Mrs., say when got married to unsupportive partner, say when people restricted me not to work, say when I delivered a daughter who is 10years old now, say when I need to lead family mentally, physically and financially almost being like single mom inspite of having well earning unsupportive spouse due to personality conflicts b/w me and my spouse, and he stayed in US due to his own reasons, say when I need to join 3 jobs for every 3 years for same reason of organizational transformation. I utilized all these barriers and challenges thrown by negative people around me or negative circumstances around me, to build a positive energy and confidence in me and to move forward and build a career of 13 plus years in S/W Delivery & Quality: https://www.linkedin.com/in/sirisha-vattikuti-599ba29

Though I haven't yet reached my actual vision yet, I am taking baby steps to reach it by self mentoring, balancing my work and life and kid and still trying to make an unsupportive husband understand what kind of care, affection and security a women expect. I believe in try and try until success.

A Real Surprise!

I started to compose this mail with the aim of writing a joke. but at the end it became something else..........But as I have written this with my own imagination, i just want to share with you.........so that one of u may suggest me changes to convert it to a joke.........

3 women are talking as follows in a party

1st woman - My husband always surprises me expressing his love and care on me in different ways. He always tries to take me to fantastic places surprisingly on every occassion of ours, like on our marraige day, my birthday, his birthday...........I would feel like doing anything for him, even die for him.
2nd woman - My Husband loves me a lot. He never misses to celebrate our marraige day with a surprise gift like a gold ring, daimond necklace, cell phone..........If it he is not there beside me, I don't wan to exist in this world.
3rd woman - My husband surprises me every second of our married life........(and she became silent)
The 1st and 2nd women are really very eager to hear and told "hey really its wonderful to hear, how does he make it possible. He is the real hero any woman like to have......." and they called the rest of the people and said to them. And every one are eagerly pleading her to say how yaar...........how.....nnnn....how.....
and atlast the woman opened her mouth
"He never even try to surprise me at any point in our married life, and that keeps me surprised every second and for every breathe I take in and at this moment also i am surprised how I am able to take in breathe inspite of all this......." as she utter these words tears rolled down silently. Everybody in the party became mum. Even the rolling tears didn't know how to comfort her and so they silently dropped down...........

Memories to Cherish - My Childhood Writing...

I rarely got a chance now a days to sort out my huge collection of both academic and non-academic books which made me what I am now. One fine weekend, somehow I made it to start off. I found lots of academic stuff from school days to B.Tech, GRE, CAT materials, my favorite Sherlock Holmes collection, short stories, moral stories and many more. Suddenly I found an old blue color dairy, which flashed me the poem penned by me when studying intermediate. I quickly grasped it and opened the last page straight away to find my old poem, still live, on one of the oldest leaf of the dairy. My heart danced with merry as and when I read line by line of my own childhood writing in the year of 1998 . I felt motivated to sit and blog it after a long time even though I have least time for the same. I was unable to fulfill my eagerness to include the real pic of the same as my smart phone broke recently.

So, here goes my childhood creation...
