Im a busy mother of 8 kids that's 4 girls and 4 boys we are a blended family and that takes a lot of work but I'm always looking for special ways to make each child feel special and giving each child the time that they need. This is what this book is about this man takes each of his daughters and molds the "dates" around them it all about them I love the way that he teaches them what to expect with dating and and they deserve the best when he comes to how a man should treat them so many young lady's in todays world could care less how they are treated and it is very saddening

First off I have to say that my son loves this book its a thick board book that has held up to him since he is 21 months and is hard on books it is very well made.

There are 13 short stories in this book that covers the life of Jesus from life to death. There are bright pages with great colors that pull in their attention the stories are short and to the point and my son loves them to be read over and over I thought that this book would be more for my 4yr old but my younger son was more into the book and he loves to carry it around

I grew up singing a lot of these songs in church and I love that they are all in one book with a history of each song its amazing some of the stories I had heard before but others were new to me I love the way the pages were made for this book it makes it look like sheet music and older love that I have never seen a book made like this

Just from the title and cover of this book I thought that it would be dull and that I would have no interest in reading it but I was wrong this was an amazing book from page 1 At the beginning of the story Saphora has her bags packed ready to run away from her life. Her husband then comes home and tells her that he has cancer Saphora then decides that she can not leave Bender alone to fight this battle so she stays they then move to their summer home in Oriental where they meet and young boy that is sick threw out this book many things are thrown her way but each time she comes threw it with a better understanding of life.

I really enjoy the ebeanstalk website its very easy to use and find what you need. This site breaks their toys down by age from baby to age 12 its so easy to find that special toy for a certain age of the child. I have 5 children and when I looked on this site I was looking to see if the toys were truly what they would like for their age and yes they were and that did surprise me because most of the time they are not. I picked a toy for each of my children that was in their age and asked them if they would like it and they all wanted the one from their age group

I also like that on this site it keeps track of birthdays so that way I wont miss one love that option.

Grandparents central is also a great option that someone can use. You can get the Grandparents which is filled with Tips, Tricks, Advice, and Deals.

The "Community" Christmas episode everyone will be talking about!

My own review of this show was amazing I have only watched community a couple of times on tv and I was excited to watch this and do a review. I just finished watching the show and I have to say I really liked it I like the way that the charters were changed into Christmas theme and the meaning of Christmas It was a good show and one that I will be watching more of

My Book Review of Adopted ED

I was given this book as a gift from One2One Network in return for my honest opinion of the book. This opinion is my own.

ADOPTED ED is a simple, easy-to-read and understand children’s book with important underlying messages of personal empowerment and social pressures and acceptance.

It focuses on the life of Eddie, an adopted little boy, who is just like every other boy and girl. At school, when he is teased by bullies about being adopted, his mom offers words of wisdom, which ultimately gives him self-confidence to deal with the situation.

Our family loves books we have four shelves full of kids books stacked up. I'm always on the look out for any book that teaches a lesson to my child. Adopted Ed is one of those book. Darren Maddern has taken a part of his life and put it into a book.This book is about so much more then adoption though Its about dealing with bullies and accepting the differences that you find in people. I love what Ed's mother tells him to say to the bully "My parents choose me yours were stuck with you" Love it. My dad adopted me when I was just a few days old and that is how I look at it He choose ME!! I loved this book and I hope that Darren Maddern keeps looks like these coming I cant wait for the next one.

Transforming Church in Rural America

This book is about Shannon O'dell He left a large church with several pastors to go so a smaller rural church. I'm sure that the pastors of these big churches think that its a step down or something like that but no matter if your preaching in a big church to 10,000 people or a small church to 31 people you are both doing the same thing and that is spreading Gods word I didn't like this book I was raised in a small church like the one that was talked about in this book and I loved it when I moved on to a bigger church in a bigger area I began to see how a lot of churches have changed over the years its all about money where you pass the offering plate every 15 minutes its not about GOD anymore its all about the money. I didn't like this book because I have a different view on church then Mr. Odell does but that is just me

"Chef" Joy Ballard longs for a simpler life, But when a good looking outsider arrives and spices things up life becomes deliciously complicated.

First I would like to say that I don't see that many Christian Fiction Romance book so this was nice to see. Rachel Hauck is an amazing author that lures you in with her great ability to write an amazing book.

Joy is the "chef" of the story that just so happens to have no clue as to how to cook but she has a cooking show that is about to be picked up by a major network and thrown into a prime time slot. Then here comes luck Redmond a real chef to save the day of course all the lies come out in the end. Great book I will be reading more book by Rachel I love her writing.

Really woolly Bible Stories by Bonnie Rickner Jensen illustrated by Julie Sawyer Phillips is such a cute book my son (15 months) loves to turn the pages and look at the pictures. It is a great small book for little kids to learn bible stories. There are 17 stories in this book. This book is a cardboard book with a soft cover easy to wipe off which is a plus with childrens books.As soon as my son pulled this book out of the bag he put it under his little arm and has carried it around he opens it up and "reads" so cute I really love this book. I also have a 3 year old that enjoys the book as well but my 5 year old thought it was a "baby book" Thanks Booksneeze

The first bible translated especially for children. The ICB is written so that a child can read and understand. This bible is written at a 3rd grade reading level my kids age 5-8 can read most of the words

-children's dictionary/index, with more than 200 entries,explains difficult words and phrases
-simplified footnotes explain bible names,customs,and phrases
-colorful maps show key cities and lands

I love the way that this book has taken the bible and written it in a way that my kids can understand what is being read to them 1096 pages and a lot of great pictures

This movie is a true story based on Richard Kelly. In the movie Richard gets into some trouble and as part of his probation he goes to an all white seminary. Kelly is encouraged to "break racial boundaries by the seminary's President Alan Beckett but when Beckett thinks that money for his project may be taken away he tells Kelly to back off or he will call the Judge. Along the way Kelly meets the seminary's caregiver Samuel Benton "basement apostle" Samuel guides Kelly threw out the movie he encourages and helps Kelly along the way. I really enjoyed this movie it teaches a great lesson. This is the first movie that I have seen that shows racism in the church. Great movie

The boy who changed the world this is a great children's book it teaches that the person you help today can save the world tomorrow. This book has great very colorful pictures. This story starts with one person and talks about the person that helped him achieve that and then the person that helped him and so on This is a great children's book I read it to my kids the older one understood but the younger needed it explained.

First I have to say that Max Lucado is my new favorite author I love the way he puts words on paper. AMAZING

YOU Changed my life a small 188 page book packed with "stories of real people with remarkable hearts". This will be an amazing gift for that person in your life that has been there for you at some point. Most of these stories are a page maybe 2 but the are full of emotion I read this book within a couple of hours could not put it down. Yes it made me cry a few times. Each chapter is broken down by how their life was changed Love,Kindness,Commitment,Compassion,Hope,Courage,Wisdom,and Friendship This was a great book and I cant wait for my next Lucado read

Captured by Grace

Chapter 1 of this book really hit me hard the story of Victoria Ruvolo, a group of teens out for a night of trouble one boy throws a 23 lb turkey threw her windshield breaking many bones. In court this young man pleads guilty and gets 6 months behind bars 5 yr probation some counseling and public service. The point of this story is that Victoria forgives the boy. I cried when I read this and asked myself and others could you do the same?

This book is based on the song Amazing Grace written by John Newton and his story This book is very well written and I love that after each chapter there is a Moments of Grace

OK So first off I have to say when I opened up this box I was thinking yeah right this stuff is gonna keep lice away? I opened up each bottle and smelled I want to know what my child's hair is gonna smell like don't you? The shampoo has a strong odor but the conditioner does not. I used the shampoo,conditioner and the shield spray on my daughter for 2 months. My daughter has thick hair and it is sometimes hard to find a conditioner that will work for her hair but this one does. After the first month I was thinking OK this is some overpriced shampoo and conditioner but two weeks later my daughter had some friends over for a sleepover that night I did notice one itching but didn't think nothing of it the next day this child was scratching so hard it hurt my head so I asked her is she wanted me to fix her hair I did and noticed a lot of lice and nits in her head. My first thought was my daughters hair scared me to death because they slept on the same bed. I pulled my daughter aside and checked her head nothing not one thing and still check til this day still nothing. School started this week so I had to stock up. This stuff works great!

This is an amazing book so well written and very touching. I read this book within hours it was a great page turner and I couldn't put it down.

This book is about a woman's journey to find something to believe in although she is surrounded by people with a strong faith she has none. She goes back home as her sister graduates but there is an accident and she sister doesn't make it threw. Threw out the book there is a heavenly tune that plays at times that she needs it. This is a great book about how my matter who you are of what you are going threw GOD is always there never far behind. This is a great book about faith and there there are Angels among us.

First I have to say that reading about this book I didn't think that it would be a good read and I really didn't see how he could compare people of the bible to anyone else.
Well I was wring this is a great read I read this book within a couple of days and have passed it on.

In each chapter of this book Mr. Lucado takes a story from the bible and breaks it down so you can see how it happens in today's world. There are many bible verses threw out this book. The book is 226 pages long with 22 chapters and reflection and discussion at the end of each chapter

I have never read one of Mr Lucado's book but reading this made me google him and look for more of his books.

See & Spell Review

It has been 1 week today since I received this toy in the mail. I started this toy out with my 5yr old son first. with in 2 days he could spell all of the words with out looking. At the same time I let my 3yr old son play with it 6 days later he could spell some of the words without looking. All of my children have played with this toy my daughter(8) spells out words for her brother(6) to read back to her.

I love this toy it is a great educational tool for a child that is about to start school it is a fun way to learn letters and words. This toy comes with 8 double sided puzzles that have 3 and 4 letter words on them everything fits into a wooden box. My only problem is that everything keeps falling out I really wish that at least the letters were covered. All in All this is a great learning toy for Children of all ages

I have to admit I loved this book. I'm not into reading fiction love storys but this book pulled me in and I read it within a couple of hours. The book is about a young woman named Lilly and is set in the year 1899. She writes dime store novels and that is something that women of her class don't do. She is scared that her family will found out and get mad at her. This book takes her threw many problems and how she prays to GOD and allows her to help her.

The books ends very happy, but I wanted more I really hope that there are more books like this one.

EVERY TIME I THOUGHT I KNEW WHO DID IT SOMETHING WOULD COME UP AND I WOULD BE WRONG I WAS VERY SURPRISED AT THE END OF THE BOOK.

EMBRACING YOUR SECOND CALLING

I read alot of review on this book before I ordered it and mostly they said that it is a
book written for older women. Well im 27 and I very much enjoyed this book yes it is
about women in the second half of life and how they deal with it. I loved that almost on
every page there was an Act and a Reflect box One to think about and one to do.

There are many stories threw out the book about things that women have done changed over
come. There are alot in the book about a Woman from the bible Ruth she was a widow that had
lost her 2 sons. This is a great book for women in the first half or the second half of
life.
