Document Controller, Sutton

We are looking to recruit an experienced project Document Controller /Office Administrator to our Sutton office on a staff or contract basis who will be assigned to one of our African regional projects.

Role outline;

    * Liaises with and supports the Senior DC and project team on all aspects of document control
    * Manages and records the throughput of all project documentation from internal departments, clients and suppliers
    * Manages and records the throughput of all project documentation from internal departments, clients and suppliers
    * Assists with supply of documents for project needs (mobilisations etc)
    * Organises / prepares documentation for hard copies / CD etc

    * Assists with Project document filing and archiving
    * Manage and process Technical Queries to Client and update register accordingly.
    * Capture interface document requests and liaise with Interface Manager on various issues.

Principal Process Engineer

Job Description

This role resides within the Business Solutions group. This is a new division within Foster Wheeler aimed at growing business in the areas of Petrochemicals & Refining and monitoring potential new business areas for Foster Wheeler. As a Process Engineer the successful candidate will be a driving force in these business areas. The key elements of the role are:

    * Execute and provide technical and supervisory support to projects within Foster Wheelerâ€™s Downstream Group portfolio.
    * Involved in conceptual and feasibility studies, optimisation work, and pre-FEED stages.
    * Working closely with customers to understand their needs and produce designs and services to meet these needs.

    * Provide technical support to business winning activities as required.
    * Coach and mentor less experienced staff.

Requirements

    * Exstensive experience of working on midstream studies and projects.
    * Minimum qualifications: Chemical Engineering degree and Chartered Engineer
    * Demonstrable experience with strong up-to-date process engineering knowledge of a number of the following areas; A good working knowledge of refinery and/or petrochemical processes and an interest in conceptual design & conceptual, feasibility and Pre-FEED studies.
    * Knowledge and familiarity with industry wide process simulation software. Possess the skills to manage own work, and the work of others.
    * Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
    * Experienced in the execution of conceptual studies, optimisation work and front end engineering design stage of projects.
    * Good customer focus and cost awareness.
