How A Digital Marketing Course Changed A Girl's Life

Once there was a girl named Eva who has worked in real estate industry ever since she was graduated from college, had no goal in life and no idea what to do to make her achieve greater heights in life. Feeling doubtful and uncertain, every day she would go to work at 9am, do what she’s been instructed to work on, usually paper work in the administration department, go back at 5pm later and repeat this again the next day.

Until one day she came across an online course for digital marketing - a course that allow Eva to work as a digital marketer, using tools and social media platforms which she’s already very familiar with, in businesses which seem far-fetched to Eva previously. Because of the course she has gained access to a world of knowledge, which she could read and learn at her own pace, and best of all be certified at the completion of course.

Because Eva has enrolled in this online course, she has gained confidence in her digital marketing skills and applied for digital marketing jobs in the education industry and got called for interviews even before she has completed the course.

Eva now has a clear idea how she could advance in her career and has a goal to earn more income for herself and her family, but as long as she is yet to be a professional in her own field, she won’t stop improving herself until then.

Eva felt positive and hopeful ever since then.

iPhone - Atmosfear

I received a request to look into this game: Atmosfear and here is a walkthrough for the whole game. The concept is quite new and exciting but the puzzle is a bit too simple thou.

Skip the introduction and you'll find yourself tied up in a basement. Now you kind of need to wiggle your device until you're free, you should feel your device vibrate while you wiggle (This reminds me of LMFAO).

You're in complete darkness, so you gotta switch on the light. Move your device around and look for a bright red LED light as shown below:

Ok with the lights on you can see your surroundings. Tap around and you'll find a lot of useless stuff, but the only important thing is a tool that you can find at the below (I don't know what's it called but it's with red handle).

Tap on the small white box on bottom right of your screen, you should see your inventory. Select the tool that you just picked up.

Move your device around and point your tool to these bars, tap it and you'll exit the basement.

Now you're at a lift lobby. There's a panel for you to enter password so you could go up to higher floors, but you need to find out the password first.

There's only one door you can open at this area. Use that door to enter to car park.

At the car park, pink up this screwdriver with red handle from the floor.

Go further into the car park by tapping on this arrow. Then you'll see a picture of yourself nekid and a car vrooooom by... weee~

Point your device below and pick up a piece of paper here. Check out the paper in your inventory, it has 5382 written on it.

Exit the car park and return to the lift lobby, key in the 4 digits and you're at the higher floor.

At the new area, turn around and look for this rug on the floor, tap on it to discover a huge blue key.

Use the key to open up a the door.

Turn around and get an envelope addressed to you from the locker.

Turn to the computer table, switch on a computer and pick up a pen drive from the table, insert it into the computer.

And you see this:

You're now playing as Jack, right? Check the envelope in your inventory and look for the street number. It says you live at 2134 Hallen Street.

Tab on the keyboard and insert those numbers in, and tap on the computer again.

Yeap, a bomb. Now you need to de-activate the bomb so you can get outta this place alive.

Open up the cabinet and you'll pick up a key.

Go into the toilet through this door and get a soap from the basin.

Open up your inventory, use the key that you just got from the cabinet and open this door.

At the staircase, check the floor to pick up a plyer.

Go up to the roof.

Follow the arrows to the back and you'll see a giant silver plate.

Use your soap and loosen the silver plate.

Use a screwdriver from your inventory to loosen the screws.

Use a pincer to cut the blue wire.

Tab on the cube and you'll see a big hint for the de-activation code: 111 1100 1101. Google for binary conversion, put the codes in and you'll get this number '1997'.

Tab on the panel above the cube, key in '1997' at the panel provided and you're free!

We're at the last environment of the game.

You got into the sewers. At the exit you discovered a note stating that the alarm will start once you step outside. You have 10 minutes to turn off the house light and escape.

Now you're out in the opening. Tap on warehouse at right of your screen and see two tables. Tap on the table on your right for a few times to find a plyer.

Zoom out and get to what seems like a door to the tower on your left. Here you are required to get the right sequence of the colours in order to turn off the house light. The correct sequence is: from left - Red, Yellow, Blue, Green.

Note that the blue one needs to be changed back to blue even it is originally blue. When you're done, all 4 green lights will be turned on.

You're just one step away from your freedom! Select plyer and cut the wire gate three times, and you're FREE!

iPhone Prison Break! Walkthrough - Part 2

We've escaped from our prison cell, now let's proceed to the next level - Inside the prison building!

There are two floors that we can go at this environment but let's focus on ground floor first.

This is in front of canteen, you are able to zoom into canteen, go to toilet/office view, and up to first floor from here.

Let's start exploring the toilet first. Enter the toilet by tapping the door on left of your screen.

Upon entering the toilet, tap on far right of your screen to get a mop.

Zoom in to first basin from left and tap on the mirror, you'll get a broken mirror. Observe a drawing where the broken mirror was.

Toggle to left view of the toilet.

Enter the toilet cubicle with "Out of Order" sign, tap and get a toilet chain there.

Go back to left view of toilet and tap on top of the second toilet cubicle (the one with its toilet seat on the floor), open up its cover and observe a small red dot in it. Tap on the red dot and you will get a red screwdriver.

We're not done with the toilet yet (phew, there's a lot to discover here), zoom in to a row of water/gas pipes at left of your screen, observe a small black dot sticking out from one of the pipes. Tap and you'll get a magnet.

Alright, time to get out from toilet. Toggle view to in front of canteen, zoom in to check the gate to canteen. Notice there's something on top of the canteen table. Now use your mop and you'll get a pair of glasses.

Go back to the main view and zoom in to the room door with a chair beside it. Hold your glasses over the envelope to discover number 8-2-9-5.

Now zoom out and it's time to go up to the first floor. Head upstairs and you'll find another row of prison cells. Zoom in on the third cell counting from left and push up its vision panel. Do you still remember the drawing that we saw in the toilet? Hold your piece of mirror into the panel and you'll see a key.

Now, use your items at this sequence:
1) Use your toilet chain and hold it into the cell,
2) Then attach your magnet onto the toilet chain
and you'll obtain a key.

Toggle back to where you can see the entrance to the toilet on ground floor, use that key to open up the door located at far right of your screen.

Zoom into the door access panel right above the cabinet. Key in password 8-2-9-5 that we saw on the envelope a while ago and hit enter. Again due to the size of the buttons, I tried like 5-6 times to enter the passwords correctly. Just make sure you hear the beep sound when you press a button.

After you're done with the door access panel, come out from the office and press on the metal gate located between toilet and office. It should be accessible by now if you key-ed in the password correctly.

Observe another air inlet at the end of the hallway. Zoom in and use your screwdriver that you obtained from toilet not long ago and tap on all 6 screws. Get into the air inlet and you're ready to proceed to the next level!

There's nothing spooky like "Ellie - Help me out... please" in this game. Very straightforward - Just escape from prison!

So here are the game's intro page:

Let's begin our walkthrough:

Game interface:
Top right of screen - There's a little folding symbol that allow you to switch between views.
Bottom left of screen - Back button which allow you to zoom out if you're in zoom in mode, and another button for your bag.
Using items - Tap small green button on left bottom of your screen to open up your bag, highlight your item and click on desired places.

Environment 1:
You're in your cell. There are two views in this environment:

Let's name the above: View 1

And this View 2

Go to the calendar with a sexy bikini girl on wall and remove the hanger, you'll get an allen key. There's a hint revealed along with the removal: observe drawing on wall.

Switch to View 2, tap to zoom into toilet, tap a few times on the toilet roll to obtain a key. If you're wondering why need to tap a few tims, it's because it's too small (=.=)

Go back and zoom into basin, turn the tap on. Observe two arrows pointing to the bed ladder, so this is another hint for us.

Toggle back to View 1 and zoom in on your desk. Use the key that we obtained from toilet roll to open drawer, here you will find two items - a chisel and a hacksaw handle. Tap on book and observe its content with many numbers.

Remember our drawing on the wall? It's actually a map to a hidden storage at 7th floor tile counting from the corner of room in View 1. Tap on bottom right corner of the screen onto the 7th floor tile, zoom in and select chisel and tap on the tile. You should get a blade from the hidden storage.

Hold on to that blade, then tap on papers on wall, particularly the white one on top right of screen. You should get a piece of paper with holes on it.

Zoom back to View 1, tap on top bunk of bed to zoom in. With the blade in hand, cut open the bed and observe a very tiny greyish wire sticking out from the gap. Again, you might need to tap a few times to get it because it's a bit small.

Toggle to View 2 and tap on the air inlet to zoom in. Insert the wire that we obtained from bed just now into a tiny hole at bottom right of inlet as shown in picture. Tap on it again to pull it out and obtain the hacksaw blade. See your hacksaw handle in your bag is installed with a blade right now, that means it is ready to be used!

Now toggle back to View 1, tap on bed ladder to zoom in. Select hacksaw and place it on the ladder, tap on it and drag up and down a few times to use to saw it off. You should find a bulb inside (How did he put it in at the first place?)

We're almost done with the first environment. Go back to View 1 and tap on desk, tap on book to zoom in and put on the piece of paper with holes. You will see number '425' at three different positions. Let's remember that for now.

Now go back to View 2, tap on the room light to zoom in. Select allen key and insert it into the screw of room light, turn the allen key for a few times until the it is opened, select your bulb in bag and replace the existing one.

You'd notice that your cell has turned blue-ish due to the light emitted from the newly installed bulb. Now toggle view back to where you found your blade (View 1, bottom right of your screen) and open the hidden storage again. You'd notice a drawing has appeared under the blue light.

The drawing indicates that there's something on the wall beside your cell door. Now toggle to View 2 and take out your chisel, tap on area right next to your door, you should discover a panel.

Now remember the number 425 that we discovered in the book? That's the password for the panel. Push top switch to the 4th dot, middle switch to 2nd dot, and the bottom switch to 5th dot.

Tap on the door and you're ready to enter the next environment!

iPhone "Ellie: Help me out... Please" Game Walkthrough

I found out a new game for my iPhone called "Ellie - Help me out... Please" today and decided to try it out. It's a little spooky but quite fun to play. Managed to complete the game with Gabriel and here's a walkthrough to all those gamers who just want to see how the game ends.

Note: You may purchase hints at the store that will help you complete the game if you wish to show some support to the game developer. And if you want get the Ellie experience on your own, please stop reading here.

Okay here it goes:

At the beginning of the game, you entered a building and discovered a girl named Ellie Foster trapped in a room after an earthquake. Your mission is to help Ellie to escape the room by using whatever tools available in that room. There is a surprise element here as the game progresses and as secrets been revealed, so be prepared.

This is the game interface. Top left first button shows the selected item which you are preparing to use, the second button goes to the hint store; Top right Camera button is for you to toggle between views. There are only two views here, left and right. The interface is quite simple, eh?

Tap on the small bronze coin on the floor to pick it up.

You have obtained the coin.

Tap the eye button which is on top left of your screen to open up your bag. Tap on the coin to select it and tap back button.

Now the eye button has been replaced with the coin, this shows the coin is now the selected item and ready to be used. You need to repeat this action every time you wish to switch between items.

Now with the coin selected, tap on the vice on wall to flatten the coin.

You have obtained a coin with flattened edge now.

There's a mirror on the wall which you need to loosen up the screws by using the flattened coin. Tap on the mirror now with flattened coin selected and you will get the mirror.

There's a poster at the corner of this room. Explore that poster, we'll need it later to interpret some codes.

There's a desk beneath that poster. Tap on it until you see Ellie say this: "I'll try pulling the drawers." And with she standing at the desk trying to pull those drawers, tap on camera button on top right of screen to toggle view. This is IMPORTANT as it's like a bug or something. If you managed to open the drawer before you do this, you'd never complete the game as you're one item short.

At the other side of the room, tap on the book at bottom left of screen to pick up the organizer.

Now we can open the drawer. Go back to the other side of room and tap on the desk's surface, you'll find an interrogation list which consist of many names and numbers. Interpret it this way: Read the name initials downward and you'll get O-P-E-N-D-R-A-W-E-R. This indicates that the numbers at the bottom of list are actually hints of the drawer mechanism:

Note: Your set of numbers might not be the same with the above, but the logic to interpret it is the same.

Go back to the poster on wall and referring to the numbers above, draw the boxes on a piece of paper and you will get this:

Connect all the boxes and you'll get: CLLCLC. Assuming that C means center and L means left, let's try to open the drawers according to this sequence:

Tap on desk until Ellie says: "I'll try pulling the drawers again," and make her pull the drawers at this sequence: Center, Left, Left, Center, Left, Center and voila, We have solved the drawer mechanism!

Ask Ellie to check inside the drawer and you'll obtain a trowel. Check again and you'll find this message: "There is M.onStar." Let's remember that for later.

Now toggle camera view to another side of the room and tap on pillow on bed. Ask Ellie to move the pillow away and check on where it was, you'll find this:

This is a message written in hidden ink. You'll need heat to reveal the rest of the message. Now where can we find heat in this room?

Go back to the other side of room and select the trowel. Tap on the floor tile where the mushroom is and make Ellie dig deeper, you'll find a buried human arm with a golden ring on it. Now observe how the golden ring reflects light and refer to the poster on wall, interpret it in a similar way you interpret morse code and you should get this:

We have numbers "106", let's keep that for later as well.

Select organizer that you picked up just a moment ago and tap on Ellie to make her read it. You'll learn that Ellie actually has hair dryer and gym clothes inside her bag. Now tap on the bag until you are allowed to enter password onto its lock

Enter 1-0-6, check the bag twice to get both hair dryer and gym clothes.

Wait a minute, hair dryer can produce heat! Now select hair dryer and plug it into the electric socket on the wall.

Toggle view to the other side of room and use the hair dryer to reveal the hidden message on bed. Disguised as a girl? Murder...? Now our situation is a little creepy, don't you think?

We're almost there. Now select gym clothes and make Ellie put it into the toilet.

Ask Ellie to pull the string which is above the toilet. We have water spilled all over the floor now.

Remember this "There is M.onStar" that we discovered in the drawer? Assuming M means mirror, let's try to put the mirror on the star sign.

Whoa!! Who's that girl in the mirror?! Now we've discovered the girl's secret - Not only that she's not Ellie but she's also a serial killer, demon disguised as a little girl. Eek! >.< Since we know that she's not Ellie, let's call her Crazie for now, shall we? We need to help Crazie escape the room otherwise she's going to kill the real Ellie, but how to get her out?

Now ask Crazie to check on wall beside the bed, and you should get this:
~~VII~~ ~~IXI~~ ~~IIV~~ III.
If you know a little about Roman numerals then this is easy for you. But if you're not familiar with it you can always refer to the antique clock which is on the same wall. Anyway, the correct answer is 791253.

Select trowel and make Crazie dig part of the wall as shown in picture, which is just right above the iron hatch.

Key in 791253 to open the emergency exit. We have successfully freed Crazie from the room and saved the real Ellie! Wee~

But... we have a problem, now Crazie is targeting us instead.

You have two options here:

BAD END - If you'd like to see the bad end, just tap repeatedly on the screen until Crazie climbed down the stairs, then you'll see her paying you a visit with the trowel in her hand. Note that you'll have to replay the game if you'd like to see the good end after you've seen the bad end as this game doesn't allow you to save your progress.

For GOOD END, follow below:

Toggle camera view to the other side of room where Ellie is, tap on her to make sure that she can move her legs a little bit.

Toggle camera view back to right side of room, tap on hair dryer to ask Ellie to pull the plug and bzzzz, Crazie is electrocuted! Both you and Ellie are safe, now you may enjoy the good ending. Or is it?

"Another Room"

Okay, let's start.

Tap on medicine cabinet to obtain a towel. Keep it for now.

Toggle view to the other side of room, tap on the electric chair until Ellie sits on it.

Now tap on trowel on floor at the bottom left of screen to pick it up.

Toggle view to left side of room, select trowel as the current item and tap on floor right next to the basin. Make Ellie lift up the floor tile and dig deeper, you'll discover a pattern here.

With trowel still in Ellie's hand, ask her to dig the floor tile as shown in picture. This floor tile is where the two revealed patterns point and intersect. There you will find a cloth bag. Select cloth bag and tap on Ellie's head to make her look inside it, in there you will find a bottle of scouring powder.

Select scouring powder and tap on the filthy sinks located at left of your screen. Make her use the scouring powder on them.

Then make Ellie wipe the sinks with a towel that we obtained from the medicine cabinet not long ago. Notice that the sinks are now sparkling clean!.... Wait a minute, sparkling? That looks a bit familiar. Observe how those now squeaky clean sinks reflect light: left, left, right, right, right, left, right, right, left, right, right, right.

There are two more items that we have not checked at this side of room - one of them is the bag. Tap on Ellie's bag and you'll see a padlock. Use your two fingers and twist on the padlock according to the sequence of how the sinks reflect light just now: left, left, right, right, right, left, right, right, left, right, right, right. You'll find a bottle of baby oil after you opened the bag.

Select baby oil as current item, tap on the medicine cabinet. It will lubricate the cabinet so you can close it. But we kind of need it to be opened, you'll know why later. Tap the medicine cabinet again to leave it open.

Notice there's something pasted on the wall next to Ellie's bag. There are 6 large boxes illustrated on top and 10 small ones at the bottom. Let's look at the bottom ones first. See that the first one is empty, second box has a dot, third box has two combined dots, forth one has three combined dots and so on. So assuming that the dots represent numbers, our 6 large boxes up there can be interpreted this way:

8 (red)	0	0

Let's save this for later.

Now toggle view to the other side of room, check underneath the electric chair to find a poem: Selling souls to demons dark, piteous plaints in shadow stark.

Tap on top left of your screen, Ellie will tell you that the door has a letter combination padlock. There's a message on it says: Plead the fifth. I cracked my head on this one, thought it have something to do with pleading the fifth in court but I was so totally WRONG! Just simply read the fifth word of the poem and you'll see 'DARK', turn the padlock to this word and the door will be opened.

Tap on the left machine behind those bars and you'll see this panel. Do the colours look familiar to you? See that there's a lot of numbers and switches below the voltage meters.

Now here is your option, you want to see the GOOD END or the BAD END?

If you want to see the GOOD END, just try around the switches to make the voltage meter total up to 700 for blue, reset again and work on the switches to make the voltage meter total 800 for red. Note: You have to make sure that both blue and red signals are on, otherwise Ellie will die horribly at the end.

If you want to watch the BAD END, just turn on the blue light and proceed.

Anyway, here is a guide for you to turn on the lights:
blue = 15, 5, 7, 3, 10

red = reset, 14, 10, 12, 4, 5, -2

Select baby oil as your current item and tap on the other side of the machine. Make Ellie oil it and you will see the lever as shown in picture. Now push the lever to your left.

The hooks above will move and it will slightly push the medicine cabinet's mirror at the other side of room. Now tap on the mirror and you'll discover the real Ellie! As for the fake Ellie let's name her 'Crazie' again, haha.

We are almost there. Now go back to the lever and push the hooks to their right a few times, then push down to lower the hooks. Make sure that 1 hook is on top of the iron hatch, another one is right beside real Ellie's left arm as shown in picture. Otherwise you'll see the bad end.

Now tap on the hook above iron hatch for Crazie to attach the hook with the hatch. Go back to the lever, push up and you will see the hatch is now opened. If you did not turn on both red and blue lights just now, this would be the end with the real Ellie dead and Crazie coming for you.

But if you turned on both lights, Crazie would fail to electrocute Ellie and you will see her start climbing the stairs as shown in above picture.

LAST CHANCE TO KILL CRAZIE

Now here's the delicate part. With Crazie climbing down the stairs, carefully tap on the Ellie's surroundings at this sequence:

1) Ellie's left arm - to make sure that her arm can move

2) Hook beside Ellie

3) Cords beside Ellie's feet, which are bursting with fireworks right now (reminds me of Katy Perry somehow:D)

You have electrocuted Crazie, and the game officially ends here. Weee~

Planning to play The Secrets of Father Simons next, looks like a fine game to me. Can't wait!
