another update

2011-07-10T10:39:00.001-07:00

I must say that talking to friends and family about blogging and the advertisements and how it all works really is paying off. Not only do I feel good about helping them create their own blogs but they are returning the favor by checking out my ads. HOW NEAT! Just over $22 now!

verification

2011-07-10T04:02:00.001-07:00

now that my account is at a balance of a little over $11 i needed to enter tax information, verify payment information, and submit for a pin to be sent to me that will take 1-2 weeks to be mailed to me to enter as the pin to verify some more. i sure hope all this is worth it! :)

MASSIVE jump

2011-07-09T17:50:00.000-07:00

well I made my blog link my signature on a betta forum I am active on and my total income jumped to $4.51!

Near end of day 3

2011-07-09T16:24:00.000-07:00

At the near end of day 3 I have made $1.09 from advertising to YouTube friends and my best friends in person. Talk to friends with a common interest in what your blog is about and make sure they know to check out the ads!

2011-07-09T05:32:00.001-07:00

In an attempt to try and get more of my page visitors to click my ads I wrote "Don't forget to click my ads!" under my headline. Let's hope this helps! :)

another blog

2011-07-09T04:05:00.000-07:00

So in order to expand my viewers I have created another blog, this one is dedicated to my cats. Now I should be able to post here which ones get more viewers and how I promote each one.

So far I have posted a link to my betta blog on all of my betta videos and now I will be posting the link to the cat blog on my cat videos. I will most likely be making a horse blog in the near future.

2011-07-09T03:39:00.001-07:00

With my betta blog and Google adsense I sent my blog to three friends and posted it as a bulletin on my youtube. I received 26 views and 1 click resulting in $0.07 not bad for my first day!
