There is no rhythm or symphony between the pen and paper. Its just the flow of words between your retinal activity and the frontal cortex or the vise versa.

There is no actual cinematic display between these two. In actual, there is a gravity.

Your display, thoughts, interest's, capability, silence brings your to a metabolic state. In actual, it is volatile. We can't sustain a particular state of metabolism. Your mind doesn't allow to fix to particular state, it keeps on jumping.

But in turn it listens to their own soul,

its the heart.

So, the gravity generally is from the heart to the retina via frontal cortex(brain)

Are we ready to change ?!?!?!?

We all are familiar with a saying that "Change is the only thing which never changes". But how many of us are comfortable in accepting change? For an instance, if you used to wear your wrist watch on left hand everyday; can you just try it wearing on your right hand? Would you be comfortable with it? This is the power of change.

Our Government has changed. Our administration has changed. Rules and regulations have changed. But how many of us have changed ourselves to abide them.?

India is one such country where Government needs to emphasis on keeping our house and city clean. Even after several stress on this, few state governments voluntarily rejects that plea. Pathetic.. Our PM, MP, MLA, top most celebrities cleaned their area at-least a day. But what we people did??

If 120 crore people cleaned their place at-least for a day, our country would have experienced a significant difference. But we people kept on complaining and commenting the Government without putting in our efforts. Absolutely, we have no time to do so. We need a maid to clean our own room. How could we have time to clean our roads. I can hear you. My friend, keep one thing in mind - Our country would remain dirt, unless we people depend on others to clean our place.

I need a small favour from you people. At-least stop comparing our nation with developed nations unless and until you people come forward to serve our nation for its cleanliness.

I am not an economist, but I feel having a bank account is a privilege and is a need of the hour. But when a Government says that everyone should hold a bank account, we people laugh at them. Childish...

With such an advanced network system, we people can do almost all our jobs online. But due to transparency, we people prefer going with ledgers and note books. Nepotism and favourism cannot be encouraged if transparency is established. Do we welcome it? Obviously not.

One dialog I quote always. It's from a Tamil movie. "In other nations, people are bribed to do something illegal. But in India, people require bribe even to discharge their duties"

I hope 9/10 people would agree with the above mentioned statement. And my friends, it's not someone else who receives and give bribe. It's we who do it. It's we 120 crore people.

I have seen this in our roads. Father used to go in one way, breaks traffic signals and drop child on time in school. What is the amount of discipline will the boy / girl grasp? We ourselves give a wrong message to our next generation. Ultimately,every child thinks it's father as hero.

We complain that heroes in movies are spoiling the society. Bullshit. It's just entertainment. We people are spoiling our society. Your child is going to follow you blindly than following what Khans did in their movies. They are just for 3 hours but we parents stay with our kids for entire life.

Its really shameful. Its easy putting blame on others. But the time has come to realize ourselves. If we at this moment promise to keep up with traffic regulation and maintain self discipline, our next generation would automatically follow our foot paths. I hope there is no-one in Singapore or Malaysia to teach a child, not to throw wastes on road. They don't do so because their parents don't do that or they have seen no one doing throwing waste.

We could experience a huge positive change when we "Walk the Talk".

No matter how many continents you are far across, no matter how much days it takes to reach your mother, no matter for how many years left for your next visit.. there will be longing soul, for you. They all expect for your safe return, only your proper return i insist.

We owe for money!

We owe our career!
We owe for our happiness!
We owe for our loneliness!
We owe for our passion!
We owe our Independence!
But,.
They owe only our return!!!

"Green Economics" - this is the topic on card. It is essential that we have some basic knowledge about the Green Economics, because everyone of us have some role to play on this topic. In this post, we have tried to share some essential concepts on Green Economics.

Our life has become sophisticated day by day. Things which were secondary few years before have now become primary. We should accept that focus given on Environment was very low when compared to technology.

Our lifestyle has increased, but we do encounter various modern day diseases. Pure air and water has become a rare phenomenon. Yes, I do accept - development will cause some damage to environment. But the intensity of damage has crossed the desired limit, it seems.

Plants could be called as living Gods on earth. We all know that plant gives us Oxygen, which is primary need for us to survive. Also it feeds us with its food. We all know that plant prepare their food on its own and that process is named as photosynthesis.

The amazing fact is the quantity of food a plant produces. It produces far more than the amount required for it to survive. For example, we cut many leaves and sometimes branches of the plant. This doesn't make the plant dead. The reason is the remaining portion of the plant is capable of supplying to the cut portion also. This is the game of nature. If plant produces only for its need, probably we might have become man eaters by now.

The World's population stands at 7 billion. It might reach to 9 billion by 2050. Around 1.3 billion people are current unemployed or under employed. Probably the unemployment rate might increase in near future.

To reduce this unemployment rate, there is a need for establishment of new factories / industries. But the factor to be focused is sustainability. Development should balance the social, economical and environmental demands.

Unemployment is a serious concern. Accepted. But depleting all the resources available for today's generation would impose a huge threat on our future generation.

We could contribute to green economy in the following ways,

1. Usage of renewable energy or energy efficient products
2. Implementing concept of Green buildings which could conserve energy
3. Clean transportation by proper maintenance of vehicle, hybrid vehicle, alternative fuel and vehicle sharing
4. Water Management by treatment and reuse of waste water
5. Waste Management by recylcing and reusing
6. Land Management by plantation, avoiding soil erosion

Lets practise ourselves to contribute to betterment of our environment.

Appearance and dressing determines the ability of the man, at first instance. We could have experienced it many times in our life. When we see some well dressed people, we believe that they would deliver better.

Let me start with an easy example. We have seen many people riding bicycles in road. When we see the lower and middle class people riding, they would have a pity look over the biker or person travelling in car. But if you see a high class person riding a cycle, he just enjoys doing it. He never cares about anyone else on road.

Hence he appears to be more confident and more better rider compared to others. He becomes a point of attraction there. The same thing is evident in all the cases.

If you enjoy doing certain things, you will be the best at it. When a music student starts his class, he sings in fear. He is tensed that he should not commit any mistake and it is the reason he fails. But when he develops confidence and becomes a professional singer, he enjoys singing and hence his output would be marvellous.

Many movies like 3 Idiots and Gajni were insisting on this single point. "Do what you enjoy".

What are the advantages of doing so !?

Firstly, we begin to love our profession. We will never have time restriction to do this task. Hence, we won't be working for our supervisor / boss. We begin to work for ourselves. Hence we would deliver consistent and quality output.

This will increase our chances for promotion. Also loving your profession will never put in to small circle of promotion and increment. You get motivated by what you do, independent of promotion and increment. People around you begin to love you and take you as their role models.

Hence you become the hero of your company. What more than this you want ?!!? No tension in office means, you carry smile to home. This will also enrich your personal life.

By making one move correct, your full life is going to be perfect. By compromising on this important decision, we put ourselves in to tremendous pressure and it leads to all other problems in the World.

Select the job you love or love the job you do. This would change your approach towards life. Just make a day's trial. Feel the change and stick to this approach.

IT Sector Vs Awareness !!!

During my earlier days, I have seen my parents spending healthy time for conversation among themselves and with neighbours. Any information shared to my mother would have reached to every individual in our area. Probably, this might be the logic behind female education.

Once I was listening to speech of a scholar. He raised a question - what is the difference between jail and home !? I was equally excited to know the answer.

In jail - we were locked from outside. In home - we are locking ourselves from inside. If control is with you - you are at home. If control is with others - you are at jail.

Now, are we in jail or home !? Though we are in home, we are governed by various external parameters. The so called IT culture has a huge impact on our life style. Leave the issue of communicating to our neighbours, communication within home members have become a question now.

Our office time has changed. No more 8 hours of working. Our holiday pattern has changed. Most of us even work 365 days a year. The impact this lifestyle made on us is - this made us forget our external World.

All through the day and night, you just live thinking about your work, colleagues and company. You fail to realise that there is a world excluding this parameters. Money has become a primary need of the day.

This lets the awareness level to go down. You might be the expert in your subject, but when asked about the finance minister of your country - you just get locked up. Many of us have no idea about the name of our ministers itself. We just unanimously call them as criminals. How many of us could write name of 10 central and state ministers ?!

This is our present state. We have no time to read newspaper. We have no time to spend on news. We have no time get awareness. Then how could we spend awareness.

If you are asked to write an exam without any supervisor, your intent will prompt you to copy. This is nature. Because ultimately you write the exam to get passed.

This is what is happening in India. Educated people are focused only on their work. They seldom listen to political happenings. Now politicians are let to do their scam without any supervision and hence they do it precisely.

To change this situation, we need to change our attitude towards life.

World no Tobacco day !!!

The reason for assigning a day for a particular cause is to make people realize the seriousness of the issue. In this post, lets see the reason behind observation of World tobacco day.

About 5.5 Million people die due to tobacco consumption, every year. Is it not shocking ?!!?!?

About 0.9 Million people die in India every year due to the consumption of tobacco. Also India holds the record for second most country which consumes tobacco.

On an average, 15% of youngsters consume tobacco under 15 years of age. 25% of youngsters consume tobacco between 15 to 17 years of age.

Average age for a tobacco adict is mentioned as 17.8, for male. It is more shocking to know that the average tobacco adict age of female is 17.

Nearly 26% of non somkers are exposed to tobacco at work place. At home, the percentage increases to 52%. The main reason behind this is somking at public places.

Till date, we have seen many people smoking in public. When we inhale the smoke, we are also prone to all effects which could be caused by tobacco.

A recent survey says that most of the women become prey to tobacco effects only because of smoking habit of their husbands. This culture should change.

Though we have many controls in public places and offices for smoking, we have no restriction for smoking in our house. When a person smokes in home, children at home and old age people are more vulerable to be affected.

North easetern part of India tops the tobacco consumers list. Due to excessive cold, they consume tobacco by every means. Few of them smoke, whereas few consume raw tobacco.

India is the third largest producer of tobacco in the World. This keeps the cost of tobacco low always and hence availability of tobacco is not at all a problem. Every small shops have tobacco products. Unless Government takes some stingent measures to control this, eradicating tobacco would be a day dream.

But we could make a change as an individual. It is not necessary that you mind wash a smoker and make him quit smoking. But we as an individual could restrict people to avoid smoking in public places.

An Engineer !!!

India is a country which produces too many engineers. And the pretty disappointing thing is that most of us work in the field which we have no where studied during the course of engineering. Now lets see the state of engineer in India.

I went to attend a training program in chennai, recently. Only 10 people were there with us during the training session. 9 of them where from Tamil Nadu and 1 person was from UAE.

On the first day of the training, we all self introduced ourselves. There were nearly 8/9 engineers in that batch whereas one from UAE stated himself as a field person.

Everything went well on day 1. On day 2, due to some problem, our room Air conditioner stopped working. Hotel personnel were trying to arrange some substitute for us. Anyhow we had no alternative, except to suspend the class for one hour.

During that one hour, the guy from UAE came to me and asked - Are you an Electrical Engineer ?! I said - Yes, I am. He was filled with happiness. He pleaded me, then you please fix the problem with this Air conditioner.

I was bit annoyed. I told him, I am an engineer - not a mechanic. I have no idea of how to fix this problem. This made him red hot. He started firing at me, as if I am acting to him that I don't know to fix the problem.

Then, I explained him politely the concept behind Indian Engineering. We people are engineers, since we are good in theoretical knowledge. A person who has practical knowledge is called a mechanic, who will be the right choice to fix this problem. It made him bit more confused.

He started saying that, we have no engineers in our area. A person who works with car is known as Car mechanic. A person who fixes Air conditioner is know as AC mechanic. On the whole, we have person who has both theoretical and practical knowledge together.

It made me think here. Yes, it is what India badly need. A change.

Skilled person in India is mostly illiterate and unskilled person is a literate. Skilled person is not able to present what his work is all about and a person who is able to present about his work is not able to work on it.

Many of us (engineers) will be belonging to this category. If you accept my view, please do share about this to your friends circle. Only awareness could bring the desired change. Unless we minimise the gap between the skill and literate, reaching the status of supreme power would be a day dream.

Conservation !!!

Conservation is the prime factor that should be learnt from our ancestors. There are two ways by which you could reduce a problem. 1. By increasing the production. 2. By decreasing the consumption.

Generally, we people begin to conserve only when we face some scarcity. Now we could see advertisement everywhere stating us to conserve electricity and diesel. But it is proved that conservation could be learnt only when scarcity is not present.

Let me explain you with an example. We all know that India is facing terrible electricity scarcity. Many parts of India experience power cut of about 4-6 hours a day.

In spite of this, our power consumption has not reduced. Because we have employed inverters and other batteries to save power, which could be used during power cuts. Ultimately, when power is on - consumption rate is very high. For example, A person uses 6 units / day in case he gets power 24 hours a day. In case of power cuts, his consumption may even go up to 7 units / day because he stores energy for power cut time and also tries to finish all his electricity dependent works during power on time itself.

Here comes the main problem. Decreasing the consumption doesn't mean to decrease the supply.

In my earlier days, my parents used to switch on fans only for few hours a day. They used to sit out in balcony during evening hours and chat with neighbours. I too used to play with my friends for few hours. And hence we were conserving electricity with our life style.

But now, we don't know our neighbours name. Our children are better playing computer games than field games. Our house door is always shut. This obstructs the flow of light, which forces us to go for light. Also for air movement we use fan. With change in life style, we move ourselves from nature.

Even today, old age people in developed cites pay less electricity bill than working couples. It was shocking for me. Old age couple used to stay in home for full day. But this working couple hardly stays in home for 10 hours a day. But they consume more electricity than what old people do in 24 hours.

This is a place to think. Conservation is never a mistake. It is one of the most efficient way to renew our life. Otherwise, the future generation might not be aware about the resource called petrol or coal. Even water will be subjected to availability. Of course, our science and technology will never let us down. But they favour only the rich, unlike our nature.

Dependables !!!

Human is a social animal. That too Indians are specifically more sentiment oriented. We live for our family more than living for ourselves. But when we step into some risky jobs or when we fight for justice, probably this family structure may hinder us from acting freely.

In 90/100 movies, heroes surrender themselves to villains only when their family members / dear ones are taken as prey. Indeed, such types of incidents are true in today's context too.

We have seen many kidnaps in recent time to make Government hear their words. Government is also pressurised by the concern;s family members and known persons.

There are movies even illustrating that hero (who generally will try to eradicate evil forces in city) says himself as a lonely man. He is having no family or friendship bond with any people. But is it possible for reality ?!!?

Believe or not, developed countries develop a gang of cops who have no sentimental attachment with any person in this world. They are mesmerised, brain washed and made to focus only on anti-social elements.

As I already told, sentiment is taken more seriously in India more than any other countries. There are numerous articles stating that India is probably the only country where parents live their entire life only for their children. They think about his future. They plan for his education, marriage and even for his children's education.

Our Governmental policies and saving bonds are evident for this purpose. I don't think any other country will have as many children policy as India has. This is how we are linked with each other.

Lets take an example. Say Mr. X kidnapped Mr. Y. Mr. Y is famous personality in his area and Mr. X is a gang member of Mr. Z's team. Mr. Z is gang leader of a militant group and he has been arrested recently.

Now, Mr. X kidnapped Mr. Y and demanding release of Mr. Z.

Most of the Nations would have gone to attack Mr. X or Mr. Z to free Mr. Y. But our approach is totally different. We free Mr. Z and get back Mr. Y.

I respect this decision. Life of Mr. Y is important - accepted. But please do think about the sacrifice of our police personnel too. They might have risked their life in arresting Mr. Z. Even few police man might have killed in this incident. But all these sacrifice done by police personnel are forgotten when Mr. X demands.

After this incident, how could you expect our police department to work efficiently.!? They get demotivated. Firstly, their life is at risk always. Secondly, we are not going to respect them even if they die in their mission and finally, even if the militant is arrested and produced before law, he won't be punished during his life time.

I will give you a job. Your manager gives you an assignment. You do it day and night. Submit your report on his table, He just trashes your report without even opening your file. How would you feel in this situation ?!?!

This is what is happening in our country. Realise that police men are also human. They also have feeling. Respect them.

Rs. 500, Rs. 1000 currency !!!

Few days before Mr. Ramdev Baba demanded Government to ban currency notes with value of Rs.500 and Rs.1000. But why !?!? What is going to happen by banning these currencies ?! Is this statement baseless ?! Lets discuss about this in detail.

There are various logic behind Baba ji's statement. Lets examine one by one with examples.

Logic 1

Lets start with per capita income of Indians. It has reached Rs. 50,000 for the first time. We have seen 16.9% increase in our per capita income than previous year (2011).

There is an English phrase saying "Hand full of salary". Now what will be the number of currencies a person will receive in a duration of one year.

Rs. 1000 Currency * 50 = Rs. 50000

Simple. Annual salary of an average Indian can be paid in just 50 currency notes.

Do you know the maximum currency value in America. Its just 100$. Per capita income of Americans is 47200$. This gives you a clear relation.

Hence Rs. 100 currency is the most appropriate maximum value of currency for Indian scenario.

Logic 2

Corruption in India has gone well past crores. Now we are dealing with thousands of crores or lakhs of crores. Assume you need to apply for an Engineering seat in a reputed engineering college. They ask you for a donation of Rs. 10 Lakhs. How will you be paying them this hot cash ?!!?

Probably through Rs. 1000 or Rs. 500 currencies !!! In recent days people seldom pay bribe with Rs. 50 or Rs. 100 currencies. That time has gone past long ago.

Hence, reduce higher currency value, reduce corruption.

Logic 3

Fake currencies have become most common nowadays. But they target only Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 currencies. The reason is very simple. They invest in huge amount for the replication of actual currency. Hence they could get profit margin only if they print Rs.500 or Rs. 1000 currency.

Report says that around Rs. 200000 crores of fake notes prevail in Indian market and all of them are just Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 currencies.

Logic 4

Black money market increases only when transactions or purchases are done without bank transfer / pan card numbers. Generally middle class people contribute to the black market knowingly or unknowingly.

Assume I have a wallet with me. And the maximum currency value in India is Rs. 1000. I could easily fit 10 currencies in my wallet and hence now the amount in my purse is Rs. 10000. I prefer buying any item without bill or without informing my bank. Hence I support black marketers.

In case the maximum currency value is Rs. 100. I might require a hand bag to carry Rs. 10000. Hence I would have made this purchase just by swiping my debit card. Now this transaction is accounted. Hence black market is suppressed.

Trivia

Till 1969, America is known for its highest corruption rate. Mr. Richard Nixon made a brave move that time by banning any currency more than a value of 100$. Till 1969, America was having 1000$, 10000$ and even 100000$ currency in their market. This revolutionary decision rewrote the fate of America and today they are so called superiors in the World.

Now its up to us to think and act.

Science behind !!!

Let me make my stand very clear - It is not a religious post. But few religious aspects are just taken as an example to illustrate the science behind them. In this post we are to discuss a thin line of difference between practises and superstition.

Every religion has its own code of ethics. But if we make a deep study on those, we may realise that all religion converges to the same point. This is the reality that everyone should realise.

Actually there are two category of people. 1. Remember God only when he encounters any trouble. 2. Never give space to God in his life. In today's world, we have more number of people belonging to type 1. They have literally stopped praying in ordinary circumstances.

This is the case with most of the boys who are still bachelors. But when he gets a family, he needs some moral support. He slowly enters into religious activity also due to the pressure given by wife and parents. This shift was made to happen, not voluntarily done.

Hence, we may find some negativeness in the body language of this people. They won't abruptly reject God but also not put forward an effort to realise almighty.

Every one of us know that our child behaves how we do. Hence our child also begins to think in the same line. He also puts himself in a stage to oppose all religious activities.

There might be many reasons behind this. 1. Religious places are treated as business spots. 2. Partiality / nepotism that prevails in the temples. 3. Some non-traditional practises coming into the place etc may force man to go against religious system.

But the best possible solution for this problem is to learn our religious system in deep.

I have heard many people saying that our kings wasted huge area of land in the name of temple. But is it true !? Let me tell you a science behind it.

Earlier days there was a system which says people go to temple and worship twice a day. We all know that God is everywhere. Then what is the reason behind this statement ?! Have we thought in this angle ?!

The simple reason behind is to maintain our body structure. The temple size is big and there is a tradition that once you go to temple you need to make 3 rounds (at least) of the program. Hence it may account to at least 1-2 Km of walk every time. Walking 3-4 Km everyday will help you to maintain your body fit.

Also it gives a purpose of walking. I have heard few people saying that why should I go for a walk without any purpose, that too early in the morning !?!? Hence our forefathers gave a link between God and our physical health and made us visit temples.

Like this, there is a scientific reason behind everything we do. Try to understand that. If anything is found baseless, just avoid following it. You can even make people aware about this superstition.

The substitute !!!

Hi friends, sorry for a pretty long gap. Believe me, I will be regular from now onwards. In this post I would like to emphasis the importance of substitute - generally treated as a dark spot.

We can be depended on what we have in adequate. But relaying on the source which we seldom have may lead to problems and dependency. This is what is prevailing in India.

We people seldom have adequate gasoline explored in our country. But our dependency on them is too high. Even developed countries like America are going for substitute of Gasoline products. But India (the knowledge bank of the World) remains silent in this area.

Few years before Ethanol mixed petrol came into Indian market. But within a period of SIX months, the marketing of the same was stopped. The reason for this is still a mystery !

In my opinion, I thought that Ethanol might be polluting more than what diesel does, but I was wrong. Ethanol was more environment friendly. The second reason I thought was the type of Engine we use in vehicles might not support ethanol mixed petrol. But I was wrong in this too. Any engine made after 2002 could run with 25% of ethanol and 75% of petrol. Then what is blocking Government from implementation of this fuel. It might reduce 25% of petrol consumption of the Nation.

Big Industrial giants were forcing Government to ban Ethanol mixed petrol because it may reduce India's dependency on other countries. This might also reduce their profit margin by huge extent. Not only petroleum industries pressurise Government but also liquor industries.

India is a country with 560 sugar plants. In case few of such plants are employed for production of ethanol, we may well overcome our petrol demand. Is it possible to do so ?!!? Yes, Indeed. Brazil did this when it faced scarcity of petroleum products. But why not India ?!

We have very simple solution for the most complex problem we face. In case we reduce 25% of our petroleum demands, our currency may take driving seat. We can lower the dominance of dollar over rupees. But how many of us are aware about this fact.!?

Hence I hereby request everyone of you to educate about this phenomenon to people around you. Only awareness can lighten up our life. If it doesn't happen, lets make it happen.

Girl & Star Fish !!!

Whenever tide reaches the shore, it carries few star fish along with it. Many star fishes could be noticed lying on the shore. If they are not taken back by next tide, their life ends. Almost life of a girl is comparable to a star fish !!!

We Indians call our country as women, we denote almost as women and at a same time, we almost ignore women to a core. Fact says that not more than 50% of women completes their high school.

Till date, child marriage exists in many villages. No stringent measures are in place to control this.

I have read in my school days that, educating a women is equal to educating a family. Its very true.

If a women learns, it restricts the women to get married at-least till she completes her education. Even after marriage, if she is ill treated - she could handle the family with her own education skills. She could also educate her child.

Thereby she spreads the light of education. Most importantly, she will be able to stop a girl from becoming a victim. The cycle continues...

I have heard a story of a star fish. A girl stands on the shore and she throws the star fish back into the sea. A person came to her and asked, "Can you save all the star fish by this !? What big difference you could make !?"

The young girl simply picked up another star fish, threwed it back into sea and said - "I made difference to this single star fish."

This is the correlation between a girl and star fish. Never think that by helping a single girl, how will things change. Think that you have entirely reversed the life of a single girl.

Women contribute more than 60% of Indian workforce but not more than 5% of properties are registered in their name !!!

Let us respect our mother. If she is unaware of certain things, lets educate them.

Generally women are proved to be expert in questioning skills. Lets try to answer their question with patience. Lets spread the light of education and awareness.

Believe or not - I just educated a day to my mom about Anna Hazare ji and the next day, entire colony was aware about this person. This is the power of a women. They also grasp to the best and transmit it to the best.

As per our Ex- President's word, help India achieve 20-20 faster !!!

The inbuilt complex !!!

The main problem that every young boys and girls face is friends of opposite sex. Some feel it has prestige / esteem, some feel it as compulsion, some feel it as pressure and some feel it is even the meaning of life !!!

Okay. Where does the word complex come from !?!? How it is related to this post !?!? That is what we are to deal in detail.

Suppose a guy is talking with a girl on a road. He might one of these two feelings.

1. He never cares about others. He want to spend considerable time with her. He enjoys others seeing him.
2. He cares more on society. He puts himself under pressure in this situation.

Other guys who see this scenario may act in one of these two ways.

1. He may remain silent, but may feel jealous / develop a inferiority complex inside.
2. He may just openly comment / think about his pair and silently move away.

Now complex arises here. A guy who sees the couple starts comparing himself with them. For example, consider the guy is of dark complexion and the girl is extremely good. He starts comparing himself with that guy. In what way I lag from him. Why I didn't get a girl !??!?

This creates a sort of inferiority complex. It becomes too big that he even start doubting the brothers and sisters standing on the road.

Another case is also possible. The guy who has girl friend develop a superiority complex in him. He starts treating himself as hero. Treating self as hero is nothing wrong, but he also begin to underestimate others.

The third worst possible case is the situation of person who cares more about the public. He puts himself under pressure, because of which he might not be good in dealing with relationship with the girl. This may probably break up their relationship or make girl feel that he cares least about her. This creates extra stress on that guy resulting in loss of relationship and also loss of personal image.

Note: All these applies for girls also.

Now what is the solution for all these problems !?!?

The most simple and practical solution is - treat girls and boys equally. Allow boys and girls to share their ideas freely. The best solution for this problem will be mutual understanding between boys and girls.

Does India lack in talent ?!!? Not at all. But what is stopping us from reaching heights !??! In this post we are to discuss certain aspects which makes us unique from developed nations.

Recently I met a foreigner. We attended a course together. In the due course, he asked me about my qualification. I said as electrical engineer. He then asked me, can you fix this air conditioner ?!? I had no answers left with me.

He told, we don't have electrical engineers in our country. We have electrician for respective machine / equipment. If a person fixes AC, we call him AC electrician or mechanic.

This ignited me a thought - indeed this is where we lag.

India has a set of people (Engineers / Diploma graduates) who have strong theoretical background. We also have a huge workforce who could do any job easily.

The problem here is, the person who is strong in theory is weak in practical and the person who can work cannot explain.

In foreign countries, they try to balance this. Being a electric engineer I would like to share a fact to you. I cannot touch any electrical appliance without state wire man license.

And only 1 - 2% of electrical engineers in India have wire man license. This is where we stand.

One more shocking fact is that we have more number of fake universities here. These universities issue certificates for nothing. And many people on site get their degree only through these universities.

Now what is the solution for this problem !??! People on site should be made to think / understand what they actually do. Unless they understand the purpose or theory behind their work - they may not be successful in repeating it.

Engineers shall come out of their office and put on their efforts to learn reality. There is always a term called "Practicality" which deviates lightly from theory.

Unless this happens, we might not be able to reach the heights. Let us light the candle of literacy among layman workers and let us also learn the art of working from them.

Tradition Vs Modern !!!

Where ever I go, I hear this word - Girls have changed a lot. They used to wear traditional sarees, but now they roam around wearing jeans. The situation is getting worse, blaw blaw blaw. But one simple question, does guys stick to their tradition !?!?

I have read in my primary school that keep your hand clean before pointing out a dirt.

I being a guy cannot blame any girl because I am not following my traditional dress. My job and work environment may not be comfortable if I stick to traditional wear.

Girls wearing modern dress - Is it wrong !?!? If you ask me, The question itself is wrong. Any dress that makes you comfortable is the advisable dress. If I am comfortable wearing a jeans, nothing bad in wearing it. I cannot keep worrying whether my neighbour will mistake me or not. I just need a dress which makes me feel comfortable.

But there is a group which makes themselves uncomfortable by wearing modern dress. If you opt for your dress by choice - then it is great. But if you prefer modern dress only because your friends wear it, then change yourself.

The main problem with us is we upgrade from western world but we also mix our innovations. Only in India, mistakes become a fashion.

The concept of wearing tight t shirt and low hip pants have this history.

I would like to remind guys a point - How many of us wear dhoti and shirt (khadar) ?!?! Only on certain occasions and festive times we prefer these dresses. Almost every girl stick to this formula.

What is wrong in this ?!!? I have never seen a father advising his son when he prefers low hip pant. But if his daughter prefer jeans pant, she has to hear a hour full of lecture. Why this partiality ?!!? Probably this partiality is going to create a barrier in their heart.

Society also has the same view. A guy is given all sorts of freedom, but never a girl - in case of dressing.

Trivia - Men fairness creams and cosmetics have more market than female cosmetics.

Every thing lie in the eye of the viewer. Research says that saree and dhoti are the world's sexiest costumes - since they are the rarest of costumes which have no button or zip on them.

Live for your heart. Never comment others. In this modern world - our needs and demands may force us to break some culture or tradition. Do remember, we made these cultures and tradition. And these cultures and traditions are always bound to be renewed or broken.

A reason to Celebrate !!!

Happy New Year wishes to all our blog readers. Hope everyone of you had a great new year celebration. In this post I would like to share few interesting incidents I faced during new year celebration.

Let it be any celebration, I just see it as an opportunity to celebrate. While celebrating, we people throw away all our worries, ego, status and become kids. This is a fact.

When they dance and sing together, the Ego between them vanishes. It gives a possibility for friendly interaction. It gives an opportunity to display your talents and understand others talent.

Scholars have rightly said that World is a stage on which we people act. Its true. 99% of us act, we don't live. We live the life what others will accept. We fear to live the life we like. Many movies have this as a punch line. Hero generally used to say that I live as my heart says - but many times it becomes cinematic.

We restrict ourself by wearing a mask of etiquette and decency. We start thinking about others thinking towards us. This is were most of the problem come. The person doesn't really posses the character which he appears to posses.

There are another category of people who refuses to throw away the mask even during celebration times. They maintain their ego and status. These type of people suffer problems related to health.

In north India, majority of states have a festival where they become kid. I feel this is missing in south India. Dhandiya function in Gujarat, Holi all over North India, Ganesh Chaturthi in Maharastra makes people feel light.

The actual reason behind these celebrations are these reduces blood pressure to great extent. It is 100 times better than watching a movie or having a snacks.

My sincere request to all people is to just relax yourself in between works. Your job is more important, You need to earn for your family - accepted. But never forget to take care of you. Spend considerable time for yourself. Enjoy with your loved ones.

We people take time for us during our college days or young life, but as days pass on we change our approach to life. We engage ourselves to the worries and problems present in front of us. Lets resist the change in our life style. Let us spend at least a glimpse of time for ourselves.

Mullai Periyar - The true story !!!

Kerala and Tamil Nadu are the two states involved in this affair. Central Government and Supreme Court of India are two external parties involved. The sad part is many people know only till point of the story. Lets see the fact behind this issue.

Logically speaking, how could a dam constructed and maintained in Kerala be named after a tamilian - Periyar !??!

Kerala government says 35 Lak people might be killed if dam gets collapsed. They also claim that dam is 116 years old and its made of limestone. How could we take such a massive risk which involves life of these many people!?

Every one of us also know that Kerala has accepted to continue supplying same amount of water to Tamil Nadu even after the construction of new dam.

Then what problem does Tamilians have !?!? Why they resist !?!? There must be some reason behind this. Is Tamil Nadu least bothered about life of 35 lak people ?! Here comes answer for all these questions.

In the year 1976, Kerala government constructed a dam just 50 Km below Mullai periyar dam. The capacity of the new dam is 7 times more than the older one.

Once the dam came into existence, Kerala government started worrying about the life of 35 Lak people. I am not aware about their stand. Was the dam brand new till 1975 !? Or did Kerala government careless about 35 Lak people till 1975 !?

Okay. At least Kerala started worrying for people by 1976. But is the worry true !?!?

Logically speaking, if mullai periyar dam gets collapsed, water is going to travel downwards. In next 50 Km, there is a new dam constructed which is even 7 times bigger than older one. Naturally water is going to get settled there.

Water storage in new dam is not known to be full all the time. Imagine even a case the new dam is filled with water and now the older dam is going to bet collapsed. Even in this case, water takes four hours to reach new dam. Water can be released from new dam.

Now how many villages are situated between these two villages !?!? Hardly ZERO. Then what will be the death rate ?! Almost zero. Then where does the number 35 Lak came from ?!?

Okay. Everything is accepted. But what makes Tamil Nadu to protest against new dam !?!?

Mullai Periyar dam is 2709 to 2861 feet high from sea level. New dam is constructed from a height of about 1853 feet about sea level. Water supplied to Tamil Nadu from Mullai periyar passes through high rocky layers and reach the destination. Location of new dam makes it virtually impossible for water to reach Tamil Nadu, even if Kerala wishes to supply us water.

Okay. Is Tamil Nadu defending the damaged dam for its personal benefit !??!

Probably no. Because as per claims of Kerala the dam is purely made of Limestone, which itself is not fully true. The dam has been renovated with 40 Tons of cement and 500 Tons of cement in 1933 and 1960 respectively. Recently in the year 2000, even an expert panel appointed by Supreme Court of India analysed the bridge and strengthen the same with latest anchoring methodology.

After the necessary modifications, Supreme Court of India declared that the Mullai Periyar dam is Safe.

Simple. Problem solved. Then what is the purpose of constructing a new dam !?!? This is what Tamilians also ask. Now can you understand their stand point.

People are also not put in danger. Bridge is also not in a state to get collapsed. A state of illusion is being developed in the minds of people.

When will Anna Hazare ji Succeed ?!?!?!

I am writing this post after a long gap. Sorry for being disappointing you guys for such a long time. Let us see the topic of the day - Anna Hazare ji's hunger strike. Many corrupted politicians laugh at him and poke him that he has lost. Many people say that his strike is meaning less. Let see what we should do to make it meaningful.

I recently saw a video of how very few Englishmen managed to control such a huge Indian population. I could correlate many similarities between that phrase and today's scenario. We people are like dry sand, difficult hold together. We always expect a personal profit for almost all our moves.

The biggest gift we have is thinking. At times, this even turn out to be our biggest disaster too. Some people think Anna ji does this to earn some name in Indian politics. Some say that he belongs to BJP and some say he is the man who was fabricated by Congress itself.

I am not aware about what is true. But I am aware about one thing - this man made many people think and realise that corruption free India is possible.

I really feel bad when some corrupted politicians laugh at Anna ji and say that you have lost, your fight is meaningless. Logically speaking we people should feel ashamed. We cannot protect a person who fights for us. Indeed he is hurt by the person who was elected by us. Is this democracy !?!?

I could even see few people questioning that "When Hazare ji will win?!" The answer is very simple - the day when we correct ourselves.

There was no Englishmen or American when corruption started in India. It started only because of Indians. To end this corruption also, we cannot depend on external force. We Indians have to fight up.

Many of us might have studied hierarchy of needs. There is a stage called self actualisation. It is the last stage of motivation. I think we Indians never claim to reach there. If I earn 50K, I compare with my senior who gets more than me. This applies to my senior also. We people are actually never satisfied.

Politicians who earn in Laks dream for crores. A normal person who earns in hundreds dreams for thousands. This chain never ends. The dream in us motivate us to achieve it somehow. Probably the problem is we never think about our eligibility in achieving our dream. We just set un-achievable targets, put ourself in pressure, kill our conscience and remain as a corrupted citizen.

Our Country, Our People !!!

There is a talk prevailing in our Nation. Implementing any system is difficult in India, because of its population. Also some anti elements keep saying that it is difficult to appoint a police for every individual. Now lets take a microscopic view on this issue.

There are numerous people who travel abroad and come back to India. Those people behave well while abroad. Statistics says that Indians are best in complying with rules and regulations in middle east.

But when they come back to India, they are the best violators too.

Lets stop the blaming game now. What could be the solution for this issue !? Everyone knows that 100 crore police men is not a solution. To discuss this topic, lets take specific issue of Road traffic and accidents.

Road accidents in India are more due to various reasons. The root cause for them is Lack of systems.

Many of us get license through brokers. Very few get license by riding the vehicles as per norms. We all know that 18 years is the minimum age for driving the vehicle. But we encourage our kids to drive the vehicle at lesser age. We even think it as a matter of proud.

India is the only place where we people openly protest against wearing the helmet. Overloading of people is most common. A common family man drives with his wife and two child in a two wheeler. Is it possible in other countries ?!!?

We people simply blame politicians for poor road facilities. But how many of us will agree to introduce cameras in our roads !??!

In foreign countries, no one is there to oppose such things. But in democratic country like ours, there is opposition and corruption in every aspects of life.

We people are not happy with the existing cameras, which are placed very less in numbers and in important areas of city. We think that violating rules and systems is our freedom.

Even today there is no petition for introducing camera system in all our roads. But we are proud to say that India leads the World in road accidents. We are happy to blame Government for their poor road conditions, but we people will never prompt Government in case of any damage in our roads.

We compare Middle east with Indian roads. We have king's rule there, but we have democratic rule here.

It is all up to us to decide our future path.

A significant day !!!

Everyday is special to us. But there are few days which are treated more special. Those are the national or state leaders birthday or significant achievement days. This post is a detailed discussion on this topic.

1st of November is celebrated as the state formation day in Kerala. This happens every year. State holiday will be declared every year and TV channels used to broadcast some special programs. Sometimes new movies also might get released.

There is nothing wrong till this point. But the sad part is that people in prison are also released owing to this celebrations.

Is this not crazy !?!? Police people have sacrificed their life and arrested the culprits. Government releases them by the name of these days. Then what is the value of Court's judgement ?!!?

I think politicians use this as the vital tool to discharge their party members. A classical example of this was illustrated in Kerala yesterday.

Son of a minister was arrested for indulging in malpractice. He was sentenced for one year in prison. As usual due to poor health condition, he was admitted in hospital. All these stories happened around 3 months ago.

Yesterday, this guy was released owing to Kerala day. He has never been taken to jail till now. He fall sick and he was discharged when he was at hospital itself. Is this the honour we are giving to our Court's Judgement !?!?

This happens everywhere. I quoted Kerala case since it was recent and fresh.

Politicians use this occasion to interfere with Court's decision. This is totally wrong practice. But it happens every year. Birthday of any leader or Independence day or Republic day - many of our prisoners are released.

What is the fun in arresting them and prosecuting them, if they are going to be released on this occasions !??!

I am not sure where this is going to end. Supreme court should make a solid statement to stop this type of political interference. National significant days are treated as a milestone in country's history. But releasing prisoners out on that day gives us extra fear of being endangered.

Population - 700 Crores !!!

Every Seventh person in the World is an Indian. Of course, it is a matter of proud. But generally there is a thought that increasing population is an alarming symbol. This post is a research on the same.

In 1968, a book called Population Bomb was released. In that effects of increasing population was clearly mentioned. The important effects mentioned there was scarcity of food and shelter.

I would like people to rewind our lifestyle 60 years back. During that time a major portion of people suffered a lot without food. Middle class people had grains as their main course of food.

But see the situation now. Our lifestyle has grown up. Our food production capacity has also grown up. UN predicts world is about to reach 1000 crore population at the end of 21st century.

Are you going to cry thinking about these figures ?!?! Of course not. Because our technology is developing day by day. We are improving ourselves to match with our requirements.

If increase in population is not there, we people would still be on roads. But now, we have got flyovers. We have got many attractive malls. Can you think about going back to technology we had 20 years back.

China has made family planning a mandatory one. India also advertises about importance of small family.

In contrast, Saudi and Singapore pay you for your child. More child you get, more money you will receive. If population raise is danger, why can't UN stop it.

To be precise, problem in India is not the population raise - but the distribution network.

Still now, we have many people laying in platforms, starving for food. But at the same time, we have skyscrapers and the people who eat in golden spoon also.

Is it because of population !?!? It is because of unequal distribution.

Huge quantity of food grains produced in India gets wasted due to improper storage facility. It is very sad that an agricultural Nation does not have proper storage facility.

Recently, Supreme court ordered Government to distribute those grains to poor people of India. But Government has not shown any interest in doing so.

Are you going to blame population for this also ?!!? If so, continue blaming, anyhow it is not going to yield any productive result.

No one can predict the future. Who knows, 10th child of a mother can change the fate of entire nation with his intelligence. Even Lord Krishna came to this World as the EIGHT child.

As population increases, technology also increases. If there is no place left in Earth, we can conquer Moon or other planets.

I am not encouraging increase in population. But people should realize that increase in population alone is not a prime contributor to all the problems in the World.

Nuclear power - Some facts !!!

The hot topic in our country is Nuclear power. Many people oppose it and many support it. But the sad part is we people oppose or support because our friends does. Indeed, many of us don't even take effort to educate us in this regard. We have made some efforts in bringing readers some fact about nuclear power.

First of all, Government projects that production cost of a unit (using nuclear power) is somewhere around Rs. 2 - Rs. 2.50.

The reason why they select this mode of power is because solar energy costs Rs. 20/ unit. Renewable power are generally more costlier. This is what government projects.

Now coming to the reality, Opposition people states that only maintenance cost is considered in the production cost. Government has projected faulty figure (low amount) to convince people to accept this project.

Somewhere around 6 Lak liters of water is needed for nuclear power plant everyday. No one is ready to release what was the cost considered for per liter of water.

Secondly, Japan power plant (which faced disaster) was built as per 1st generation technology. But India follows 3rd generation technology. More advance and more safer.

Reactor (in koodangulam) was placed at the height of 8.7M from sea level. During tsunami, waves rose up only to 2.7M. Also it is very closer to coastal areas and ports(two ports).

Now coming to seismic level. Seismic level denotes the vulnerability of a place to earthquake. Three governmental agencies quoted three different values (in koodangulam alone).

Opposition party asked for an independent body (something like election commission or supreme court) to analyze the safety precautions and land conditions. This is the status in developed countries. But in India, Government organizations analyzes the safety in power plants. I am not aware how governmental agencies can give a report against government itself.

Hope many people are aware that European nations are shutting down their nuclear power plant.

Installing a nuclear power plant costs us more. Also the maintenance cost is quite high. The most important thing is that we need to spend a considerable amount of money while shutting down the power plant also.

Recently an emergency mock drill was conducted around the area (Say 5Km) around the nuclear power plant. During the mock drill, vehicle used for evacuating people got its engine ceased. It was entirely a flop show, since emergency arrangements were not proper at all. (this incident took place in 2002 at Kalpakam)

Even today, emergency arrangements are not up to date.

Lastly, RTI act even does not discloses few technical process involved in the nuclear power plant, since it could be a threat to the nation itself.

There are many such points to be discussed in this regard. Though this points serves as basic.

Education makes man matured. This is what we people firmly believe. But recent reports makes us think that whether this statement holds good or not. Yes, this post is an analysis of a report released by Government of India.

Three states in India registered more number of crimes / civil cases recently.

1. Uttar Pradesh. 2. Andhra Pradesh. 3. Tamil Nadu.

Delhi accounts for 23% of cases registered against women violation (in India).

One state has accounted for maximum number of suicides - Kerala.

Now lets analyze these three statements.

Uttar Pradesh covers a huge area and the awareness level of people is comparatively low. Hence we could consider that educating people in that area could reduce violence or non compliance to law.

Andhra is also one of the biggest Indian states and due to the sensitive issue of Telungana, the number might be high this time.

But what about Tamil Nadu. Everyone knows that it is not quite a big state. But now how come we people have reached the top ?!!? Education level in Tamil Nadu is quite high compared to many other states. Does it means that our education is not at all being used practically !? Does our educational system failed to give the maturity it supposed to !?!?

Capital of a mother land has become the most insecure place for women to live. Isn't not a shame to us ?!

Such a small state. Fully developed and flooded with educationalist, businessmen and all talented profile holders. But this crime rate has got entirely the counter part of it.

Kerala, yet another small state with 100% literacy rate. It is proudly denoted as God's own land. But now it has become a land of suicides. If education gives us maturity, would it have occur !?!?

If you take a deep breath and analyze these cases, probably you might end up with failure in our educational and family system.

Most of the men from Kerala work abroad. Women are almost involved in local business. Hence, the child never gets the care it needs. Women misses the care of their husband. A sort of family relationship is missing there.

The same is the case in Delhi. People are busy always. They are on the move everyday. They have no time to spend with their family. Hence there is no control over their children.

Money + No care + No control + Wrong exposure (from media and net) = Violence.

This is so simple logic. Now Tamil Nadu is also in the trend of falling prey to this disease. People should wake up now itself. IT companies are overwhelming our lifestyle. A sort of family culture that is emerging nowadays is purely threatening.
