Glamping in Bristol

  • Located only 7 miles from Bristol and Bath. Perfect for a nice night out.
  • Bookings between May and October
  • Each glamping bell tent comes with a double air bed and two single air beds, but there is adequate room for an additional 3-4 people. If additional guests are staying, they willl need to bring their own airbeds or alternatively are happy to sleep directly onto the rugs.
  • There is no electricity in the bell tents, and we rely on candles or battery operated lamps for lighting. The candle chandeliers in each tent provide a wonderful atmosphere, whilst the Morrocan lamps outside add additional mysticism. A bag of 30 tea-lights are provided with each tent. Solar lighting is supplied on each picnic table.
  • Each bell tent has its own BBQ, fire pit, picnic table and picnic basket. The basket contains cutlery, cups and plates for four. A small amount of charcoal is provided with each tent, although if you plan on BBQ’ing morning, noon and night we do sell charcoal from the farm shop.
  • The glamping site has modern shower block, cafe & farm shop.

  • You can hire hot tubs outside your tent for the weekend. Bliss!! £220 for a weekend hire.

Don’t forget

  • You will need to bring your own sheets, duvet, pillows or sleepinweather, we also suggest additional blankets.
  • You can even hire a bouncy castle during your stay there!!

Feedback

The glamping weekend was fabulous thank you! The hen really enjoyed it too (she had no idea what we were up to and even packed her bags for her so she couldn’t guess)

Everyone on the chilli farm was so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. They were fantastic with the bbq and made us up salads and let us borrow extra plates cutlery etc. We were very lucky with the weather each time we wanted to do an outside activity (canoeing, bbq, play party games) the sun seemed to come out. The tent was lush and the airbeds were massive and really comfortable. It was raining a couple of times when were in the hot tub but that was fine.

Thanks for arranging everything, you may it really straightforward. We all had a great time

Good to know

  • The trailers all have a fridge, cooker, TV (purely for watching DVDs), radio, toaster, saucepans, crockery, glasses etc. duvets and pillows provided but bedlinen not provided unless provided in advance. Each trailer has a table and chairs for sitting outdoors.

Music for Bollywood dance classes

A range of bollywood music will be used to allow you to really feel the diverse movements…from slow, sensual steps, to upbeat and energetic fun group steps.

The hen will be provided with a traditional Bollywood outfit (sari) to use during the session (this comes in one size only, so not always suitable for everybody) and the rest of the girls will be provided with veils to use (chundris) around their waist. Additional items such as hip scarfs, foot bells, bangles etc will also be brought in to try to get a feel for the dance. Free bindis will be provided to all the girls.

For Bollywood dance classes we recommend wearing:

Leggings on the bottom and a close fitting t shirt or vest on the top
