I realize it's been a LONG while since the most recent official episode of the Every World News was posted and just wanted to let everyone know that despite the delay I am STILL working on Episode 003! The biggest delay has come from the fact that I started attending broadcasting school last year and the assignments have been piling up like crazy. Rest assured, though, that the third episode of EWN will see the light of day.

In the mean time, for anyone new to the podcast who's visiting, here are direct links to where you can grab the first couple of episodes.

Konji Harrison, a good friend and talented voice actor who performed four different roles in Episode 001 of the Every World News Podcast, passed away on Sunday, February 7th, 2010. I talk about Konji in this memorial and play clips and outtakes of the wonderful work he did for the podcast. He will be sorely missed!

Hey folks, just wanted to provide a quick update since we seem to have gone crashing into December.

The second episode of the Every World News is written (except for a couple of little things at the end that I'm working on now), the casting is finished and recording has begun! Over the next couple of weeks I'm hoping to finish recording and get everything edited.

This means you can expect to hear it soon!

Episode 2 of the Every World News is still in the process of being created and will be coming out soon! However, I still wanted to release something for you folks on Halloween. Thus, we have My Last Year, a short story I wrote a little while back. Being Halloween-themed, it obviously leans much more toward horror than comedy, but I still hope you enjoy it! :)

Hey, folks.

Just wanted to leave a quick note saying that a few things happened in September that pushed my timetable for the show back a bit (not the least of which was that I caught the latest iteration of the Martian Death Flu). I'm writing Episode 2 of The Every World News now and with any luck should be getting it produced some time this month.

With time, space and projects being what they are, I'm sorry to say I can't promise a REGULAR release schedule for the podcast -- right now it's looking like I may be getting an episode out every 8 weeks or so, though that could easily change. But, whether it's sporadic or with regularity, rest assured that I plan to keep putting out episodes of the Every World News for as long as humanly possible. :)

The Every World News Podcast will be appearing here soon! The final script editing is done and all those cast members not named Jim will have their parts recorded for the first episode this week. Due to time constraints, the podcast will likely be coming out monthly, though if I can manage to get it out more often I'll gladly do so. Our first episode features a conflict in deep space, a miners' strike in a fantasy world, legislation over illegal clones in the US and more! The first episode should be coming out in mid-August. Watch this space!
