Need new kitchen

I make no secret of the fact that at present I don’t like my kitchen
much. Its old, its worn out and it really needs to be redone. Oh and I
need some new kitchen faucets too. I would really like the money to be
able to have it redone from top to bottom. The oven is ok but the stove
is on its last legs, the benches have seen better days and I am sure the
sink has just about worn through with years and years of cleaning done
on it.

I was thinking this morning as I lay warm and snug in bed that if there
is one thing I would hate to go without these days it would have to be
my electric blanket. It is so much nicer to be able to go to bed in a
warm bed and wake up warm and cozy in the morning instead of cold and
miserable during the night. Believe it or not I am only a recent convert
to having an electric blanket but now that I am, I will not be going
back to not having one!

laptop memory

Something that really annoys me at work is the computer I have on my
desk, its old, its slow and despite having some extra memory put in, it
is still not up to the task. It is not suprising therefore that at home
the first thing I did when I got my new macbook was to get hold of some
laptop memory to give it a boost. It never ceases to amaze how much of a
difference it makes increasing your memory in a computer as so often the
memory that ships with a new computer is not enough to make it work as
it should.

What is best?

Lets face it, body image is important and the pressure to look good is
incredible. There is so many different products and services out there
but how does the average joe like me know what is the best for me
whether it be the best exercise equipment, the best diet pill or the
best training program for me without having to spend a fortune to find
out. It is a jungle out there of information and I can’t even begin to
give you the answer but rather leave you with a simple “Good Luck” or in
the case of Jedi, may the force be with you always.

I guess I am more out of touch than I thought as when I saw something
saying ellipticals my reaction is “What is that?” and had to find out.
They are of course for those thinking I am stupid, exercise equipment
and I do remember using them regularly back in the day when I went to
the gym and they were a regular part of my exercise program. So now I
know.

*Sigh* It is coming up for that time of year where i get the renewal for my car insurance and i spend a lot of time looking at auto insurance quotes trying to get the best deal from many different providers and i must admit more than once i have just renewed my insurance instead of looking around for the best deal. Time is money and all of that is my excuse.

Until i read about motorhome towing i had never given much thought about what was done if they broke down or had any issue. Sure i acknowledge that they had accidents but my thoughts had not gone beyond that or that they might need some special towing solutions to be retrieved and rescued to where they need to go. It had just not crossed my mind at all! Now at least i know different!

Amazing where i find myself sometimes when it comes to the big wide internet, in this case on of all things a colon cleanse review website. And i was thinking that the internet is the ideal place as in person people would feel uncomfortable discussing it but in their own home they are able to get more information without feeling embarrassed or similar. Thanks Al Gore for inventing the internet (although he didn’t really)

In today’s society body image seems to be all important and if your fat
or overweight then that is used to assess you in so many ways. Therefore
it is hardly surprising that fat burners are so popular for people
wanting to shed those extra pounds. No doubt with summer coming up here
in Australia peoples thoughts are going to be turning to looking good
and slim shortly too.

I was thinking the other day that acne treatments must be getting better or something as I just don’t seem to see the same degree of acne affected teens as i once did. Sure they still get the pimples and stuff but it isn’t there severe stuff that i used to see. Maybe it is also a generational thing too with the younger people being more focused in that sort of direction. Who knows!
