Poor Quality

It’s been a while now since I’ve observed the poor quality service of my phone, it low battery in short hours only and sometimes no signal on some area. I’ve heard the comments that maybe it’s because of my network provider or any other reasons. Or I guess I’ve dropped them a few times,(hehe) especially the voice quality, when I use the bluetooth of my car before it works properly, clear and loud but recently my friend says it’s very quiet. I don’t know what went wrong, if the car’s Bluetooth has a glitch or there is really something wrong really with my phone. Maybe next time instead of bluetooth I’ll use my akg headphones to compare the difference of the voice quality. If I test on headphone, I can distinguish which one doesn’t work properly.

I hope it will come back to normal soon.

City explorer

Last Wednesday was my day off, a good day for me to run some errand. I went to the city to inquire and get application for Australian citizenship. I was given a booklet to study and read about Australian history, its people and the government. I hope I will fully understand and remember the important details of the history in order to pass the test.

I also had an unplanned catch up with my friend, coincidence she was on city that day and just finish her work. It's been a while since I didn't explore the city especially the shops, it's a good timing today. We had a coffee and a catch up chitchat about what’s new in our lives, she even give me pointers and idea on how the test and questions are given. It’s because shed had passed the test 3 months ago, how lucky she was, I wish myself too. After coffee we wander around on some shops and browse for winter clothing and others. There are some interesting horse riding apparel, cute boots, the arts and crafts we’ve visited were beautiful, I really like those man-made products. It’s a nice shop to find a gift for someone. Now, I discover a new shop to go next time I need something for gift giving.

The day is almost over and shops are going to close, my friends and I part ways. I can say it's a beautiful cold day but enjoyable and productive day for me to go out and accomplish something worthwhile.

Restless

I had a recall of my weekend activities last Saturday, I had an extra hour shift at the other store. Its strange working with people who I’d just met and work for the first time. It's good thing I get along and I can adjust the new environment of my work place easily.

After my shift, I’ve got a call from my friend telling we are going out that night; I was tired since I came back from holiday and went straight to work the following days. No rest at all, but because I don’t often go out and get invitation so I did say yes even my body don't like to go and want a rest.

I never complain every time I go out with my friend, we enjoy each others company, we sometimes went out together with her husband. We had our own moments that only the two of us understand and laugh with each other. We like to dress up when going out, a drink of wine is a good warm up to dance with the beat of beautiful music, watching live bands playing Cakewalk guitars is fantastic too.

I really had a great night with them and I feel lucky to have a friend like her that I can depend at all times.

Gardening

I love gardening, if only I own the property where I live now I guess I’ll make a beautiful garden bead and plant lots of flowers around. How is that? I can see the picture when its for real. But no, I’ll just wait one day till I have my own house. At least just for pass time I have planted a couple of plants in the pots just to amuse myself.

There is a big backyard in this property where the owner had a vegetable garden and a chicken that he look after and he visits everyday. Sometimes I bump into him and had a quick chat while watching him planting or doing fertilizing and composting leaves or dirt. It's very interesting and entertaining looking at him doing the stuff. I've mentiones to him if he is looking for proper composting bin, I can look upon internet for him on CompostBins.com for worm composters that I've visited just recently. He is happy with that so am I too.

Interstate trip

What’s happening? Yeheeeyyyy I’m going to Brisbaine this weekend, my first interstate trip. Sometimes I think, how I wish one day I can visit my good friend and her family at Brisbaine and as well my Godmother that I haven’t seen for almost 20 years now. It's happening now.

Until, a month ago my friend whom I constantly keep in touch with, invites me to have holiday on their place because she is having a week off to spend holiday with her family at Sunshine Coast, one of the beautiful beach in Australia. I never thought of saying yes but I was thinking twice as I know I may not able to gom thinking about work. it's only yesterday I’d thought about it and quickly made a decision to go. I ask permission to have my annual leave and luckily was granted even short notice only, so blessed and now very excited to see them.

Now just checking my budget or might sell the golden eagle silver bullion bars I hide, haha I wish I have one. I had my ticket roundtrip now and can’t wait to enjoy my holiday. It’s going to be fun fun…

Natural Beauty

Every woman always wanted to look beautiful not only inside but also the outside appearance. I believe that beauty comes natural and deep within, but its not bad to spoil and treat ourselves to look good from the outside (face, skin and our body). We wear cosmetics and use artificial stuff just amuse ourselves to makes us look good and be as an attractive individual.

I was really amused with some girls, it's really funny to think about it. We, Filipino having the complexion of natural or tan color wants to have white complexion for we think it looks good. We try to use whitening soap, lotion and skin care products. On the other hand, the white complexion person like here in Australia is really dying to have a tan skin color, we are opposite. I remember when I came back from holiday, I had sunburn and my skin looks so tan compare to my natural skin. I was ask by one of my workmates to swap skin color to me haha as they think it looks beautiful but for me it isn't. I'll just had a laugh, I think its hard for them to have the tan color even they will sit under the sun for a while that's why if it's summer they undergo spray tanning to look great and had the tan color skin they want.

What ever skin color we have, our natural beauty after all will reveal who we are and what we are.

House and Land Package

I had a good friend living in Brisbaine. She was my classmate, my boardmate, my mentor, and a good listener to all my drama and happiness in life. She was one of the reasons why I’m here in

and the one who teach me how to explore the world of the networking online when we were together.

Recently, she’d told me they just bought a house and land packages, not a brand new one but a fully furnished house with a big lawn and garden. If she could only choose, she wants to build a new house that was built by one of the award winning building contractor on house and land packages melbourne. But unfortunately it’s from different state. But well, she’s happy enough at least they’ve got a good deal and not wasting their money for weekly rental.

Farewell Party

Last weekend I went to a farewell drink party of my workmate who is leaving the company. We went to the same pub where we always go if there are some acquainting occasions at work. It was a forecast to be a cold night but its not really in fact a lovely night to enjoy with everyone. It’s good to be sociable sometimes and be confident to wear a lovely dress in a party like most people do. I saw some looks so sexy and beautiful as well as the man some wearing suit, semi-formal and other wear cute custom tee shirts.

I don’t mind going to the pub sometimes as it’s a good way to spend time and have a stress free moment to drink and get along with friends. But sometimes I dislike seeing troubles like what happened that night, there was a fight and some cops were coming, isn’t a good night to spend it all there. We did some fun dance on the floor and had took some funny photos as a remembrance on the last night drink with our workmate.

Chill out and relax

What a lazy and relaxing day for me, my two days off these weekdays I’m glad as I was not called to work again. Now just laid back and it’s very entertaining to watch a korean drama series teh Scent of a Woman, while listening to the music and at the same time was motivated to write something on my blog page. A multi-tasking ability that I can do something together in one hehe, just makes me giggle while writing this.

I have a few things to write about and I hope I will finish them all on time. I guess I might stay home for today, make up with a good sleep and just do some outdoor stuff tomorrow or maybe fiddle with some sort of tenryu tools in the garden would be fun.

Baby Shower

Despite of some dramas in life, things were good in terms of social activities with friend and colleagues. It makes me busy, occupied and I forget some concerns and worries that come along my way.

A good friend of mine invites me for a baby shower party and its happening this weekend on a newly built house, a new home for them and for the new baby that is coming soon. I've heard they have a pool in the backyard, I bet they will install removable pool fence for the baby one day. I’m excited to come and gather with some guest especially meeting the Filipino friends I've known.

I'm thinking what present to give yet.Hope the weather is beautiful. This will be a wonderful weekend for me and for everyone in the party.

New Shops in the Corner

How’s your weekend everyone? Mine is great, a peaceful and not so tiring weekend compare to the usual. I had done a bit of cleaning this morning and was out for a short hours to get vitamin supplement to the chemist shop and to look for Ripped Freak diet supplement if its out in the market. After that, I passed by to wander around the shops that were newly opened just around the corner of my place. A lot of interesting stuff to buy and variety of shops, very accessible and walking distance only. I'll be over the budget if I will not control my spending I hope not what a temptation for me, its very close to my place. (hehe)

I did very well last month with my spending, I reduce the amount of buying unnecessary things for almost 50% compare to last few months of tracking my expenses. I hope I will continuously manage to do that sothat I can have some savings for future holiday.

Lost and found

Today while cleaning inside the shed, I’ve found the weber grill cover that my MIL gives us last Christmas. I wonder were it went and I can't find them when I'm looking a couple weeks ago when the weather forecast is rainy day. I thought it’s gone but was just hiding in the corner, it was still brand new and on its plastic. I thought my partner had accidentally thrown in the bin but not.

I was planning to buy the cover just lately to keep the grill stay from its good condition especially on outside appearance. But the lost was found so it was fantastic effort and reward of cleaning the shed. Now, the weber grill will feel safe and has protection on the dust, rust and rain.

I was so happy with the dresses I’ve bought online aside from a good quality and inexpensive price of the items they also give discounts. I've received the items last week and was so happy that they all fit to me. Now, I think it’s like everyday I keep browsing what’s new on the site and just save some stuff I like in the wish list. Now, my partner's is teasing me with my online shopping mania. I don’t buy often, I just like browsing and admiring on nice stuff. I just feel good and an effective retail therapy on me.

One day, I've received a few mails and junk mails in the letter box. One was a brochure from a shop online that my partnet used to buy online. I was curious what kind of stuff they sell online so I flick on some pages. It was interesting, nice stuff they are selling and very affordable. Everything of all sorts you can find there from adult and babies clothing, gadgets, electronics, aria acoustic guitars, bags, shoes, jewelries, accessories and a lot more except for food. An all in one shop for everyone, no wonder why hubby was hooked up in this kind of shop online.

And me, who was very curious so I go online and visit the website. I had a quick look on the stuff I’ve found on the brochure, I haven't noticed I'm already browsing for a long time. And by just browsing and admiring the clothing especially the dresses I was tempted to buy and I really did buy a few, I hope they look beautiful in person.

When Will I see you again

After my visit to my friend’s Pasta shop business, I’ve caught up to visit my friend Donna on my way back. It’s first time in this year we’ve met since we had our pre-Christmas lunch last year. They spent their New Year holidays at Sydney and just came back last week of January here in Adelaide. Even it was late, I’ve give to her my Christmas present which I haven’t given because she was not here in Adelaide.

We had a lovely conversation and a play with her kids. She was telling how fantastic their holiday in Sydney especially the shopping galore she did hehe. She had a lot of nice stuff bought for herself like bags, clothes, shoes and a great bargain of Columbia winter coats for her sons and husband. It was awesome, she had enjoyed her time with the family and outings.

And me was happy to have a beautiful day to see a couple friends at the same day and different place. There is a time we catch up 2 time a month but sometimes a few months after. When will I see them again, of course when we are not busy and are free time are all scheduled the same.

Laugh and giggles

It’s been 5 weeks that one of my friends at work went for a holiday but now she’s back last Tuesday. She was very thoughtful to think of bringing me a present from

, I’m thankful for the cute jewellery box gift that was made of gemstone, how special I am and I love it.

Now that she’s back again the giggles and laugh started. That was our day made when she's around not only serious at work but we mix it we’d some fun moments like singing, little bit of dancing action when there is no customer. Sometimes we can be violent or me only hehe (I’m not using spanner wrench to poke) but some bottom spank we exchanges hehe or any other source of funny actions that will make us laugh.

It’s just awesome to work around the people like what I had in my department. It makes my day and feels good to work knowing the joy you experience with them.

Aches and Pains of getting old

This morning as I'm going to the backyard I notice a bag full of goodies hanging on the kitchen door when I open. MIL must dropped it here when she was with John visiting the chooks, inside were oranges and lemons, biscuit, crackers, chocolate and a note for my hubby. It was so kind and generous of her to keep on showing the goodness to us. I don’t know how to repay her generosity but a simple thank you, helping her do some errands and recognition will make her happy.

She is getting old now and sometimes complains of the aches and pains. She has a shoulder operation more than a year ago and she really suffers the disability of having one hand to work for 6 months. Now, sometimes she says, she can’t do much or bend down because of back pain. If laser treatment for back pain would cure and ease the pain it would be a good suggestion to her and she might 100% agree to undergo the treatment.

I wish her good health, less aches and pains and long life with less worry thinking of her old age.

Late sleep

Last night I had a very short hours sleep because of watching tennis very late and not good to wake up for a 6:00am shift at work. Today, I’d finish work an hour past the mid day, head home straight with the thought of catching up a nap. Hmm I was used of going home after work and watch the new upload of Filipino drama series but sad it was finished last week, so unusual now. I've succeed with my plan of having a peaceful and undisturbed nap this afternoon, it’s been a while I haven’t do it. I woke up hungry so I prepare dinner and it was nice and satisfying meal.

Now just relaxing in the bed watching tennis a bit, while browsing what's new on amt pumps at WeGotPumps.com as well as updating facebook is always on the list. I’m very good in multi-tasking hehe.

Very soon is bed time for me, I'm pass on watching late tennis tonight as tomorrow is another day to start early again. Have a great night everyone.

Sometimes if I remember some songs that I like to sing or listen, youtube is an automatic site that I can think of. I also get to download the songs and and my husband convert to an mp3 for a collection in my usb to use in the car. Bike Rider

Last weekend, I’ve arrived home and I’d caught my hubby cutting the tree branches of the neighbour that is over hanging on our drive way. He's done a good job, it won't be annoying to our car roof by catching all the dry falling leaves and dirt of the birds. It looks wider and brighter around our place too.

As I get inside the backyard I’ve seen his motorbike freshly washed sitting under the sun, so shiny and looks brand new. He’s making himself busy and productive, that’s nice of him to do that often, he might plan to go out for spin around the block. Since he had the bike I haven’t riden yet, he always tells me I need to get a helmet myself if I joyride with him or it's dangerous for me to ride in the main road, which is true. I said to him he should get a new helmet and give his old one to me (wink). He then told me I have the permission to ride around the block only when I get my full-licensed hopefully early February this year. I’m excited to drive the bike. I suggest to him if he get a new helmet choose the Scorpion exo-500, I've found it online the photo you can see below, it looks better and the quality is fantastic compare to the old one, it's very similar color and design as well. Does it looks cool?

Or if he can't buy soon he can get me a feminine style of helmet only the cheap ones, which is which as long as I have my own helmet and anytime I can ride on the closer shops.

Remembering the First Day

Today was the first day of work for the new year, I’m glad I’d finished work early and was the first one to arrive at home. I was surprised when hubby arrives home, wake me up from an afternoon nap in the lounge chair, give me a lovely greeting and gave me a card. I wonder why? I thought it was a “sorry card” for making me upset the other day but to remind me it’s January 3, the memorable date when we had our first chat and the day we’ve met on lavalife. I was impressed by his memory, sometimes he can be the worst forgetful man I knew but he has some special thoughtfulness hidden in some ways, well done my love for remembering this day.

Its 7 years now that we are facing the life's challenge, excitement,sharing happiness and sadness, and learning from each other as we live our lives everyday together as a couple. This coming March 8 was the day we exchange our vows and so proud to wear our wedding bands, is our 4^th year anniversary.

I was sad because the day before he upsets me for some reason but now happy to remember this unforgettable day of our lives. Sometimes it doesn't mean if one is upset or there is an argument or an exchange of hurtful words because of anger sometimes you can think of silly thought that it would be the end of everything but nooo.. it's just a matter of dealing the situation and it will bind the two of us to be more mature and responsible individual to live in sure foundation of marriage.

Now we are just sitting in the backyard gazing at each other and reminiscing all the happy memories that we've shared since then and now.

Public Holiday but working

It’s a long weekend holiday here in Australia because the Christmas day falls on Sunday and Boxing Day on Monday, so holiday was extended until Tuesday. Even public holiday this Tuesday some of the shopping malls and supermarket were opened. My hubby was at home and lucky he is not really oblige to report to work that day but I was the one working as our store opens; it doesn't matter to me even its still holiday because I had lovely Christmas and quality time with my hubby and friends for two days, beside it's a good pay too.

I’ve arrived home from work and my hubby's car is not around, the drive way looks different so tidy and clean. He did swept the front yard so clean and beautiful, he even use the crabgrass killer to spray and kill all the weeds that grows everywhere in the garden. I didn’t expect him to do that, he might bored doing nothing (hehe) I thought he might catch up with the sleep but not. He’s done a fantastic job, so proud of him with this kind of surprises especially in household cleaning.

Anyway, half an hour after he arrives at home and he told me he’s been to work for a few hours just to help out some urgent situation in the shop. After a tiring day at work and him as well cleaning and working we had a nice dinner and only almost 7pm we fall asleep and wake up the next morning. That was a terrific and long hour sleep we did in such a long time.

Unaccomplished

This year is a fantastic year for me and my hubby. We did a lot of things that we didn't do much on the past couple of years. We did accomplished some goals and had a great foundation with our relationship. I hope life will always like this everyday.

Except only for the fact that I haven't accomplished some of my personal things that I need to update. I'm just being lazy and taken for granted those things, I shouldn't be like that, but well it's not the end of the year yet. I can still do them in a few days left with motivation. I should send the request the transfer letter of my super fund to the other company sothat I only have one super fund contribution. I just need to make a phone call for my roadside assistance club membership and the last one I can't do it this year, my bad. It's my yearly income tax return that I haven't done last October and I only got the available booking on first week of January, if all of them will be accomplished I won't worry much because all my records will be updated.

If everything is alright, I can start a fresh new year, to continue a happy and meaningful life ahead in the new beginning of 2012.

Christmas Rush

It's been two weeks ago now, I was working and helping out at my other job due to Christmas rush. It's been a few months since I don't work there. When I came to the shop I was surprised with the changes and improvements they've done to the shop. It's like they're expanding and developing the shop to provide better service to the customer. I've heard they're going to build another shop due to customer demands on other town that would be a fantastic decision putting another store.

Today when I was there, there are some electricians doing something or installing some wiring and metal switch plate covers I think, not really sure. It was a family business and when I'm working there I feel at home because of their treatment towards me. I'm happy to know for the success of business, the online marketing is also a big help for the popularity and success of the business.

As a seafood business, Christmas week would be a super busy days for everyone and a 60 hours marathon of trading hours for all the staff. It would be a fun and exciting week ahead.
