The networking connection of facebook really had a big impact to everyone’s lives. As if you can read all the activities of all users and especially those on your friends list. Laugh and giggles

It’s been 5 weeks that one of my friends at work went for a holiday but now she’s back last Tuesday. She was very thoughtful to think of bringing me a present from

India

, I’m thankful for the cute jewellery box gift that was made of gemstone, how special I am and I love it.

Now that she’s back again the giggles and laugh started. That was our day made when she's around not only serious at work but we mix it we’d some fun moments like singing, little bit of dancing action when there is no customer. Sometimes we can be violent or me only hehe (I’m not using spanner wrench to poke) but some bottom spank we exchanges hehe or any other source of funny actions that will make us laugh.

It’s just awesome to work around the people like what I had in my department. It makes my day and feels good to work knowing the joy you experience with them.

Aches and Pains of getting old

This morning as I'm going to the backyard I notice a bag full of goodies hanging on the kitchen door when I open. MIL must dropped it here when she was with John visiting the chooks, inside were oranges and lemons, biscuit, crackers, chocolate and a note for my hubby. It was so kind and generous of her to keep on showing the goodness to us. I don’t know how to repay her generosity but a simple thank you, helping her do some errands and recognition will make her happy.

She is getting old now and sometimes complains of the aches and pains. She has a shoulder operation more than a year ago and she really suffers the disability of having one hand to work for 6 months. Now, sometimes she says, she can’t do much or bend down because of back pain. If laser treatment for back pain would cure and ease the pain it would be a good suggestion to her and she might 100% agree to undergo the treatment.

I wish her good health, less aches and pains and long life with less worry thinking of her old age.

Late sleep

Last night I had a very short hours sleep because of watching tennis very late and not good to wake up for a 6:00am shift at work. Today, I’d finish work an hour past the mid day, head home straight with the thought of catching up a nap. Hmm I was used of going home after work and watch the new upload of Filipino drama series but sad it was finished last week, so unusual now. I've succeed with my plan of having a peaceful and undisturbed nap this afternoon, it’s been a while I haven’t do it. I woke up hungry so I prepare dinner and it was nice and satisfying meal.

Now just relaxing in the bed watching tennis a bit, while browsing what's new on amt pumps at WeGotPumps.com as well as updating facebook is always on the list. I’m very good in multi-tasking hehe.

Very soon is bed time for me, I'm pass on watching late tennis tonight as tomorrow is another day to start early again. Have a great night everyone.

I've got most of the classic and new songs that I’m looking for in the net, not on other site but easy to find on youtube. Sometimes if I remember some songs that I like to sing or listen, youtube is an automatic site that I can think of. It searchable, I can see the fantastic quality of videos or sometimes I like it when it has lyrics on the clip. I also get to download the songs and and my husband convert to an mp3 for a collection in my usb to use in the car. My husband use the best youtube video downloader for some clips or songs we like and also I just copy him because everytime I saw him in the net he was there sitting and downloading his video clip collections.

So yes, the best to recommend video downloader is from Youtube, don't forget it.

Bike Rider

Last weekend, I’ve arrived home and I’d caught my hubby cutting the tree branches of the neighbour that is over hanging on our drive way. He's done a good job, it won't be annoying to our car roof by catching all the dry falling leaves and dirt of the birds. It looks wider and brighter around our place too.

As I get inside the backyard I’ve seen his motorbike freshly washed sitting under the sun, so shiny and looks brand new. He’s making himself busy and productive, that’s nice of him to do that often, he might plan to go out for spin around the block. Since he had the bike I haven’t riden yet, he always tells me I need to get a helmet myself if I joyride with him or it's dangerous for me to ride in the main road, which is true. I said to him he should get a new helmet and give his old one to me (wink). He then told me I have the permission to ride around the block only when I get my full-licensed hopefully early February this year. I’m excited to drive the bike. I suggest to him if he get a new helmet choose the Scorpion exo-500, I've found it online the photo you can see below, it looks better and the quality is fantastic compare to the old one, it's very similar color and design as well. Does it looks cool?

Or if he can't buy soon he can get me a feminine style of helmet only the cheap ones, which is which as long as I have my own helmet and anytime I can ride on the closer shops.

Remembering the First Day

Today was the first day of work for the new year, I’m glad I’d finished work early and was the first one to arrive at home. I was surprised when hubby arrives home, wake me up from an afternoon nap in the lounge chair, give me a lovely greeting and gave me a card. I wonder why? I thought it was a “sorry card” for making me upset the other day but to remind me it’s January 3, the memorable date when we had our first chat and the day we’ve met on lavalife. I was impressed by his memory, sometimes he can be the worst forgetful man I knew but he has some special thoughtfulness hidden in some ways, well done my love for remembering this day.

Its 7 years now that we are facing the life's challenge, excitement,sharing happiness and sadness, and learning from each other as we live our lives everyday together as a couple. This coming March 8 was the day we exchange our vows and so proud to wear our wedding bands, is our 4^th year anniversary.

I was sad because the day before he upsets me for some reason but now happy to remember this unforgettable day of our lives. Sometimes it doesn't mean if one is upset or there is an argument or an exchange of hurtful words because of anger sometimes you can think of silly thought that it would be the end of everything but nooo.. it's just a matter of dealing the situation and it will bind the two of us to be more mature and responsible individual to live in sure foundation of marriage.

Now we are just sitting in the backyard gazing at each other and reminiscing all the happy memories that we've shared since then and now.

Public Holiday but working

It’s a long weekend holiday here in Australia because the Christmas day falls on Sunday and Boxing Day on Monday, so holiday was extended until Tuesday. Even public holiday this Tuesday some of the shopping malls and supermarket were opened. My hubby was at home and lucky he is not really oblige to report to work that day but I was the one working as our store opens; it doesn't matter to me even its still holiday because I had lovely Christmas and quality time with my hubby and friends for two days, beside it's a good pay too.

I’ve arrived home from work and my hubby's car is not around, the drive way looks different so tidy and clean. He did swept the front yard so clean and beautiful, he even use the crabgrass killer to spray and kill all the weeds that grows everywhere in the garden. I didn’t expect him to do that, he might bored doing nothing (hehe) I thought he might catch up with the sleep but not. He’s done a fantastic job, so proud of him with this kind of surprises especially in household cleaning.

Anyway, half an hour after he arrives at home and he told me he’s been to work for a few hours just to help out some urgent situation in the shop. After a tiring day at work and him as well cleaning and working we had a nice dinner and only almost 7pm we fall asleep and wake up the next morning. That was a terrific and long hour sleep we did in such a long time.

Unaccomplished

This year is a fantastic year for me and my hubby. We did a lot of things that we didn't do much on the past couple of years. We did accomplished some goals and had a great foundation with our relationship. I hope life will always like this everyday.

Except only for the fact that I haven't accomplished some of my personal things that I need to update. I'm just being lazy and taken for granted those things, I shouldn't be like that, but well it's not the end of the year yet. I can still do them in a few days left with motivation. I should send the request the transfer letter of my super fund to the other company sothat I only have one super fund contribution. I just need to make a phone call for my roadside assistance club membership and the last one I can't do it this year, my bad. It's my yearly income tax return that I haven't done last October and I only got the available booking on first week of January, if all of them will be accomplished I won't worry much because all my records will be updated.

If everything is alright, I can start a fresh new year, to continue a happy and meaningful life ahead in the new beginning of 2012.

Christmas Rush

It's been two weeks ago now, I was working and helping out at my other job due to Christmas rush. It's been a few months since I don't work there. When I came to the shop I was surprised with the changes and improvements they've done to the shop. It's like they're expanding and developing the shop to provide better service to the customer. I've heard they're going to build another shop due to customer demands on other town that would be a fantastic decision putting another store.

Today when I was there, there are some electricians doing something or installing some wiring and metal switch plate covers I think, not really sure. It was a family business and when I'm working there I feel at home because of their treatment towards me. I'm happy to know for the success of business, the online marketing is also a big help for the popularity and success of the business.

As a seafood business, Christmas week would be a super busy days for everyone and a 60 hours marathon of trading hours for all the staff. It would be a fun and exciting week ahead.

A Life Worth Living

Last week my time was so occupied, work long hours and no day off. Aside from my work, I was also busy with my small and fun online business of clothing for sale mostly. It's fun and I'm enjoying it especially when I had my first buyer which encourage me and an inspiration not to feel dismay that I may not sold any of the items I've posted. But I was lucky it gives me motivation to continue doing even just for fun and for my spare time. There are some people who likes my page which I'm so glad they appreciate and like the items for sale. I've got a couple of prospect buyers that visits my page and asking some queries.

It seems like this 2011 was so different compare to the past year, it's very much fulfilling, more blessings, improvements and less stress for me. I became more active mentally, spiritually not physically though (lol) because I have some aches and pains especially the allergic reaction on my skin but it's fine they just come and go. My marriage become more stronger which is most important of my life, some new and trusted friends came along and we try to be involved in community and joining some social affairs with friends, colleagues and family.

This is my life and I pray everything will go smoothly till the end of the year and for all the many years to come.

I'm happy with my life that is worth Living.

Summer Days

It’s summer season here in Australia, everyone are excited to plan for outings, clubbing, camping and all sorts of outdoor activities for the family Especially going to the beach for a swim or to those who have swimming pool must be lucky to have a dip anytime they like for refreshment.

Is there any of you has a swimming pool at the backyard? Is there a fence around the pool? If you have kids, it’s really advisable that you should surround a fence on it, I think it was imposed by council law now, like the pool fence tampa is the best example at installing pool guard fencing for the safety and protection of kids from drowning.

We heard many stories about babies who had drowned and died in the pool. Some parents were busy doing the house chores and unconsciously haven't notice that kids was already out of the house. So to be aware and avoid the accident, safety pool fence is really recommended if you have a swimming pool.

I think everyone are starting to enjoy and getting more life during the summer. Let's enjoy and have fun on this fantastic weather.

Getting busy

It's been almost a week I was not able to update my blogs. I was busy on both jobs because Christmas is not far away. Retail business are getting busier each day and I've got extra shift from both jobs, I was tired and lazy to think what to write and participate on meme's but in my heart I wish I can join everyday. I still try my best to update, aside from work I was also busy organizing and starting a small business online, a local one just for fun and I'm excited about it. I'm not sure if it will success though but I'll try only, at least I've tried there's nothing to lose doing it.

All I want for Christmas

All I want for Christmas is a new Canon camera. I don't know how long can I save money to upgrade my old model camera, I'm always getting the second hand of my hubby but at least it's free hehe. We have loyalty on canon in terms of camera, my husband before were not married yet and since digicam was invented he has already upgraded four times. Everytime he don't like the old one, he gave it to me and the old one I've got I also give to my family when I'm on my holiday in Philippines.

But now, me myself had a crush on Canon T1i, I wish I can have it sooner or if not later. I also plan to have a short course about using DSLR sothat I can take proper and good effect photos.

Snow

I remember during my childhood, usually my family gather together watching American shows on television and able to see snows featured in the show. How I've dreamed and I think everyone same as me are wanting to see a real snow someday. Like playing outside to create balls and snowman, that's childish dream only.

When I was young I thought if you went overseas all the country has snows during winter, I was wrong, just my silly imagination. Until one day I'm going to settle in Australia, I was so excited I thought it's happening in my life soon to feel the snow in the winter. I was thinking what better MSR Snowshoes to have when winter comes, hehe but not, I'm a bit disappointed because I belong in South Australia

Now, I know which part of Australia has a snow, its somewhere on Victoria, Melbourne. My friend was there for a visit and did some snow sport with her family. How I wish one day I can visit there sothat I can see it for real.

Remembrance Day

Tomorrow is Remembrance day, it's November 11 is the anniversary of soldiers who died and suffered on all wars and army conflicts. Each year Australians take a minute of silence around 11am on November 11 in memory of those dead soldiers who fought during the war.

Knowing about the history of Remembrance Day, I also remember ages ago it was late afternoon we've been to Centennial Park cemetery and had the chance to visit the memorial of these soldiers. I had an entry and posted a few photos before about South Australian Garden of Remembrance . I'll just re-post a couple of the photos from the garden which is the reflection pool and the view of the garden.

I almost forgot it's also my hubby's birthday, he just reminded me when I was talking about Remembrance day to him. He even crack a joke to me that he was lucky because on this day all Australian stand still around 11am in memory of him.lol

Barbeque

Last Saturday was an interesting and very productive day for us. Hubby and I was lately like to visit shop these days, we had fun visiting shops for home improvements in the future or canvass what possible things to buy. We went to furniture and bedding shop for browsing an entertainment lounge after that we went to the other shop to buy barbeque for outdoor use. The interesting part and the fun thing to do is how to assemble , hubby and I help each other but were having a hard time to start because the instruction is not very helpful and confusing. How many times we disassemble the stand but in the long run we've made it stand all together by just looking the image of every parts in the photo. It takes us more 2 hours I think, but it's worth the effort seeing it all useful and ready to use. We christen that night having our bbq dinner at the backyard, we had lamb steaks and chicken kebabs. We really enjoyed that day eventhough it's a bit tiring, it's my first time to do a manly job too, I now learn how to deal the use of screw and knots on mechanical aspect.

The Beetle

It was Sunday afternoon last two weeks ago when I arrive home from work and I ask my hubby to buy a take away bbq chicken pack at fish and chips shop for I'm tired to make our dinner. As we are waiting our order, we usually go back to the car and wait there until it's time for us to go back after 15 minutes. But instead of sitting inside the car what I did is sit on the ground to stretch my legs and relax, I only do that because I know there is no people walking around there. When chicken is almost ready my hubby told me to stand up and he saw the tiny beetle like half an inch size dancing together with the ants. Or I bet he was bitten by the ants that surrounds every corner of his body because all he does is just turn around and around on the same spot. Using my mobile taking the photo looks like it captures well to think it's very small beetle only.

The Ramp

Two weeks ago, it was Sunday afternoon when we went to Bunnings hardware shop to buy pots for the succulent plants I'm going to plant at home. During All Saints Day/ All Souls Day

Today, is All Saints Day, it's not a public holiday here in Australia and people are not too busy about it. There are some people celebrates Halloween party but not as popular or traditional deeds of people to visit the cemetery or have some feast in celebration of the All Saints or All Souls Day. What people are celebrating here now is the Melbourne Cup,a horse racing competition and a coincidence it falls on All Saints Day too. This event was declared to be a public holiday on Melbourne, how lucky they are.

Now, I'm just thinking the celebration that was going on in the Philippines. It's a public holiday there and a big event is happening. Everyone are so busy, others are carrying kelty backpacks for a trip to the province to visit their deceased relatives at the cemetery and it's a form of family gathering as well. Most household were preparing some traditional delicious food that was made during this occasion. How I've missed those times when I was still there during this occasion. It's like a family, classmate and friends reunion for me because sometimes you can only meet them on this day. Now I'm just imagining that my family are now gathering altogether at the cemetery and after that go back home and eat the traditional food they have cooked. Hmmm I'm still imagining, especially the food that it's been ages I haven't eaten yet.

All I will do later is make an overseas call to hear some news and be a part of the gathering even just on the phone.

You Bore Me

Today, I go to church while hubby was still sleeping when I was saying bye to him I whisper “prepare and get ready when I’m back” he understand what is it that we will go out for our Sunday bonding. By attending mass, I had a nice reflection and heard the good news of the Lord. It gives me strength and lift my spirit by the empowerment of Gods word.

I’ve arrived home from the church when hubby notice me wearing my cheeky and one of my funny t shirts with writing, it says “You Bore Me” with a cat picture in the shirt hehe. I once or twice told him if he don’t like to go out or he can be a snob to socialize and stay at home sometimes and I’m left alone, I told him “you're boring and you bore me" haha it sounds nasty but he knows it's my sarcastic mode in our joking moments. So when I found the shirt during my holiday in the Philippines I really bought it and report to him by overseas call that I really got the shirt that describes you.lol My poor hubby I always pick on him, it's just great because we understand each other, we can handle jokes and those joking style we had make us laugh, giggles and also make our relationship more stronger.

Anyway, we went out this lunch time and look around at IKEA, by just browsing we’ve got bedroom curtain, quilt cover, laptop holder and other petty things for household needs. We had a quick snack on their café and eat their popular meatballs meal. After the shopping, my hubby said it’s like we’ve been to the airport only, by wandering the huge shop and for him it was designed like an airport.
