I got on the scale today and I am four pounds lighter! Yay! It’s finally great to see changes in my body =) I’m so pumped to go to the gym and workout like no other. This just totally boosted my motivation up.

On another note, I’m happy for tomorrow! Not because it’s Valentine’s Day, but it’s me and my husband’s six month wedding anniversary. It’s crazy that we’ve been married half a year already when it seems like it was only two months ago.

I’m just in a very happy time of my life. I’m young, loving life, and sharing my life with my best friend. There is nothing more I want right now, but to continue to grow, be healthy, and happy.

I've never been the one to go and wait in a line for a store to open ever! I just thought it was crazy! This year my husband and I decided to go to Outrageous Audio and stand out there to wait for the store to open. We got their around 3am while the store was suppose to open at 5am. The store is pretty small, so they were letting a few people in at a time. We didn't get in til 6ish...it wasn't as bad I thought it would be, but we did get some stuff. Our main reason for waiting in line was to get deals on a new music system for the hubby for the fourth of regular price. I also scored a new cd player for my car. We also got two freebies...a sub and a car alarm system. After that we decided to hit up Walmart since we were already awake. I can tell you that I basically finished all my Christmas shopping at Walmart. We then came home and I wrapped all the presents and the husband was busy installing his new system. Yup, that was my day. I hope you guys scored on some awesome deals!

Hello lovely!

I'm so thankful for so many things. I love life right now...everything is running smooth. I have a wonderful family and extended family. My husband is amazing. I'm grateful to have such positive and supportive people around me. Turkey day is here! I hope everyone has a great one. Eat lots of turkey, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie! I know I will! This year I'm going to my husband's side of the family for dinner on Thanksgiving day and this coming Saturday I will be with my family celebrating Thanksgiving since most work on Thursday, so two turkey feasts! Alright, everyone be safe! Tell your family you love them! Oh, is anyone excited for BLACK FRIDAY?

My aunt baked this turkey! So yummy =)

Husband: 7 football players from mcminnville high school need surgery on their arms because they've been living at the school for the past week training and weight lifting 3 times a day.
Me: What the freak they are getting surgery for what?
Husband: To add an extra muscle to their arms so they can get even stronger.
Me: Okay freakin weird. I thought they were getting surgery cuz they were hurt. Psycho much lol.
Husband: Lol i was kidding, u cant add a muscle babe.. They all did get hurt so they are getting surgery.
Me: You loser!
Husband: They were all rushed to the hospital. I don't know how they all could have been stupid enough to get hurt. They had to get emergency surgery to relieve the swelling in their arms.
Me: Maybe they worked out too hard and the muscle was growing out of control.
Husband: Or they pulled it..but back to work now.
Me: Okay love you honey!

Shane and I got married today! We had a small ceremony at our church and a few of our close friends and family members attended. We decided to keep it small and wait til next year in 2011 to have a bigger wedding. It feels so surreal that I'm a married woman! I feel so blessed to have met someone like Shane and get to spend the rest of my life with my best friend =) It sounds so cliche, but it's so true. We didn't get many photos, but here are a few.

Hey guys! Sorry for being such a slacker >.< lol. I've been super busy with school and the term is almost over, so I've been focusing on school like hardcore. Boo me! I'm starting to slack on blogging again. A lot has happened the past month but I don't even know where to begin so I will leave you guys with some pics of homemade pizza =]

Ingredients: Pizza Crust, Pizza Sauce, String Cheese, Shredded Cheese, and Pepperoni.

Stretch the pizza crust out. Cut the string cheese in half and place in a circle shape.

Fold the pizza crust over the string cheese.

Add pizza sauce to your liking.

Spread the shredded cheese all over the pizza and the add the pepperoni.

Bake the pizza. Looks yummy!

Plate it.

Cheese crust mmmm. Enjoy!

Note: I also brushed the crust with some olive oil and garlic salt to get better color and taste.

I just got back from class not long ago and I'm a tired mofo >.< Anyway, how was everyone's Easter? Mine was a pretty relaxing one. I woke up next to my wonderful boyfriend =] We then watched the General Conference on Public Access for about the whole afternoon. We were invited to go over to Keith's house for Easter dinner, but then Shane's mom also had planned to make us dinner. So we ate Shane's mom cooking and then went over to Keith's for dessert. Yup, that's pretty much it. Well, there's more that happened but that is for a future blog because I don't want to spoil the surprise and exciting news. Besides, I don't want to get too overworked about it and then it doesn't happen. Get my drift?

I gotta shower and get ready for work now.

I've been doing a horrible job on coming here and blogging. I've just been really busy. Spring term just started and I'm not quite adjusted to it yet, and I also went on an interview today. Technically, the interview was yesterday because it's 2:41am right now. Why am I up so late? I was "trying" (facebooking, creating my to-do list, and watching youtube videos) to write my psychology paper. I pretty much didn't even start anything =[ I like my psych class so far except the 4 assignments assigned the first day. I have another class on Saturday on computer technology, so lets see how that goes. Oh yea! I interviewed to be a Pretty&Cute Staff Member. I think it went well because I was there for about one and a half hours. Talk about the longest interview I've ever been on. I met the owner Janie, she is such a doll. I'm going in later today at 5pm to train a little and get a feel on my duties on the team and so she can see if I have good work ethic. I hope she hires me on. I just remembered! I need to think of an April Fool's prank to pull on the boyfriend lol. Anyway, it's getting pretty late and I need all my rest to wake up bright and early to really start my paper. I hope you all have a fun and safe April Fool's Day. Wish me luck for the job!

Disco Brites Nail Varnish Review

I've been hearing a lot about the L.A. Girls Disco Brites Nail Varnish, but I haven't had the time to run out and get my hands on any at the moment. I went to visit my parents over the past weekend, and Kanhnha(my cousin) lives with them. I was looking through her makeup and my eye landed on a Disco Brites Varnish in Vinyl Record! I had to try it because everyone is raving about it. So here it is!

Omg! I love it!

There was a little crack in the back, but look at the color payoff! It looks exactly like the color in the bottle.

I only used two coats of the Vinyl Record. No clear top coat.

My cousin said she got it at Alley Kat in the Lloyd Center Mall for a buck something. That's a great deal! I was looking for it at drugstores, and it cost about 3 bucks! I'm definitely going to get a bunch of these Disco Brites Varnish now.

One of the things I did for Shane's 23rd birthday was make some rainbow cupcakes! It took two hours to make, but they were delicious. Check them out!

First Time Using Fireplace in Our Apartment

It's a little weird making a fire when it's almost spring right? Well, some days are still pretty cold here in Washington. Shane(the boyfriend) and I bought some firewood, so we had to use it before spring came around. It took quite awhile to get the fire going. When we did get it going, we sat in front of the fire with some green tea ice cream. It was so romantic. Pictures below:

Bee & Flower Soap Review

I was out shopping one day, and I came across the Bee & Flower Soaps. I remember growing up my parents would buy these and I loved the smell! I don't even know why my parents stopped buying them. I've been using Dove Soap for a few years now and I prefer Dove over any other American brands. Anyway, back to the Bee & Flower Soaps! I just bought two to give it a try again. Here they are:

Omg! They smell amazing! I really love the sandal wood smell because it's so earthy =) When you first smell it it may seem a bit strong, but its not as strong as Dove's smell. Sometimes I feel that Dove smells a little too perfumey; whereas, the Bee & Flower Soaps have a more natural scent. Once you wet the soap, the smell kind of becomes more mild and that doesn't bother me because I don't really like strong smells anyway. Overall, it leaves my body sqweeky clean just how I like it. Not over-drying at all. I would say its much better than Dove. This is just my opinion on the soaps.

Chicken Teriyaki & Egg Fried Rice

The honey and I had a feast today! Thanks to my amazing cooking skills। Not to be boasting or anything, but I'm a darn great cook! I'm just lazy to do it at times. For some reason...I've been in the cooking mood. I'm also showing my boyfriend that I'm a great housewife to keep around lol jk. He loves me no matter what. My cooking skills is just an added bonus that comes with me =] Okay...talk about cockiness haha!

Anyway...I made egg fried rice, chicken teriyaki, steamed/stir fried vegetables, and white rice. I made a little too much, but that's okay because Shane took the left overs for lunch the next day. Oh! See the sake and mirin(sweet rice wine)? It was my first time cooking with alcohol. Everything tasted amazing =]

I was in need of new headphones because the boyfriend just threw out some old ones we had laying around. He goes to sleep early for work and I stay up late working til about 1-2am in the morning sometimes. I usually like to listen to some tunes on di.fm, but I have to be quiet. That's where the headphones come in! Hehe...yea he bought me new ones. They aren't pretty, but they sure do work wonders!
