Actress Tori Spelling is a busy working mom!  She’s starring on the new 90210 and she found time to write a book about her children - Liam, 22 months and Stella, 7 months, with husband Dean McDermott. Tori’s first book "sTORI TELLING" became a New York Times Bestseller, will this one live up to it?

One Life to Live fans are mourning the loss of another star. Phil Carey, forever known as the fiesty Asa Buchanan, has died. The former Marine got his start in feature films before transitioning to television appearances. He joined the cast of One Life to Live in 1979. Carey was 83.

Carey is survived by his wife, Colleen Welch, and five children, Linda, Jeffrey and Lisa Ann, with first wife Maureen Peppler; and Shannon and Sean, with Welch. source

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling kids’ hooded sweat shirts from Gwen Stefani’s Harajuku Lovers line.

The hoodies, which sell for about $75 at department stores, have a drawstring through the hood that can pose a strangulation hazard, the organization said. The jackets were voluntarily recalled by their Southern California-based distributor this week. No injuries have been reported. source

If ‘Twilight’ actor Peter Facinelli had to choose between attending an exclusive premiere or staying at home with his wife Jennie Garth and their three daughters, he’d pick the latter. "I am not a big, ‘Look at me’ person, so I don’t go to a lot of premieres. I am more of a family guy who stays at home with my kids. I’m more known as being the soccer dad," Facinelli exclusively told PopEater.

Family life is important for both Facinelli and Garth, who met in 1995 while filming the TV movie ‘An Unfinished Affair’ and married in 2001. The couple has three daughters together: Luca Bella (11), Lola Ray (6) and Fiona Eve (2). Facinelli, who grew up with three sisters, is not fazed by living with a household of women again. "I have three little girls and one big girl," he joked. "I have been surrounded by women my whole life. Yeah, there is a lot of estrogen in the house, but I enjoy it," he said. They make such an adorable family and we love the shoes!

Canadian Liberal MP Justin Trudeau and wife Sophie Gregoire-Trudeau welcomed their second child this morning in Montreal.  Ella-Grace Margaret Trudeau weighed 6 lbs, 13 oz and was named after Justin’s mother Margret and his grandmother Grace. She joins the couple’s 15-month-old son Xavier. Justin is the eldest son of the former, Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau.

I only hope I am around to see Justin follow in his father’s footsteps one day.

Mom of octuplets, Nadya Suleman, says she tried for seven years to get pregnant before successfully conceiving with in-vitro fertilization, “and then I just kept going in.” In an interview for the Today show, the recent mother of octuplets, who also has six other children, tells NBC’s Ann Curry: “That was always a dream of mine, to have a large family, a huge family.”

Nadya said in the interview, which airs Monday, that her desire for a large family stems from a dysfunctional childhood. “I just longed for certain connections and attachments with another person that I really lacked, I believe, growing up.” When asked what she felt she lacked, Nadya said, “Feeling of self and identity. I didn’t feel as though, when I was a child, I had much control of my environment. I felt powerless. And that gave me a sense of predictability. Reflecting back on my childhood, I know it wasn’t functional. It was pretty, pretty dysfunctional, and whose isn’t?”

Well, that is a good message to pass along to everyone, NOT!  If you have a dysfnctional family (which a lot of us do) just go ahead and have 14 children, that’ll make it better!  The woman is NUTS!

Joely Fisher celebrated her daughter True’s third birthday on Saturday at an Alice in Wonderland-themed tea party.  Painted tea cups, hats with The Mad Hatter and a beautiful cake by Cake Divas, the kids were treated to a Baskin-Robins sundae bar and goodie bags that featured Crayola crayons and markers.

Puss himself will star in the "Shrek" spinoff "Puss in Boots" for DreamWorks Animation, a stand-alone feature foray for the feline assassin/swordsman voiced by Antonio Banderas in the two most recent "Shrek" films. The "Shrek" franchise has ballooned into a multibillion-dollar property, with three feature films grossing more than $2 billion worldwide in theaters, tens of millions of DVDs sold and merchandising in every toy store. A fourth feature film, "Shrek Goes Fourth," is due in theaters May 21, 2010.

The Puss in Boots character, originally hired to knock off the grumpy green ogre, debuted in "Shrek 2," which is the 10th-highest-grossing movie of all time. He went on to become part of Shrek’s entourage.

Charlie Sheen has been trying to prevent Richards from featuring their daughters on her reality show, “Denise Richards: It’s Complicated,” for fear they’d be exploited. The courts have sided with Denise, and the premise of the show was a young, hot, single mom looking for love. But Sheen has finally won and E! has given in - now the show will have to take a new – and equally innovative – direction. After protective dad Charlie threatened exec producer RYAN SEACREST and E! TV with everything from baseball bats to legal action, they finally caved to his insistence that the girls shouldn’t be on-camera and on-set endlessly.

Their kids always look so miserable in photos. The last thing they need is the pressure of performing on camera. Yeah it’s a reality show, but let’s be real – most of it is staged. Those two little girls need as much privacy and normalcy as they can get. And we really doubt their absence will make the show noticeably worse. Mostly because it was impossibly bad to begin with. Why drag little kids into that mess? source

We have all heard about the recent birth of octuplets. Not only is this California woman not married, she has six other children and the family has already filed for bankruptcy.  Sadly, the pregnancy was a result of fertility treatments - so it could have been avoided.  Don’t they interview these woman before they give them fertility treatment?  How is she going to provide the basic necessities required for these children to live in a healthy and nurturing environment.  Most of us have trouble raising more than one child in today’s world, how do you raise 14, with no partner and no moeny.  Sad, but there is hope!  The money this family could potentially make from book deals, movie deals, magazine and TV interviews, speaking engagements, endorsements etc… This is VERY hard to calculate but a good guess is that they could probably make about $2,000,000 over the next few years. Ka,Ka,Ka-ching! Just ask the Gosslelins and the Duggars.
