It is very rare to see mist over the city of Penang so I took a picture of the skyline. It has been raining almost the whole day yesterday and the weather is pretty cool at ~ 25C. Normally, it is a balmy 30-32C. Enjoy it while you can. Weather forecast more rain ahead for the rest of the week.

Second Hand in PenangJust saw this article of a newly opened store ( actually last year) called " Value de Cash" that sells 2nd hand items. It is located on the ground floor of the famous Komtar Tower in Central Penang, right beside the Firefly Airline ticketing offices. The Penang Bridge Marathon this year will be held on Nov. 21st. I submitted my income tax nearly 3 months ago sometime in mid-April thru the online submission or E-Online but haven't received my refund yet. Not sure what is the reason for the delay, since I just saw an article in the newspaper  2 days ago that 95% of those who overpaid their taxes were refunded totalling about $10.8 billion. That got me thinking about sending a mail to the IRB.
