Cival Case but might have a hard time hiring a lawyer to work for that little bit of money,but in my state you can go after three times the amount and attorney fees.Lawyer told me we need to start a class action suit probaly needs to start in California.There is a case pending if you google it.I wonder if that is a cival suit,because all the scum bag companies are mentioned as the defendant.
