Since I started this blog in 2006 my goal was to catalyze the evolution of business thinking so that employees could take their whole selves to work, innovation could happen as it naturally does without command and control structures and so that business could step up and take a larger leadership role in global innovation. I under estimated the dedication business has to sticking to its current game plan.
Luckily, there are some companies out there who are evolved enough to make the jump. The evolutionary jump that we are nearing is showing up in a multitude of indicators not the least of which is global warming. With strategies moving nowhere despite the compelling logic of science and market performance (Jay Bragdon's Profit for Life) lets call a spade a spade.
This about expansion and engaging in it one person, one day, one moment at a time. At the company level, simplly mulitply the effect by the number of employees. The term 'new age' has been used to describe everything spiritual but it is not about 'new age'. it is about a grounded understanding of how energy works in the self and in organizational dynamics: spatially, intellectually, emotionally, intuitively, multidimensionally...
Fortunately, conflict and change are the doorways and those who have figured this out have systematically let go of old strategies to release tension and walk calmly over the threshold. Leadership at this time is not simply a matter of learning the new leadership lexicon. You actually must embody it. Pretend to do otherwise and anyone less than 35-40 will bust you instantly. Transparency and authenticity... not the kind where you do what others think you should, but the kind where you are real and persistently striving to self-realize and lead from a place of whole seeing and compassion.
It also means being open to new information and not screening it out because it doesn't fit your current frame of reference. This normally sounds like: 'i don't believe in.......'.
Authenticity is sourced in communicating and being from the embodiment of unity at all levels. This is not an easy quest but a necessary one for in the process of achieving unity you retrieve more aspects of yourself that enable more talents to emerge. Many people see a hint of these talents and run from their power. Please do not run. Energetic talents and gifts are accelerated and sophisticated. Many autistic children embody them but not all. High levels of sensitivity which have been judged as a weakness are now a strength because their presence enables the individual to see the blocks in performance, progress or results.
Here is what doesn't work in the expansion:
To-do lists: these assume that time is still a linear operation. It isn't. Lists are find for focus but not to slot into a time driven agenda. You will find yourself with too many lists and not enough time.
What does work: Set priorities against goals that aligned with your heart's desire.
What doesn't work: Assuming that you are doing something wrong if what you are doing isn't working.This feeds duality and is more black and white than life is at the moment.
What does work: Standing back and seeing your life from a more obbjective, less judgmental place. From that vantage point you can see that doing things differently is in order. Don't make yourself wrong. Just try something different.

Clay Pulley uses technology to help professionals and abnormal or normal humans achieve a higher level of efficiency and effectiveness by creating coherence and balance with their brainwave states. At his invite after lunch at P.Changs we headed to his office and hooked Cory Herter to the machine. The idea behind the machine as i understood it is to scan the brainwave in various operating protocols, then generate a set of frequencies that bring the imbalance back to balance. The effect is to generate a peak performance state minus the random craziness that many people feel is associated with getting things done.
The guy who rode my bumper going down the street and then cut in front when I pulled into Terrible Herbsts Lube center would have been a good candidate. In a hurry and in a stressed state he needed to be first and he had no patience for anything holding up his version of the day. A bit of rebalancing the brain wave would have helped for sure.
Once Clay hooked Cory up to the tech he gave him simple instructions which amounted to 'relax' and we then watched the monitor. Clay's eyes said it all as Cory's brainwaves blew the lid off the range. Analysis was impossible. Then Cory shut down different parts of this brain. With the neurofeedback showing up on the screen, he could see exactly what he was doing. Controlling the frequency of each brainwave state, including gamma, Cory has the capacity to self-regulate his operational systems.
In leadership circles, we talk about agility and are mostly associating that with thinking. Thinking is related to brainwave states but IF business leaders had the capacity for agility they could see how shifting perspectives, shifting thinking, shifting brainwave states are all one expression of the same skill set. Agility of brainwave states is the mastery level. Here we are tinkering around with shifting persectives and, in business at least, aren't opening up the lens very wide.
As change and complexity increases so must our ability and agility to open to a full range of abilities, many of which are embodied in GenY and in the kids now being diagnosed as autistic. These abilities are not well understood when seen through the older paradigms of reality. Time to break open the box.
Today is my Mom's Birthday. She was born in 1925 and crossed over last october, the same month my little brother crossed over in his early 20's. Mom had always been of incredible support to me. she read my book, my film script, helped me with various revenue MLM projects mostly off the radar screen. She had an undefeatable spirit so that even when she was diagnosed with carcinoid cancer she proved to be the star for the new radiation treatment. Unlike her hopes,when the technician said she'd be good for another 20 years what they really meant as my nurse neice said later, wasthat they were managing her to her death. She took full on empowerment for her health and maintained a high quality of life, until the last two weeks. Though my daughter and I don't live in the same city as the rest of the family, we 3 were very close... and we had enormous fun whenever we got together.
Now for the cosmic joke. Last Friday i presented a free workshop in Las Vegas with Cory Herter called Using Chaos of Change to Make Sense of Your Life. One of the participants was a woman named jeanne spelled exactly the same as my mom. She called me on Monday to invite me for lunch and offered to help me roll out some programs here in Vegas. We agreed to meet today. Then i looked at the calendar. It's my mom's birthday today and i am meeting Jeanne (Mom's name) for lunch.
Honestly, does it get any better? i am looking forward to sharing lunch on this day with someone who speaks for my mom who continues to watch over my daughter and I from the other dimensions.

Just got an email from someone I don't know who sent me the link to the upcoming global peace meditation. The link for the event on November 11th is http://globalpeace1111event.blogspot.com/. It makes sense. The work done by HeartMath Institute on the Global Coherence Project confirms that the health and state of peace in your heart is directly linked to that of the planetary electromagnetic field. Those of you who have been reading this blog for awhile might be bored with hearing that again but it is worth repeating becuase the power of the Self in co-creating planetary peace and a reality that is more in harmony with all life (including Earth) has never been greater.
People mired in a sense of doom are denying, repressing, or ignoring the role they can choose to play in the grander picture. Separation from the Self isn't particularly comfortable because it relies on fear to sustain its identity. Much has been said in the healing community about raising your personal level of vibration while simultaneously shunning those whose pasts have included the era of control and manipulation. Only by stepping through the beliefs into understanding and holding compassion can the vibrations be shifted. this isn't just a LIght and Love Fair. It is a conscious and intentional commitment to achieving harmonic balance within one's energy system 24/7.
Low vibrations aren't bad either when their purpose and intent is to heal, assist or benefit the Whole they perform a higher duty. The assumption that low means low on the totem pole doesn't hold true when it comes to vibration; organizational structure - yes.
I recently met a former CIA agent who is now grappling with the meaning of his life. He has lived the History of Violence and now must make sense of what his life means in light of all of that experience. It is a challenge that many face though not with the same set of experiences sitting in their memory bank. It is an invitation to become more Whole and to elevate one's sense of purpose to match the global changes underway for the good of all. Oddly, he is shunned by the healing and lightworker community as someone who can not hold light. Not true.
Memory is a tricky thing. It holds knowledge when the emotional charge has been removed. Left with the emotional charge, it holds confusion and frequently a negative charge. As Cory put it so eloquently in a recent course: every memory holding some piece of information that involves another, means that they are in you. Former spouses that you have not reconciled with are in your memory system. You carry them with you daily. If you are angry, bitter, hold resentment...all these vibrations are held in various organs in your body and willl ultimately create dis-easeif not cleared.
I invite lightworkers who seek to raise their vibration to release the negative charge held toward someone that is neatly hidden below the waterline of subconcsious awareness. The answers lie within; as above- so below all hold true.

In this one, we talk about energetic blueprints and how they impact organizational, community change. This information also applies to anyone who has experience multiple losses or recurring patterns in their life that are either good or bad but programmed into the spatial environment. Cory Herter and I are working on a program where people can learn how to reprogram the space to serve a higher purpose.

Listening to Cory run his webinar tonight up came the significance of tomorrow since it is the 9-9-09. Cory's answer independently echoed the information i received in my inbox from Dr. Carl Calleman who is the Swedish biologist whose work superimposed human history over the Mayan calendar to reveal waves of contraction and expansion. His work serves to demystify what is a truly complex calendar and to make sense by seeing it as a systems map for the transformation of human consciousness.

For a long time the professional scientific community has resisted the thought
that
the different time periods of the Mayan calendar are driving cosmic and
human evolution through their influence on consciousness. While of
course a large number of professional Mayanists have worked with
elucidating the structure of the calendar system of the ancient Maya
there has always been a resistance to acknowledging that there would be
a reality behind these energies. Hence, even though it may not have
been said so directly these cosmic energies have often been regarded as
some kind of superstitions.
A beginning of a shift in
attitude now however seems to be on its way. At an international
conference in Systems Theory at the University of Liege in Belgium
Professor Tadeja Jere Lazanski won the award for best scientific paper

The
paper outlines the nine levels of evolution that are developed
according to the Mayan calendar system and places them in the context
of Systems Theory. In short Dr Jere Lazanski is driving the thesis that
what the ancient Maya saw as a plan driven by divine energies is what
now is generally referred to as the big picture.
This initial
breakthrough into mainstream science of the true Mayan calendar system
of Nine Underworlds and Thirteen Heavens is very significant and it
opens for the first time a road to discussing not only the Mayan
calendar, but also the many evolutionary progressions that it describes
in certain scholarly settings.
It is also noteworthy that, in contrast, the urban legend of a "galactic alignment"
as the basis for the Mayan Long Count for good reasons has consistently been

In my Sept. 1 post I reported out on the workshop delivered by Cory Herter which was organized by The Healing Light Center in Denver, CO. The two ladies behind the HLC, Loriel and Solei, are both raw foodists. Loriel hosted Cory & Raegan along with me and my dog at her wonderful home in Golden, CO. It was there that I was further initiated into gourmet raw food diet.
As a camper i have stayed in one or more KOA campgrounds. The experience sucked. Jammed between two massive RVs with no access to the services advertised and paying a ridiculous amount of money for the experience, i swore i would never stay in a KOA again.
Just go back from Denver, CO where I was supporting Cory and Raegan in the delivery of the Level One Practitioner Program called the Breath of Love.
