Most men value business and feel comfortable in it. Rank and status tells them how to relate to each other. When one should expect deference then one should defer. IN exercise or sports it is about team work and also about competition but there is always a coach and there is always a pitcher or quarterback or catcher or receiver.

A woman might also be uncomfortable with a leader who appears weak, or indecisive. But the strategy is who is the leader and what does it take to take charge.

Most of the times to become a leader you must listen and I mean listen and then follow with the lead. To become where you can learn. I am sorry grasshopper you can not jump from a yellow to black right away.

Now there are some that are born natural leaders. Meaning their mother or father raised them to be winners.

Think about this I have seen all my life growing up where I was raised to be champion and the leader. But yet when it came time to get my title or crown maybe they felt insecure or jealous and said I needed to maybe back and listen. But yet even though maybe they might have something better than I I knew that I was champion. IN many times when you are brought to a place where you know you are meant to be champion it comes down to who is who or the coach.

With this in mind there could be a lot of politics. I saw this with games of pagaents where it was already chosen who the winner is.

Most of the time it is who brought the most money. Think about it when the titantic was sinking it was women and children but it was the upper class first.

They brought the most money they also helped build the ship and so when it was sinking of course save them.....

While the others were caged to wait and meant to be left for to sink. But the ones who fight and compete who have the natural strength but they dont have the money they found a way to bust down the gates and free themselves a chance for the boat to freedom.
