     Aceste tipuri de exercitii, în general, face ca organismul tau sa fie puternic si ferm. Nu conteaza, exercitarea pentru clădire musculara sau body-building, aceste exerciţii sunt la îndemână şi ajuta foarte mult.&lt;br&gt;

Acum, ridica incet capul de pe sol la doar câţiva centimetri. Ţineţi pe poziţie ridicată timp de 2 secunde şi apoi revin-o încet.&lt;br&gt;

     Vergeturile sunt dungi violacee si cicatricile care apar în mod normal, pe fese, solduri, abdomen, piept, şi de arme. Ele sunt un efect secundar comun de a creşte prea repede. Ele se formează atunci când derma (stratul mijlociu al pielii dumneavoastră elastic) este intins si se rupere elasticitatea in pielea ta. Cind elasticitatea se descompune, pielea încearcă să se consolideze cu colagen în pielea prea intinsa, cauzand astfel vergeturile.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
     Factorii care contribuie la formarea de vergeturi sunt:&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
     Ereditatea - unele tipuri de piele sunt doar predispuşi genetic. Dacă mama a avut vergeturi, sunt sanse mari sa ai si tu.&lt;br&gt;

     Greutate - creştere rapidă în greutate în exces aşa cum se găseşte în timpul sarcinii şi culturism sau alte pierderi in greutate de gradul excesiv.&lt;br&gt;

     Tip de piele - Unele tipuri de piele sunt mai uscate decât altele care au astfel o elasticitate mai puţina, daca este bine-hidratat pielea tinde să aibă elasticitate mai mare.&lt;br&gt;

     Numele meu este Mesteru. Sunt un mare expert în profilul de a minca fitness, Gurmand campion şi cel mai bun Munckhaussen. Cu toate acestea, nu încep ca unii. Am avut de a învăţa, prin experienţă. Nu există profesori mai buni decât tine insusi.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
      Nu am avut nici o idee despre cum să fac antrenament corect, cât de multe repetari, seturi, minute pe o banda de alergat sau ce alimente pot mânca. Dar, am invatat prin încercare şi eroare. Ma uimeste cum m-am păstrat constant în toţi aceşti ani provenind de la un fond non disciplinat. Iata zece lucruri care m-au ajutat sa pierd in greutate mult mai eficient la fiecare vizită la sala de sport:&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
1. Bucuraţi-vă de timpul din sala de sport pentru momentul vostru de liniste!&lt;br&gt;
2. Setaţi un interval de timp de fiecare dată când lucrati. Ieşi, dacă nu ai terminat!&lt;br&gt;
3. Niciodata sa nu faci acelasi antrenament mai mult decât de două ori la rând. Poate doar schimba ordinea.&lt;br&gt;
4. Monitorizaţi bataile de inima de fiecare dată când faci un efort mai mare.&lt;br&gt;
5. Nu va fie frica sa certi ajutor.&lt;br&gt;
6. Nu pierdeţi prea mult timp între exerciţii.&lt;br&gt;
7. Concentrati-va pe beneficiile si cum va veti simti dupa aceea, mai degrabă decât pe disconfortul din timpul antrenamentului.&lt;br&gt;
8. Iti dai seama ca nu va fi cel mai bine de fiecare data.&lt;br&gt;
9. Asculta corpul tau mai mult decit mintea ta.&lt;br&gt;
10. Jurnal, jurnal, şi jurnal.&lt;br&gt;
