The ending chase scene was well played out too, quite literally had me on the edge of my seat. The final scenes however were slightly disappointing, bur overall a very enjoyable movie

Well worth renting, i wouldn’t buy it though, that might be my dislike of Matt Damon though

Aeon Flux released in 2005 in the US, check out my review now!

Review

This movie is set in the future so lets start this review with their vision of said future. So the future architecture is convincing and quite beautiful, the rest of it however, fashion and weaponry was just awful, they insist on tight clothing for Theron which just makes me think they must not have had enough plot, and they certainly do. And the weapons were straight from the Lucas arts/star wars model school, so big and ridiculous, this is supposed to be a future version of what we have now, they let their imagination run a little too far with that.

As for the science, i don;t think they even consulted anyone on that, but i don’t mind that as much, it was cool

The action/fight sequences were very well choreographed which is good to see, overall the theme to the movie is a little tired, but the execution was very good, although the very end scene was kind of crap, but, did end it well.

As a final comment i will say the fly catch at the start was gross! but, i enjoy this movie, i would recommend this to any sci-fi fan
