It is a low-volume enema that remains only in the sigmoid colon. There is a duct between the sigmoid colon and the liver called the entero-hepatic circulation system. When the stool reaches this point, it contains many toxins, which are sent to the liver for detoxification. The coffee enema will increase the transit time in the bowel. The caffeine that is absorbed into the entero-hepatic system causes the liver ducts, including the bile ducts, to empty into the sigmoid colon and be eliminated. Releasing the toxins in the liver ducts, makes room for toxins from the body to enter the liver for detoxification. The alkaloids in the caffeine stimulate the production of glutathione-S-transferase, which is an enzyme that facilitates the liver detoxification pathways.

Coffee enemas will not waste minerals and electrolytes because they have already been absorbed in the previous sections of the intestines. The coffee enema is safe even for people who are sensitive to caffeine because the coffee remains in the sigmoid colon, where it will not be absorbed, provided the proper amount is used and the enema bag is not place too high.

Boil 1 quart of water in a non-aluminum pot. Add 2 tablespoons or more of coffee and continue to boil for 5 minutes. Remove pot from the heat and add 1 tablespoon of unsulfured molasses (optional). Cool to 90 degrees F. or less. Pour the coffee mixture through a fine mesh strainer into two 1 cup measuring cups. Clamp the end of the enema bag. Pour 1 cup of filtered coffee mixture into the enema bag. Release the clamp until the coffee begins to flow out, then clamp the bag again immediately.

Hang the enema bag at a height of about 3 feet, not higher. Lie on the floor and gently insert the nozzle. Use vegetable oil on the nozzle if needed. Release the clamp and let the coffee mixture flow into the sigmoid colon. Clamp the tubing as soon as there is a sensation of "fullness" or when the enema bag is empty and remove the nozzle. If possible, without forcing yourself, retain the enema for 10 minutes, then empty your bowel.

After emptying your bowel, repeat the process with the remaining (1 cup) of coffee mixture. If you cannot hold 1 cup of coffee mixture enema, take several smaller enemas.

When the bile duct empties, you will hear or feel a squirting sensation in the area of your right rib cage. After feeling the bile emptying, you can stop taking enemas for that day.

If you do not feel the bile duct emptying after one week of daily enemas, increase the strength of the coffee or take slightly larger volume enemas.

You should not feel nervous or jittery after the enema because the coffee does not get absorbed systemically.

Repeat enemas as needed to detoxify chemical toxins and/or allergic reactions.

Dr Chrysohoou mengatakan peminum kopi rata-rata mengkonsumsi 25-50 ml kopi sehari.

They’ve outstanding easy-to-press buttons along with colored energy indicators that are straightforward to read. You’ll be able to tell the machine is on simply because this indicator button will light up. This is just the beginning with regards to the great features of a barista type espresso coffee machine.

The portafilter on a barista type espresso machines will function properly. It really is a pressurized kind of portafilter, so you get a 23-25 second brew time for a double shot of great expresso, compared to an inadequate 10-11 2nd brew time on other lesser models. The portafilter is also simple to load and use. It does supply lots of loading room for fulfilling espresso coffee shots, and it also holds heat nicely. This indicates you will have the appropriate temperature for extracting espresso beans. This can make the distinction from a great morning and a fantastic start!

The number 1 factor all users of an espresso machine will appreciate is just how simple it is to transfer the steaming wand around. The wand is normally the exact height and length; some machines don’t have this feature – look for it. These inadequate wands then force you to maneuver your machine to the edge of the counter just to obtain your pitcher of milk in the proper position. This may be awkward and harmful. With the a good machine there’s no such concern. You’ll be able to leave the machine where it should be and nonetheless fit the pitcher underneath.
For steaming and foaming milk, these barista style espresso machines supply the ordinary wand. It’s created from stainless steel, which is a lot much better than plastic, however it only has single hole on the tip. The wand can make foam simply for your lattes, but some users have discovered it simple to use the wand in a swirling motion to develop the truly fine foam. This might be a picky characteristic that only espresso coffee aficionados search for, but if you’re an aficionados, you’ll appreciate the distinction this feature will make.

But after a long discussion, Finally the influential Indonesian Ulema Council said that the coffee, known locally as Kopi Luwak, could be consumed ( halal) as long as the beans were washed.

Kopi Luwak, which takes it name from the Indonesian word for civets, is made from hard beans that have been eaten by the nocturnal critters and then fermented in their stomachs before being pooped out and roasted. Civet cats are mongoose-like animals.

In Indonesia, the world's most population Moslem nation, Kopi Luwak is produced in the main Java island, Sumatra and Sulawesi. It is also found under different names elsewhere in Southeast Asia. Only 1,000 pounds are said to be produced annually worldwide.

Reputation
One of the most important factors when choosing any business’s service or product should be the company’s reputation. Consider the daily consumer buying decisions. People are more likely to make a purchase from a company that has a positive reputation rather than from one that doesn’t.

The same holds true for choosing a wholesale coffee distributor. This will require doing some research. Fortunately, today there is an abundance of resources on the Internet that offer business ratings and user reviews. There are also numerous blog properties that feature public commentary regarding such matters. Simply asking fellow office managers or non-competing coffee shop owners may be a good way to research as well. Although it may seem inconvenient, doing the necessary digging will lead you to the right wholesale coffee distributor.

Value
The price of coffee is not the only matter to consider here. Wholesale coffee prices are already going to seem fairly low compared to those of grocery stores or convenience marts. When doing our research, make sure to factor in the cost of shipping. Oftentimes coffee distributors will catch customers’ eyes with low prices, but then charge steep shipping costs. Another item to look into before making your decision is available discounts or allowances. For instance, distributors will often give quantity discounts for certain amounts purchased. All of these factors contribute to the overall value you are receiving from a wholesale coffee distributor.

Selection
The coffee distributor you choose should offer a wide variety of products. This includes a large assortment of blends, roasts and brands. Without an extensive selection your options will be limited and you will most likely find yourself going through multiple avenues in order to purchase the necessary coffees. This will inevitably increase costs.

Experience
When looking into wholesale coffee distributors it is important to understand the significance of choosing one with extensive experience. Companies that have been operating for a substantial number of years understand how to operate in a manner that complements your business. They have already gone through their "growing pains" and have worked out any issues that might directly affect your order. Their history demonstrates that they have succeeded in providing quality services and products and will continue to do so.

Convenience
Perhaps the best consideration is that of convenience. Are customers able to order directly online, or do they have to call? Is there an automatic ordering program that ships and bills orders regularly without requiring customers to be involved each time? Wholesale coffee suppliers that offer these convenient services should rank high on your list.

Choosing the right wholesale coffee distributor is a tricky task. It will take time, research and planning to assess not only your needs, but also which company will view your decision as a partnership rather than a simple sale. By considering the items explained above you should be able to select the ideal coffee distributor for your unique situation.

Third on the prestigious list of the most internationally sought after coffees is coffee grown in the Island of St. Helena. This coffee was discovered and brought initially to Paris during Napoleon's term of exile in the island. St. Helena's coffee is made from a unique type of bean known as Green Tipped Bourbon Arabica, and is known for its exclusive flavor. St. Helena coffee is valued at an average of US$ 174 per kilograms.

Hawaiian Kona Coffee

Last but certainly not least is Hawaiian Kona Coffee, for its prized and delicious flavor. Kona Coffee is a variety of coffee grown on the slopes of mountains in the Big Island of Hawaii. The Kona District's brilliant sunny mornings, humid, rainy afternoons and temperate nights create ideal coffee growing conditions, making Kona Coffee one of the most sought-after types in the world. Kona coffee is creamy and smooth, with the rich, almost-chocolaty taste. It is well balanced, with slight acidity and medium-body. It has an enticing aroma and somewhat complex, spicy flavor. Hawaiian Kona averages at about US$ 74.9 per kilograms.

Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee

The fourth contestant on the list of the top five most delicious coffees is Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee. As its namesake suggests, Jamaican coffee is grown in the Blue Mountains of Jamaica, and is known for its mild flavor and lack of bitterness. Over the decades, this coffee has become prized and revered worldwide and has become one of the most sought after coffees in the world. The climate of the Blue Mountain region in Jamaica is cool and foggy with high rainfall, with rich soil is very rich. Blue Mountain coffee averages at US$ 108 per kilograms.

Hacendia La Esmeralda

Hacienda La Esmeralda comes second in the list of most expensive coffees. It is grown on a rare plant called a geisha tree, found in Boquete, Panama. The geisha tree was once ignored, as it grew few coffee beans, and was used to anchor the soil around plantations. Only a few decades ago it was rediscovered and its coffee tried on a whim-when its true specialty recognized. Hacienda la Esmeralda coffee is known for its intense flavor of jasmine and citrus with blueberry. Each brew seems to have a unique flavor-each more intricate and delicious than the last. Hacienda la Esmeralda averages at US$ 229 per kilograms.

Kopi Luwak

Kopi Luwak has made itself known to be the most expensive, most delicious, and most sought after coffee in the whole world. Kopi Luwak coffee beans are not picked from the coffee plant however, but from the feces of a raccoon-like animal called an Asian Palm Civet in Indonesia and the Philippines. These civets consume coffee berries, but the beans remain undigested and pass through the civet's digestive tract. Once a predictable spot of defecation is observed, coffee collectors extract the beans from the excrement, heavily wash, purify, and sun dry them. Kopi Luwak is sold for as much as US$ 450-500 per kilograms -and is said to be worth it, because of its unique taste.
Since its inception centuries ago, coffee has become the most popular beverage and the world's most traded and sought-after commodities.
Over the years, many coffee variants have originated from different places, which paved the way for gourmet coffee to have a niche in the world market.
Aside from the basic Robusta and Arabica variants, there are other rare coffee variants which gained a good following from coffee aficionados.

First, there is the Civet coffee or Kopi Luwak, which is made from coffee berries which were eaten and excreted by the common Palm Civet. This rare process takes place only in countries like the Philippines, Sumatra, Java, Indonesia, Vietnam and India, making Civet coffee one of the more expensive variants.
Kona coffee from Hawaii, Turkish, Colombian and Maraba coffee are some other premium variants which have become popular for coffee drinkers the world over.
'Jamaica's Blue Mountains'
The island nation of Jamaica, situated within the Caribbean Sea, has more than just gorgeous beaches to offer.
The amazing Blue Mountains are located at the eastern side of Jamaica, and this is where the famous Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee is grown.
Blue Mountains is a Jamaican region where there is a wide range of hills with an almost permanent mist covering the hills giving it a bluish hue, thus the name.
This mountain range boasts of a National Park with lush rainforests and rich vegetation. It is also home to hundreds of plants and animal species unique to the region.
The upper slopes and the summit are strictly preserved as a forest. The lower slopes, with its rich, fertile soil and ideal climate, serve as the perfect setting for coffee cherries to be grown and harvested from the Blue Mountains.
'Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee: A Taste of Heaven on Earth'
Most coffee plants rely on the climate of the region where they are planted, and this produces the distinctive flavor found in the coffee cherries.
In the Blue Mountains, the tallest mountain range in the island of Jamaica, the following factors contribute to the unique flavor of the coffee:
- the hot climate
- the altitude of the lower mountain peaks where the coffee plants are grown and harvested
- plenty of rainfall to water the coffee plants
- the rich and fertile soil of the mountains where the plants are grown
The Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee is considered to be the world's finest and rarest coffee variant. Words cannot describe the taste of this premier coffee blend.
A 100% Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee has this distinctively rich taste and aroma. Compared to other coffee variants, this has a milder flavor which is less bitter yet a little sweet, giving it that smooth, clean taste.
Because of the high quality expected of this coffee variant, the island country of Jamaica built the Jamaican Coffee Industry Board to maintain the world-class quality of every coffee bean produced in the island.
The tedious and time-consuming labor of coffee growers in planting, harvesting and processing the Blue Mountain coffee is truly amazing.
The Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee is indeed a world-class variant that coffee enthusiasts around the world can sip and enjoy - up to the last drop.
Of course each individual has to decide which is best for them, as it is all a matter of taste. There are however, certain coffees which stand out from the crowd because of superior cultivation or roasting processes.
The coffee bean is not in fact a bean, but the stones from the center of the cherry-like fruit of the coffee bush or tree. These cherries do not ripen all at the same time, so need to be picked by hand. There are two beans in each cherry, but still thousands have to be picked to produce enough beans for roasting.
The remaining fruit of the cherry needs to be removed from the seeds, which is done by either drying them in the sun, and then machines strip off the dried fruit from the beans, or by the soaking method, so the fruit comes away from the bean, known as washed coffee.
These fresh coffee beans remain green until the roasting process begins. Each gourmet coffee has its own particular roasting blend, but a special process is used for the first coffee on our list:
1. Kopi Luwak: this rare, exotic coffee; also known as Civet or weasel coffee, is exceptionally smooth and has an amazingly subtle, lingering taste. The beans are actually processed by the Indonesian civet, which eat the ripest coffee cherries and pass the undigested beans, which are then collected by farmers, who sanitize them thoroughly and sun-dry them before roasting and vacuum packing them for shipping. The natural enzymes of the civet release unique flavors impossible to access by regular methods.

2. Blue Mountain: the mountainous regions of Jamaica, known as the Blue Mountains because of the misty blue haze that covers the ridges, produce the gourmet coffee now known to millions.
The high altitude, the cool misty air, and the rich soil give these coffee beans their place amongst the finest to be found. The coffee industry board of Jamaica now rules the entire blue Mountain coffee label, using strict classification of coffee to ensure only the top grade beans are exported.
3. Kona: the Kona coffee bean grows mostly in Hawaii, and is a much smaller bean than most, and very expensive. Although not the most commonly sought-after coffee, it does have very high demands because of its powerful aroma. Kona is rarely blended with other beans or flavorings, because of this characteristic, strong aroma.
4. Legendee: This famous gourmet coffee is made with a unique process which replicates the enzymes of the Civet, producing an enzyme-treated coffee similar in tastes to Kopi Luwak. It is widely considered the most successful attempt at replicating the natural process of Kopi Luwak production, engineered by the top German scientists.
It was first discovered in the highlands of Ethiopia sometime around the year 800. It then spread to other countries in the Middle East, Europe and the Americas. Coffee ranks second only to oil in the amount traded in dollars. All the coffee in the world is grown on tropical climates, located in places between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn.

Today there are a few places in the world that have turned coffee cultivation into an art form. Brazil remains the largest producer of coffee in the world, with the most expensive coffee in the world coming from Southeast Asia. It is called Kopi Lewak, and the ripest coffee beans are eaten by a Common Palm Civet and then passed through the digestive system. The outer shell of the beans is digested, but the inner bean is not. They are then picked up and processed. Coffee aficionados believe this to be the finest coffee in the world. It costs about 600 dollars a pound, or roughly 50 dollars a cup.

There are countless different blends and roasts of coffee. Some of the most popular are the dark rich roasts and of course decaffeinated. But a new trend is toward low acid coffees. Coffee beans contain tannic acid along with other acids. While these acids have benefits to the body, some people find them hard to digest, particularly those with acid reflux disease. Also dentists recommend limiting the intake of teas and coffees because the acids can damage tooth enamel.

One of the finest low acid coffees on available is Tylers Coffee. This wonderfully robust Arabica is roasted in Arizona with a state of the art process that produces a rich smooth coffee. Tylers coffee was started by a very bright 13 year old boy in Tucson Arizona. Today Tylers coffee makes one of the smoothest low acid coffees on the market.

Coffee goes through an intensive process between being grown and being brewed. When coffee is grown the coffee pods are actually red in color resembling cherries and the plant is at least 3 years old. The cherry itself is not what the farmers are after however. Inside each cherry there are two coffee beans, similar to the way peanuts grow two to a shell. Once the coffee cherries are picked they must be quickly processed in order to keep the beans from fermenting. The most common process is called the wet process where the beans are washed and slightly fermented several times to get them out of there shell. They are then sorted bagged and sent to the roaster. The roasting process is the most important part of making coffee. It determines the flavor of the end product and it takes a very experienced roaster to turn out a fine coffee. Raw coffee beans are a light green color and taste somewhat bitter but by roasting the flavor is developed, from mild roasts to rich dark roasts, to some that are so dark they taste almost burnt.
Those are some impressive statements. People enjoy a fresh cup of brew in the morning, with lunch, at work and it is a standard after dinner drink. Its popularity is probably best illustrated by the very long lines at Starbucks and the coffee shops that now dot most major street corners in the United States, Europe and pretty much everywhere other place on the globe.

But while it enjoys overall popularity, It is enjoyed in different ways from one to country to the next. In the Middle East, Turkish coffee, a very thick and super strong coffee is a favorite while in Europe you will find lots of Espresso and Cappuccino drinkers and in the States, well we like it all, even the sometimes bland super market breakfast blends.
Coffee is not cheap by any means, at least not the gourmet varieties. Coffee beans are costly and it seems the better the quality, the better the brew in the cup but the more expensive it gets. But no coffee costs as much as the infamous and probably quite gross proposition to some is Kopi Luwak.
Kopi Luwak Coffee - Kopi is the Indonesian word for coffee and Luwak is the local name of the animals that eat the raw red coffee cherries as part of their usual diet. The animals eat a mixed diet of insects, small mammals and fruits along with the softer outer part of the coffee cherry but do not digest the inner coffee beans. Instead it excretes them still covered in some inner layers of the cherry. The robust taste of the coffee is intensified through the process of the digesting of the beans.
Gourmet coffee has become a major luxury in todays market. People who appreciate the perplexity of how that flavor is accomplished will gravitate toward more coffee flavors. The more rare and expensive a coffee is only adds to the enjoyment and the wonderment. Kopi Luwak coffee sells for anywhere between $200.00 and $450.00 per pound.
It is labeled as the most expensive coffee in the world due to its highly controversial method of production as well as the rarity of the beans. The beans are in fact deposits from a type of animal called palm civet. Among others, civets enjoy consuming red coffee cherries.

They are careful to select only the ripest, reddest cherries. In the process of consumption, the inner seed of the berries are not consumed. However, the action of stomach enzyme on the seed gives it a bitter, complex taste. When defecated, locals will collect the beans for washing. The beans are then roasted lightly to significantly reduce its bitterness and retain the complex flavors. The beans are safe for consumption as they have undergone thorough processing prior to packing.
A sip of this drink will leave you intrigued. It is rich and exotic in flavor. It also possesses a musty, earthy taste with a slight hint of syrupy smoothness. The fact that the beans originate from an animal is a unique factor to consider. Many experts agree that this gives it an unidentifiable taste that's unique to Kopi Luwak coffee alone. It is a rare offering and often not available in local coffee shops. However, for those curious enough, you will be able to purchase them from reputable coffee company online or specialized local gourmet coffee shops.
Now we are talking good coffee, if you have ever had a good espresso or cappuccino made using a espresso machine not from Tim Hortons you will know what I'm talking about. An espresso machine is a very expensive piece of equipment it works by forcing high pressure steam though very finely ground coffee grinds extracting the most flavour possible form the bean. This steam condensates and drips into a tiny cup. Cappuccino is made using an espresso and adding frothed milk.

I know your thinking what is frothed milk I asked the same thing the first time I had to make a coffee on one of these machines. Basically you pour the mild into a jug, place a spout into the jug steam comes out of this spout thus aerating the milk giving it a frothy consistency. You must be careful not to over heat the milk as you can burn it if it becomes too hot.
The Plunger
This method withdraws the most flavour form the coffee beans. Ground beans are placed in the pot with hot water poured on top the pot is left to stand for several minutes. The plunger is then pushed down separating the coffee grinds from the coffee. This method has only recently become popular in Canada even though it was invented in 1933 strange.
Turkish coffee
Turkish coffee is made in an Arabia (copper pot) coffee grinds are added to the pot along with sugar and water and brought to a boil. It is then taken off the heat left to simmer and then replaced on the stove. This process is repeated usually three times. The boiling of coffee causes some of the flavour to be lost. Filtered method I think most people will be familiar with this method. It is by far the most common way to brew coffee. Ground coffee beans are placed in a paper filter and hot water is dripped over into a pot and then served.
Instant coffee
The quality of instant coffee's have improved greatly since the 1980's when it was first marketed to consumers. Instant coffee actually stays fresher longer, moisture oxygen and light don't affect the flavours as much and it is incredibly convenient. To make instant coffee the coffee flavours are extracted using hot water then the water is removed by heat or by a freezing process producing the powder. Coffee essences are often replaced after the process is completed.
Now.... What style do you like to making coffee ??
Right? Well, not entirely. On coffee plantations in the south and southeast Asian range of the common palm civet, these coffee-eating carnivores are welcome members of the work force.
Weighing four to 11 pounds, the common palm civet (Paradoxurus hermaphrodites) is a smallish carnivore that lives largely in the trees, where it emerges at night to forage alone for a mixed diet of fruit, insects, and
small mammals.

While often described as catlike, palm civets could probably better be thought of as an Asian version of a raccoon or one of the raccoon's tropical relatives like a coati or kinkajou.
Like our raccoon, this palm civet has no problem co-existing with people, and is happy to take advantage of the fruits of human labor. In Asia, the palm civet is also known as the toddy cat, for its fondness for the palm juice that is tapped to make a sweet liquor called toddy. It also eats fruit crops such as mangos, melons, and bananas. On coffee plantations, palm civets dine heavily on coffee cherries. However, they are not pests because palm civets digest only the outer pulp of fruit, passing the coffee beans unharmed through their digestive systems. And because palm civets repeatedly deposit their droppings in piles at the same spots, the coffee beans are easily collected.
In some areas, these beans are merely added to the day's harvest as they are found. In others, however, workers collect these beans separately so they can be roasted then brewed into kopi luwak--civet coffee. Kopi luwak is reputedly the best of all coffees because palm civets pluck and eat only the most perfectly ripe cherries!
Virtually unstudied, the palm civet's foraging habits are unknown. (Few mammals, however, eat unripe fruits, so the palm civet's selectivity is not surprising.) Whether the beans are affected as they go through the animal's gut is also unknown. For that matter, there is some debate about whether coffee called kopi luwak was ever anywhere near a palm civet. In any case, coffee marketed as kopi luwak is sold--at very high prices--in Indonesia and Malaysia.
Recently, kopi luwak hit American shores, not surprisingly in California. Imported from a dealer in Europe by M.P. Mountanous in San Francisco, unroasted kopi luwak beans sell for $110 a pound. Roasted, a pound of the beans goes for $175 (!) at a Mendocino gourmet coffee shop. Asked how he knew the beans were really collected from civet scats, M.P. Mountanous representative Tom Kilty says, "We operate on trust." As for the taste, Kilty says distributor Mark Mountanous describes the brew as "gamey."
He found that the gastrointestinal (GI) tract of the Luwak wa in fact affecting the beans. But he was surprised to find - despite the unusual fermentation path - that roasted Kopi Luwak beans had lower bacterial counts then control beans.

Pitting was also observed on the surface, and the next step was to determine if the acids and enzymes were actually penetrating the Kopi Luwak beans, affecting them in some way. Electhrophoresis - a method that "fingerprints" proteins - was used to Luwak beans were found to be lower in total protein, meaning that proteins were partially broken down and leached out during their travel in GI tract of the Luwak.
This has the potential to affect the flavour and aroma of the beans, says Marcone.
Proteins are responsible for much of the flavour, particularly bitterness. Since kopi Luwak beans have less protein, they may produce a less bitter coffee, he says.
Analysis of the volatile compounds - also responsible for flavour and aroma - showed they were significantly different than the control, further indicating the potential for Kopi Luwak coffee having a different flavour than ordinary coffee.
Formal taste tests were not performed, but Marcone wants to do them in the future.
Marcone’s work was assisted by members of the food chemistry and food microbiology sectors of the Food Science Department at the University of Guelph.

Why it called as Kopi Luwak ?

Of course because the coffee have produced by the civet cat ( luwak = indonesian name) or in the latin name as " Paradoxorus Hermaproditus " .

That animals have a unique characteristic to smell and choose finest coffee, they slick the sweet part of coffee bean then they eat whole that beans. So that the coffee beans are processed at civet stomach. And when we tell you where the beans have, arghh.. you'll understand why. You see the primary reason for Civet Coffee's distinctive taste is that it's been partially fermented by passing through the digestive system of a Sumatra civet cat. Only about 200 kilos of this blend is collected per month in our breeding, making it the ultimate in exclusivity and rarity.

Then... some of the coffee beans that was entered into civet's stomach will be fermented with various good enzim inside, by some observation that the enzim able to reduce caffeine, so this coffee could be drink for someone's health.

By some of testimonial, the benefit of Kopi Luwak able to raise up our stamina, and safety for the stomach disease because of low acid.

The story begin around 100 years ago in West Lampung. Sumatra Island, Indonesia. Some of farmer told that colonials were administered farm politics, for all coffee harvest must be given to the government.
so for all the local citizen not allowed to harvest the coffee. Because of the strong local habit for consume coffee, so some of the farmer try to refine coffee that was ejected by civet cast.
At first they feel disgustingly to consume the coffee, but for long time it became as their habit for daily drink.

The Colonial heard they habit for drink Kopi Luwak, the colonial also try this coffee and finally they fall in love for the taste of civet coffee.

Nowadays, Kopi Luwak as known as a rich man ( lord) drink. and also have spread at many place in Europe, US and Asia also because of the exotic taste.

Now ... What about you ? Wanna try the exotic taste of Kopi Luwak ??
