Salam, morning. Well... today is the day. finally it came without any single delay. People always said that you will be an adult when you turned to 25. Is it ? So I'm an adult now ? But I do not felt so. Maybe because I'm still studying. Aahh talking about study. I have another 3 semester plus with 2 industrial training which one will be this coming May and another industrial training maybe around end of this year. Speaking about it, truthfully I'm really nervous. Will I do well on it ? Will I get a good grades in order to pass out my practical phase ? Will I survive during that time with supervisor, principle and other co-workers ? Too many WILL.. ??? x_x

Fuhhh too many thoughts too. ~~Maybe because I turned to an adult~~ on this lovely day ? ㅋㅋㅋ

And here too, wanna thank for all wishes and gifts which I received form my friends.so much love here and I won't forget this moment ever. This time it's more meaningful, because I celebrated my birthday with my BIG family too ㅎㅎㅎ

Person who always by my side. Million thanks guys. I heart them all !!! ^^

In facebook too, many friends asked "When will u get marry since now u are 25th " Well, thank you for the birthday wish but for that issue.. Errr... It didn;t cross out my mind even once now. Why ? I GOT MANY THINGS TO DO NOW. Apart from finishing my study, I want to work and earn money, then help my parents and family. I have a maknae who's still in high school now and she need lot of support even money. So how do I think about myself when my family need me more ? When thinking bout it, I rather left them with that issue alone. They can say anything but they don;t know anything about my life. That's it. Yes, some of school friends already married and that was their decision. They said "should marry now since getting older and no need to study more coz will get the same salary and stay at home for family." Ermm it's good but I will not jump into marriage just because I'm getting older ONE year.

Different person, different perspective so please respect as much as I respect your life etc.......... ^^

And for now, I'm planning my future with many kind of things. The road will be bumpy but as long as I keep walking, I will reach the destination. Thanks for those guys who made me always ALIVE whenever I'm down. Seriously, they really make my day; happy or sad ! My journey has begun and I will keep moving no matter how. ^^

Mak Ayah and family, love u guys 1 Thanks for being with me during this 25 years in time. I'm being blessed and thankful for that. Also friends who always together in up and down situation. It's already more than 100 years. Can u imagine it ? but it's true the environment so calm and peaceful, really suitable for patients but I felt got person who was following u around. Urrr... So the nurse said at the behind department was not in use so it's kinda gloomy there. Hahaha. U know what I meant here !!!

Well, this is totally the heartbroken day especially for Super Junior and E.L.F... T____T

Why ? This case regaridng to SBS Gayo Daejun. Because ELF didn't be informed there would be pre-recording for Super Junior in SBS Gayo Daejun. Barely only around 20 ELFs who present during the pre-recording for SuJu. Rationally they said no notice was informed in official site which make ELFs angry :(

And Super Junior members tweet-ing some harsh words, I think. Normally they not showing curse but this time maybe because it's involving ELF so they feel bad. :)

All in all, thanks for everything and let's take from the positive side.

Salam and good morning all. Wahhh lame gile tak update blog nih. Sangat2 busy lol. Almaklumlah dah tahun2 akhir,senior katekan. Hehehe. Okay kelmarin bebudok PMR udoh dapat result deme. Yang gumbira, yang sedih, yang tka de rase pape, sume ade eh. So TAHNIAH utk semua adik-adik yang mendapat result cemerlang outstanding segala bagai untuk PMR kome semua ! Segala usaha keras dan penat lelah berbaloi jugok kan kan kan... ^^ Yang result kurang memberangsangkan tuh, cube lagi utk SPM, jadikan pengajaran supaya pisang tidak berbuah untuk kali ke-2. Good luck all ! :)

Okay actually this congratulation specially goes to my midget ! She got straight As in PMR. 9A dalam tangan. Hehehe. Quite riso sebenornye sebab trial die agak merosot. Plus die sangat tak suke Sejarah. Hehehe. But Alhamdulillah, finally she made it ! And harap sangat die dapat MRSM or SBP since UPSR dolo die dapat 5A tapi takde tempat atenye, so die skolah harian biasa je :) Well skolah harian biasa pon hebat ape ! Skolah die 4 orang 9A and 6 orang 8A. Mantap ler tuh kirenye ! :) Plus yang bestnye lagi, 2 orang adik sepupu aku pon dapat straight As. Sorang 9a, sorang 8A. Tahniah sume ! :)

Oleh kerana result yang cemerlang, so aku bawok Midget manid sungei dengan Ziyad. Hehehe. Melompat suke nephew aku tuh jumpe sungei ! :)

SS4 is back !

Super Show 4 Super Junior World Tour ! They are back ! This time not only Korea and Asian countries but they will possessing all countries including Europe ! They just made comeback with 5집, returned from SMTown Concert included SMTown in New York ! So now I can proud say that even from Asian there is idols where we can compared to Hollywood artists ! :) And now with SS4 they will showing their beyond limit of power in entertainment industry. SS4 Seoul in Korea only held with 9 members which Heechul and Kangin are serving the army now but the show totally left a deep effect on their fans or famous known as E.L.F. Most of ELF were gathered for 2 nights and some of them not only from Korea but they came from Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia and another countries. Just awesome ! ^^

After this they will go to Japan, Taiwan, China, Singapore and another listed down countries. [Msia one of them] ^^

Well, I guess they deserved for this, for what they have now since their journeys were really really bumpy roads.

Salam and hello all. Woahhh seriously this was a gooooooooooood experience for me and my buddies ! We involved in Creativity and Innovative Competition which all participants need to build an interesting, own idea about teaching materials to kids. So with another 4 buddies, we decided to join this event, for fun and learn new thing. We challenged ourselves to build a course-ware by using Authorware since 5 of us is minor on technology. Our team's name is ECIS TECH which stand for "Every Child Is Special" and Technology. This was not a joke, totally we put all effort on it until we didn't sleep and eat properly ! We just prepared this course-ware in less than 3 weeks ! Woahhh totally superb *Well, our life just like hell then*

Hahaha. Plus busy with all assignments and field-works, still we rushing here and there to complete this Authorware. Most of our classmates and seniors/juniors asking why we should burden ourselves with this in this crucial moment. Yes, we have mountains of things to do plus final exam just around the corner. Now left 5 weeks before final exam plus revision week. But like earlier I told you, we just want a new and good experience. We should benefit our knowledge right? Since we will use this too once we in education field. As long as I remembered this is daebak !!! Hahaha but we just ended up with runner up. and our point difference with 1st winner only 2 points ! Upset right ? But what to do, maybe we can perform better next time ! :)

We got trophy, hamper, cash RM350, bag and goodies as souvenir :)

REASONS YOU'RE SINGLE

Well now this topic is trending in twitter. Yeah this is teenage's topic so here's the conclusion.

~~At least for me.~~

Truthfully I already been experienced in love relationship for twice and for the both of them, I was the one who asked for the broke up. Why ? Because I feel not comfortable and he was not for me.
Just friends said my expectations too high and I'm a bit ~~"fussy"~~ workaholic ???

Then today I found this topic in TT. I laughed hard for some tweets and the reasons. What lol... :)

And I really think this one not really necessary, for the this time being. I have friends who in relationship now and how miserable they are. Yes, I'm not denying the sweet moments the have but can't you just let your partner enjoy her time with beloved friends too ?
Why should you control them by saying, "No, you can't go to that/those place with your friends. It's wasting your time bla bla bla..."

Ohh come on, it's just a couple, not in married relationship yet. Some of the partners even control what their partner eats and buys.

Uuurrrrrrr it's too much for me; sometimes I feel really annoy by these. Just your partner is not a little kid anymore. Give him/her some freedom. Be supportive & sporting. I can't bear that kind of situation.
For me it's up to me lol what I want to do as long as it's not crossing the limit; as far as I didn't go beyond the limit then it's still fine.

But yes, it depends on you how you want to ship your relationship.

It's same with some of my friends especially girls, who are worrying about marry stuff. Maybe because of women are super duper double from guys.
So they are worrying since we're getting older & not younger.
Sometimes also got pressure from surrounding people like parents, siblings, family and so on. They asked me too when my planning to get marry then I said maybe later, around 28 or 29. Not now.
I want to make sure my life is stable and I've a strong economical sources 1st and then I'll think about this. I've no intention to find one & happy for what I've now.
It's all about timing & I believe Allah is saving someone special for me ♡
So when the time comes, I know he'll be there for me. Just for now I don't know where is he, what he's up to, what kind of his lifestyle,

Eid Adha's holiday is next week but only a week. Be grateful eh :)

Wanna go back and help mom and dad since we're in the middle of moving to new house.

Persatuan Kanak-kanak Istimewa Hulu Langat

Today we went to a Special Needs Center in Hulu Langat. We just did a quick visit there in order to experience wit our own eyes how these kids doing their daily routine and how they through all the therapy sessions. Even it was less than 5 hours to be there, still lot of things we have learned. To tell you guys the truth, be thankful and grateful for everything. ^^

There were 4 rooms for therapy and we just sticked to the teachers and observe how the therapy's going on. So from one room to another room, we communicated with the teachers and also the kids! there were few parents too who accompanied their kids during the therapy session. Some of us were being divided into mural group and others did some cleaning part; inside and outside the center. So we hop with this tiny part of help will make their day because it 's really made our day ! ^^

Salam guys. Petang tadi Zatil keluar sekejap since boring2 lepak hostel. So jalan2 kaki ni sampailah ke Masjid Jamek. Orang takdelah ramai sangat mengenangkan masih di pagi hari kot. :) Then tak ke mana-mana pun. My roommate ke rumah kawan die, jadi kaki nih pon melangkah ler. Hehehe. Melihat panorama kota. Ewahhhhh... Okay time kat Masjid Jamek, tengah tunggu train; adelah sorang budok India nih. Maybe around 8 or 9 tahun kot. Tengah main2 dengan belon. Alaaa belon ~~udara~~, eh belon yang selalu ade kat pasar malam tuh. Hehehe. Nephew Zatil pun slalo merengek nak belon tuh kalo pegi pasor malam. :) Well, belon die UPIN & IPIN okay. Hello... He's an Indian kid but is holding UPIN & IPIN's balloon. Ermmm ape nok kate sebenarnya Zatil bangga sebab Upin & Ipin adalah kartun Melayu yang semua peringkat umur dan bangsa minat tengok. Kartun die sangat comel dan banyak good values dalam cerita tuh untuk kanak-kanak.Sangat ralit tengok Indian kid tuh yang asyik sangat dengan belon Upin & Ipin die. Hehehe. BANGGA ! ^^ ~ Betul betul ~

Breastfeeding releases happy hormones?

Well I wanna share some facts and info about breastfeeding. I studied about kids nutrition last night since my part in our group assignment for Healthy & Nutrition subject. It was really awesome to know the pro & con of this part; indeed I'll be a mother ~~soon~~ in future, IA.

Some working mothers are worried about her baby attachment since they only can feed the milk by bottle feeding but it's okay actually. The milk from you body is the biggest attachment to the baby just how you supply to them. Working mothers also can sen their baby to nearest child care center from their work place. Anything can be done,just plan smart for your family. so let's read some info about breastfeeding. ^^

A study claims breast-feeding releases happy hormones into mothers making them feel content that their babies needs have been met. Reuters reports:

"When a baby breast-feeds, it triggers a flood of the hormone oxytocin that releases milk from the mammary gland and a feeling of love and trust in the mother that ensures the baby's needs are met.

This reflex has long puzzled researchers because it requires large surges of oxytocin to pull off all of this. Using a special computer model, researchers from China, France, Italy, and the United Kingdom said on Thursday they now understand how it works. Their study, reported in the journal PLoS Computational Biology, suggests that breast feeding not only taps the normal brain cells involved in secreting oxytocin. It also recruits dendrites -- whose normal job is to create communication channels between brain cells -- into secreting the hormone."

Then I read some other info about breastfeeding too; from book of Nutrition for the Growing Years 2nd Edition : Margaret McWilliams. In this book stated that breastfeeding does not automatically effect a close psychological bond between all mothers and their infants. Some mothers may need to adjust to the total concept of motherhood more slowly and may find the adjustment easier if they are bottle feeding rather than breastfeeding their offspring. The greater freedom accorded mother who is bottle feeding may be crucial to the new mother's adjustment to her new role. In such case, breastfeeding & its confining schedule would only acccentuate the complications of her adjustment and would benefit neither mother nor child from the psychological viewpoint.

The desired closeness between mother and infant can be achived during bottle feedings too. A mother who always holds her baby when offering the bottle can develop a rewarding warm relationship with her infant.

Breastfeeding is natural and normal and gives our babies the best start. Breastfeeding makes a big difference to our baby’s health now and in the future. Allah (SWT) has commanded us to breastfeed. Allah is very pleasure towards a mother who breastfeed her baby

“We moved on, until we came upon women suspended upside-down from their Achilles’ tendons, snakes biting at their breast. I asked, “Who are they?” They replied, “These are the women who deny their children their milk.” [Ibn Khuzaymah, Ibn Hibban, al-Bayhaqi and others]

“We have enjoined upon the human being to treat his parents with kindness. His mother bore him with weakness upon weakness; and his weaning is in two years.” [31:14]

“Mothers may breastfeed their children two complete years for whoever wants to complete the nursing period. Upon the father is their (mothers’) provision and clothing according to what is reasonable. No person is charged with more than his capacity. No mother should be harmed through her child, nor should a father be. And upon the heir (of the father) is a similar obligation (if the father dies). And if they both (parents) desire weaning through mutual consent and consultation, there is no blame upon either of them. And if you wish to have your children breastfed by a substitute, there is no blame upon you as long as you give payment according to what is reasonable. And revere Allah and know that Allah is Seeing of what you do.”[2:233]

AND I WANNA SAY THAT I HEART MY MOM ! Because of her, I am who am I today, I got fully perfect education and needs in my life. Mak & ayah yang terbaik ! :)
