I have always been really weird about piercings and stuff unless from the normal ear piercing . The other day I was sitting in class and saw this chick with this bad ass piercing of course it wasn't anything to out there very simple but it looked so bad ass that i started to think gosh that is something that I would do and it looked so awesome. As I sat in my english class listening to the professor lecture, I couldn't stop staring at that cute ass Cartilage Earring and finally came to the conclusion that I was going to step out of my comfort zone and do it. Go figure I have ink but feel weird about a silly Piercing . I came home and goggled what I wanted omg I found this site that had the most adorable earnings now the problem is I cant decide which one to get and just like me I will probably end up getting lost in all the diffrent selections so far I narrowed it down to these 2 =] You know what you have just got to Love Google. Best part they have all kinds of jewelry and girls I love me some jewelry ! I always like to pass on great sites I come across so if you are a jewelry addict like me you will love this site also if you love piercing stuff they have it all and then some. Now I will be heading to the Mall this weekend to get my Top Ears Pierced that may not be to enjoyable . I am such a sissy oh well heres to my ear lobes sore for a couple days ! How I love city chic and their diverse range of style. I bought this dress awhile back, like I have mentioned in other post I have an obsession with buying, so things start finding there way pushed back in my closet and this dress was one of them. I love this dress and of course I styled it to represent a more Retro look. Do you think I pulled it off ?? I think so and forgive me I forgot what the name of this dress was,and its not on the site anymore so sorry guys. Yes yes I know it has been like forever since I have made an Outfit post well I thought it was about time I get back to blogging. As you can see here i took a summer dress i had in my closet and transformed it to work for me as a cute winter outfit. Living in California Iam able to do this i couldn't imagine getting away with this in some other parts of the world i would freeze my butt off . The most exciting part of the outfit would be the affordable boots i picked up at forever21+ for the amazing price of $35 and they are wide calf =] I should got the ones in black to but I just got the dark brown ones. Lord knows i have to many boots as it is.

My FAT Story !

Growing up my first issue with my weight was with my step dad who called me fat and made fun of me he use to tell me to say to my self oink oink Iam m a pig i was 7 years old he was very verbally abusive to me, and from there on out i always looked at myself as a fat little girl. I felt out of place. My mother was such the opposite of me she was very petite and skinny. I couldn't understand why i was fat and she was thin. Through out school I delt with the typical teasing from kids as many of us have. But I didn't want to feel that way I really hated myself at such a young age . I turned to rebelling in school and hanging with the wrong crowd i wanted to be accepted and was going to go to any lengths to have that acceptance. I got into trouble lots of it and no matter what I did i still felt ugly and unaccepted. This was the foundation for what was yet to come in my life learning this way of thinking an coping with my issues in such a negative way that only hurt myself more i made very bad choices as a young adult I party hard and got introduced to cocaine. I loved it . I loved the high but most of all i loved that it suppressed the hunger and I lost weight fast and looked and felt normal like every one else. I had guys all around me and i felt unstoppable untill the crash of my life came were i got addicted and it wasn't about loosing weight anymore it became an ugly part of my life and I hurt not only myself but many around me I lost myself in addiction i was more miserable and dark in my soul that i didn't even no how to get out nor did i even want to because in the back of my head i knew not only would i not be able to numb my pain I also feared being that " FAT" girl again . I struggled with this for a few years to one day I knew I had to come back to reality and get myself together I fought very very hard to find myself I got the treatment that i needed and found a new way of life and as i feared i gained lots of weight and as fast as i lost it is as fast as i gained it i really didn't feel i belong in my body. I went to lots of therapy for this and was able to get my self together emotionally and mentally . I then started to accept myself and little by little start to love myself . It has been a journey and i still struggle sometimes but i love and accept Crystal for who she is and I will never ever compromise myself ever ever again. I am now an addiction counselor who helps others with there struggles and one of the reasons i started my you tube channel and blog was so I had an avenue to deal with my body struggles I have grown so much I know we all have our own story's but i felt it was time i shared mine. I look in the mirror today and love me all 200+ of me . excuse my grammar when i blog my feelings that last thing i worry about is if my paragraph is structured right. I really enjoyed sharing a deeper part of myself with you readers because I really think its important to share our own experience strength and hope for the next person .

Matters of the heart

It really has been a struggle for me lately to blog i am really on some kind of crazy roller coaster ride with emotion some really personally i just rather not share. But what i can share is i have been in some kind of weird rut ever since I graduated in June. I'm sure im not the only one who goes through this when it comes to finishing school even though im not all the way done im done with part of it and working on a higer degree but gosh i feel like my life is not going were i want it to go and must admit i do miss my group of friends i spent the last 3 1/2 years with our study groups the support system we all had, some of us stay in contact and some have moved on with there life's. Along with all of that I have found a partner and although our relationship is still fairly new I have been spending a lot of my free time with him our schedules our both hectic so finding time is some times a challenge. I am very happy but I do not feel very accomplished right now and due to the economy I'm not working,and dedicating myself to being once again a full time student. I really i'm tired of sitting at home and want to work in the field I worked so hard to school for. I some times feel as if im losing my sense of self and the direction everything is going. Its been so bad I dont even get on blogger to get inspired by my other fellow bloggers I am in just a BLAH and want to get out of it already,finding the motivation is challenging right now if any of you can relate please leave me your thoughts and what you did to pick your self up. I am usually a go getter and very determine person but even with all those I still fill broken. That is just what has been going on with me these past months and finally I am able to vent and let them out.

Iam wearing the Animal with Floral Print Poplin Pocket Tube Dress i picked it up for the amazing price of $17.49 can you scream deal. I am always so delighted on how awesome the fit is and how it hugs my curves in all the right places I pared it up with a black pea coat and some cork black wedges that I got at Aldo. Graduation Update and Outfit with IGIGI

Yes its over with the long dedication I have put into the 3 year Direct Study Psychology Program has came to a bitter sweet end . Now my focus will be working on my bachelors I still have a a couple more years of schooling but the hard part is over at least I think lol . On to my outfit I wore the So Talented Dress in Purple by IGIGI for my graduation over all I'm happy with how it turned out just wish there was a little more stretch in the upper half especially around the arm area it fit but I wish a more stretchy fabric was used. The dress is Beautiful and felt great in it. The Bottom half of the dress was very figure flattering especially when at comes to certain areas of my bottom half other than that i was very pleased with this dress. I had an amazing day and now can enjoy a couple weeks off bbefore I start school again and prepare to take my State exam which I'm kinda nervous about .. Yeah you can say these OOTD got lost amongst the many pictures I take in my attempt to do more blog post but never get around to it with good intentions they end up just sitting there. Well I decided to just post them nothing really special about these outfits the very bottom picture is just casual Friday at work as you can see am wearing forever 21 + and on the Top Picture because of this weird California weather were I feel like its winter in the middle of may, am bundled up with jacket i never wore from the Avenue got this on Cyber Monday sale and it has been sitting in my closet so I put it to good use today ! May is getting crazy as the semester is coming to a end and finals are approaching not to mention the stress of graduation for me in June I will be completing my direct studies Psychology Program that is a 3 year program in itself and trying to maintain some kind of sanity at work.... I will be happy when June comes so I can have a whole month off from school until summer session begins. Yes I will be attending summer session am trying to finish up my math ..... DATING IS NOT EASY ! yes ladies that's exactly how I feel at this point and I almost feel that maybe its not even for me. I hate it and most of all I hate the wolf's disguised in sheep clothing......... If its not one thing its another and frankly am so over it. After the last guys I meet I dont think my Heart can handle anymore let downs. Oh Johnny you gave me a run for my money I must admit his game and bullshit sweetness was good and me being a fool and trying to allow myself to take a risk once again got let down. Talking to a few of my girlfriends am not at all surprised to see that am not the only one with MEN problems as am sure 1000 other women have the same dilemma. All i have to says is if you have someone your with and blessed enough to find love then I encourage you to be thankful for that person sometimes I feel as if Iam meant to be alone. Me as a women Iam complete I love myself and have lots going for me having a man is not needed To complete me,am already complete as the strong independent women I am but it would be nice to have someone to share life with lets just keep it real loneliness SUCKS ! So since I have no car right now which sucks but hey times are hard and I just cant afford to invest in money to fix the one I have let alone think about trying to buy a new one I guess I have no choice but to be okay with it it does limit the ability to go were you want but I do not let that stop me from having fun I just use the subways to get around and go places I have been hanging out in Hollywood a lot lately because its easy for me to get there the subway drops me right off on Hollywood BLVD I refuse to allow myself to get stuck @ home ! I go out a lot with friends but the way gas prices having been soaring to the sky even my friends with cars would rather take the train to get around its cheaper ,fast and you dont have to worry about traffic. I had a fun time yesterday had a few drink @ Maui and son bar and grill off of Hollywood and LasPalmas did a little shopping and enjoyed my day trying to get my mind off all the bullshit that has been going on when it comes to matters of the heart =X So enough rambling here is my OOTD Hope you guys are enjoying your weekend and can you believe we are already in MAY were does the time go?

I Hope you all had a wonderful Resurrection day for those who celebrate. I was lost in my closet and didn't know what to wear ,after about a hour trying different things I just decided to go with this dress I picked up from Jc Pennys. I had a great time today and for the recorder I am on food comma status. on to some details about the dress, I love the style but because I have been losing weight the dress fits a little big which makes me look larger than I would like so I might return it or sell it am not sure I just bought it and wore it for a few hours, I haven't decided but I know I wont be wearing it again kinda sucks If i exchange it I would rock the dress again because I love the style just not the fit.

Yesterday ,was such a beautiful day here in LA not to hot and not to cold a perfect day for a Maxi dress . I bought this awhile back from Yours Clothing when they were having a great sale. I was excited to pull it out of my closet and put it to good use. I love the draping on the front of this dress.
