1/2 sudu teh jintan halus&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 sudu teh jintan kasar&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 sudu teh ketumbar&lt;br /&gt;
10 batang cili kering ( rendam dahulu )&lt;br /&gt;
4 batang cili merah&lt;br /&gt;
5 batang cili padi ( tambah jika ingin pedas )&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

1/2 kg paru&lt;br /&gt;

Caranya&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Rebus paru sehingga masak, angkat dan toskan airnya&lt;br /&gt;
Paru dipotong dadu&lt;br /&gt;
Bersihkan hati ayam kemudian rendam dengan air panas dan garam selama 10 min&lt;br /&gt;
( utk menghilangkan hanyir )&lt;br /&gt;
Toskan airnya dan digoreng separa lembab&lt;br /&gt;
Panaskan minyak tumis bahan dikisar bersama serai dan daun kunyit sehingga garing&lt;br /&gt;
Bila garing masukkan hati dan paru.&lt;br /&gt;
Masukkan juga air&lt;br /&gt;
Masak sehingga kering&lt;br /&gt;
Masukkan kerisik, garam dan santan&lt;br /&gt;
Akhir sekali masukkan daun kunyit yg dihiris tadi&lt;br /&gt;
Matikan api dan sedia dihidang&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Jika ingin berkuah tidak perlu masak sehingga terlalu kering&lt;/div&gt;

Perab ayam bersama bahan diatas&lt;br /&gt;
Ketepikan selama 30 min&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Panaskan kuali ( lebih bagus guna non stick ) cairkan butter dan goreng ayam&lt;br /&gt;
Goreng sehingga kecoklatan sahaja tak perlu masak&lt;br /&gt;
Bila dah garing kedua belah, angkat dan ketepikan&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Guna kuali yg sama, tumiskan bawang dan bawang putih sehingga layu&lt;br /&gt;
Masukkan kentang dan carrot&lt;br /&gt;
Gaul rata, masukkan air dan kiub ayam, bay leaf dan garam&lt;br /&gt;
Biarkan ia reneh sebentar&lt;br /&gt;
Masukkan ayam dan masak sehingga empuk&lt;br /&gt;
Masukkan Worcestershire Sauce dan gaul lagi&lt;br /&gt;
Biarkan ia sebati&lt;br /&gt;
Akhir sekali masukkan bancuhan air tepung gandum&lt;br /&gt;
** Seandainya and ingin berkuah tidak perlu letak terlalu byk tepung gandum&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Angkat dan sejukkan dulu&lt;br /&gt;
Bila dah sejuk, transfer ke loyang pembakar dan bakar ia selama 15min&lt;br /&gt;
Kalau tak nak boleh dimakan begitu sahaja&lt;br /&gt;
Enak dimakan bersama Garlic Bread&lt;br /&gt;

Panaskan sedikit butter, tumis bawang besar beserta bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;

Masukkan cendawan ( kalau nak tambah hirisan hotdog, masukkan sekali )&lt;br /&gt;

Angkat dan ketepikan&lt;br /&gt;
Gunakan sedikit minyak dr ayam digoreng tadi dan letak minyak bijan&lt;br /&gt;
Tumiskan bawang besar, bawang putih dan halia&lt;br /&gt;
Tumis sehingga sedikit layu&lt;br /&gt;
Masukkan kiub ayam, capsicum, jagung dan ayam tadi&lt;br /&gt;
Gaul rata&lt;br /&gt;

Panaskan minyak kemudian tumis bahan kisar sehingga garing dan terbit minyak&lt;br /&gt;
Bila dah garing masukkan air asam&lt;br /&gt;
Biarkan ia mendidih kemudian masukkan terung yang telah dipotong&lt;br /&gt;
Biarkan ia sehingga empuk&lt;br /&gt;
Masukkan garam dan perasa jika perlu&lt;br /&gt;
Masukkan ikan dan daun kesum&lt;br /&gt;
Biarkan ia reneh sehingga masak&lt;br /&gt;
Matikan api dan sedia dihidang&lt;br /&gt;

Caranya&lt;br /&gt;

Ikan patin dicuci bersih&lt;br /&gt;
Kikis sedikit lendir dari badan ikan&lt;br /&gt;
Bancuhkan dua sudu tepung gandum bersama air ( pekat sedikit )&lt;br /&gt;
Masukkan ikan dan gaul rata.&lt;br /&gt;
Masukkan juga asam jawa dalam segenggam&lt;br /&gt;
Ianya bagi menghilangkan bau hanyir ikan&lt;br /&gt;
Biarkan dalam 15 min kemudian dicuci bersih&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Perabkan ikan dengan 1 sudu besar tempoyak dan ketepikan&lt;br /&gt;
Satukan bahan bahan yang telah ditumbuk lumat dan separa halus bersama&lt;br /&gt;
bunga kantan dan tempoyak&lt;br /&gt;
Letak air secukupnya utk dijadikan kuah&lt;br /&gt;
Masak sehingga bunga kantan empuk dan sedikit pekat&lt;br /&gt;
Masukkan daun kesum biarkan ia reneh sebentar&lt;br /&gt;
Masukkan gram&lt;br /&gt;
Akhir sekali masukkan ikan. jangan masak terlalu lama kerana isi ikan lembut&lt;br /&gt;
Matikan api dan sedia dihidang&lt;br /&gt;

1 biji bawang besar ( hiris )&lt;br /&gt;
1 sudu besar sos tiram&lt;br /&gt;
4 sudu besar kicap lemak masin&lt;br /&gt;
( saya guna kicap kipas udang botol warna hijau )&lt;br /&gt;
2 sudu besar serbuk lada hitam&lt;br /&gt;
( lebihkan jika ingin pedas )&lt;br /&gt;
Air secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;
Cili Padi ( jika mahu )&lt;br /&gt;

Goreng bawang besar dan kentang separa masak&lt;br /&gt;
Angkat dan ketepikan&lt;br /&gt;
Tumis bahan kisar sehingga naik bau, masukkan serbuk lada hitam&lt;br /&gt;
Gaul rata&lt;br /&gt;
Masukkan daging yg telah dihiris bersama sos tiram dan kicap&lt;br /&gt;
Gaul rata&lt;br /&gt;
Masukkan air secukupnya dan masak sehingga daging empuk&lt;br /&gt;
Bila air tinggal suku ( daging dah nak dekat empuk )&lt;br /&gt;
masukkan kentang dan bawang tadi&lt;br /&gt;
Biarkan ia empuk bersama daging tadi&lt;br /&gt;
Jika anda ingin berkuah boleh matikan api bila kentang empuk&lt;br /&gt;
atau boleh masak sehingga sedikit kering&lt;br /&gt;
Sedia dihidang&lt;br /&gt;
