Rihanna opened up to Diane Sawyer about the night Chris Brown beat her and MTV gave Brown the opportunity to respond. The 20-year-old sat down with MTV for an interview on Monday and he didn't go into detail about the attack, but Brown said he hopes young people will be able to learn for his mistakes. "Get somebody that can tell you to handle your situations or talk to you about how to go about it." On "20/20," Rihanna told Sawyer about the attack and how Brown had "no soul in his eyes." The singer also said she watched Brown's apology video online and it looked like he was reading from a teleprompter.

Susan Boyle to Perform on 'Dancing with the Stars'

"Britain's Got Talent" finalist Susan Boyle will sing on an upcoming episode of "Dancing with the Stars." The Scottish songbird will tape her performance in L.A. early next week. It's likely Boyle, 48, will perform a song her upcoming album, "I Dreamed A Dream" -- in stores Nov. 24. In July, "Britain's Got Talent" judge Simon Cowell dished to "Extra" about Boyle's debut album. "We're not going to throw out some souvenir album of show tunes. We went through about 350 to 400 songs to choose from. She was blown away by some of the song choices and she's going to surprise a lot of people with this record," Cowell touted. Boyle made her US television debut on the finale of "America's Got Talent" in September.

A Los Angeles judge wants the Grammy winner to testify against Karen McNeil in order to make a temporary restraining order permanent. Timberlake hasn't submitted a declaration about McNeil, who claims she's a longtime friend. The Jackson brothers' reality show has an air date, A&E announced Friday. "The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty," will air Dec. 13 and focus on Michael's brothers Jackie, Jermaine, Tito and Marlon, as they reunite for a concert tour. It will also show them grieving after their brother's death of an apparent drug overdose last June. The network has not confirmed if any of Jackson's three children, Prince, 13, Paris, 12 or Blanket, 7, will appear in the six one-hour episodes.

Usher's Divorce Officially Finalized

Usher's divorce from Tameka Raymond was finalized Wednesday in Atlanta, a Fulton County Court spokesperson confirms to the Associated Press. Usher, 31, filed for divorce from Foster on June 12. According to court papers, he claimed there was "no reasonable hope of reconciliation" and that the marriage was "irretrievably broken." Lawyers for the two declined to comment to the AP Friday. They are parents to two young sons Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely Raymond. Usher was seeking joint custody. The couple wed near Atlanta in August 2007 in front of 200 people.

John Cusack Reflects on 'Say Anything'

A 20th anniversary DVD was released on Nov. 3. "It's nice to be talking about something that you did 20 years ago," he told "Extra" at the junket for his new action flick, "2012," out Nov. 13. Continues Cusack, "I just remember it being a cool time in my life and the stars sort of aligning with the director [Cameron Crowe]." "Extra" also sat down with Cusack's "2012" co-star Amanda Peet, who said she finds it easier to play a mom -- now that she has a two-year-old daughter, Frances. Or maybe acting is easier "just cause I'm old," she jokes. One thing that wasn't easy for Peet: shooting "2012's" special effects in front of a green screen. "I suck," she quips. Handler joked that Odom was "emotional" while Khloe "texted" at the event. So far, married life "is beautiful," said Odom, who is currently house hunting with his bride. Khloe says that Seacrest, who produces "Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami" and "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," wants the newlyweds to have their own reality show. "Ryan has been talking to us about it," Khloe said. "Right now we have so much going on. We have to get through the holidays."
