Presley Gerber opened up on Instagram about trying an Ibogaine Flood Dose months before he died.

The psychedelic treatment is often used to help with drug addiction, and Presley’s issues with substance abuse were well known.

Gerber passed away at a rehab facility on Sunday at just 27, and police are investigating his death as a possible overdose.

In March, Presley posted a video of himself standing in the grass as a woman walks around him as if performing a ritual.

He wrote, “Pre Ibogaine Flood Dose - quiet moment before everything changed.”

Presley confessed, “I was absolutely terrified, and I knew I would be again if I ever had to face something like this (helps to not go into the situations you do that get ya there but that’s life sometimes.)”

He said his mantras were “love yourself and lis gotta be the last time for this reason.”

The center adds, “The experience is often described as being in a ‘waking dream.’ At first users experience visual and sensory distortions. Afterward, they report going through a period of reflection and having residual effects including heightened awareness, mild stimulation, and disturbed sleep for up to seventy-two hours. In high doses, ibogaine can induce intense hallucinations.”

The descriptions also says, “Ibogaine’s potential to interrupt drug addiction was first recognized in 1962 by Howard Lotsof. Since then, numerous studies have shown that ibogaine can help treat heroin, cocaine, and opioid withdrawal and addiction.”

Princess Diana’s brother Charles Spencer is coming for her ex-husband King Charles, speaking out in a press blitz for his new book “Swan Song: Diana My Sister.”

Spencer claimed Charles sounded “giddy” on the phone after Diana’s death, telling People magazine, “I’d known Diana had died for a few hours, and I was sort of rushing around the house... Spencer then recalled a call with King Charles regarding Diana’s funeral and whether Prince William and Prince Harry should walk behind their mother’s casket.

He said Charles called and said, “I gather you’ve got a problem with the funeral.”

Spencer went on, “And I was thinking, ‘Not really.’ And I said, ‘No, I think it’s all going okay.’ Then he said, ‘But you don’t want William and Harry to walk behind the coffin?’ And I said, ‘But of course not, sir. Diana wouldn’t have wanted it.’ And then he said, ‘Well, I walked behind [my uncle] Lord Mountbatten’s coffin.’ And I said, ‘Yes, but you were 30 and he wasn’t your mother.’ Well, then he went nuts, really, and so had a good rant, and I just held the phone like that and let it go on…”

The 62-year-old continued, “Then he stopped, and then I thought, ‘Oh, he’s going to pull himself together.’ And then he said, ‘We’ll forget her soon enough.’ And I found that really astonishing and so awful, and I just said to him, ‘I cannot believe you said that,’ and hung up on him.”

King Charles previously responded to similar excerpts from the book with the statement, “While we do not comment on books as a matter of principle, His Majesty is mindful that the pain of fraternal grief can cloud reason, affect judgment and colour memory in ways others do not recognise, even many years after such a loss.”

In an interview with “Good Morning America,” Spencer reacted, saying, “Well, it’s not every day you’re gaslit by a king.”

He added, “I was really upset with that because I thought it was very, not only condescending, but not straight. What I said is straight and true. And what did they come back with? That. It doesn't say he didn't say it either. That's what I found interesting. I was really shocked, actually.”

The Santa Monica Police Department is investigating Presley Gerber’s death as a suspected overdose.

The SMPD have released a statement to “Extra” that reads, “On September 20, 2026, at approximately 9:35 a.m., Santa Monica Police Department officers responded to a report of a possible overdose in the 1000 block of Berkeley Street. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male who was deceased.”

The statement continues, “The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner has identified the individual as Presley Gerber, 27.”

The department confirmed, “SMPD detectives are investigating the death as a suspected overdose. At this time, there is no indication of foul play. The official cause and manner of death will be determined by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.”

Carrot Top, 61, is recovering after an alleged suicide attempt on Friday in Las Vegas.

His rep Jami Schlicher shared an update on the comedian, real name Scott Thompson, with Page Six.

“Scott remains hospitalized and under close medical care,” Schlicher said. “He is now awake, breathing on his own and continuing to improve, surrounded by his family and those closest to him.”

“Humor has always been such an important part of who Scott is and how he connects with people, and that remains true today as he shares moments of humor with the medical staff caring for him.

In a court filing from early September, Carrot Top’s team claimed Evans asked for $500,000 in exchange for not submitting the video to a court's legal docket, where it would become public record.

Evans told TMZ, “I never threatened — ever — to post any video anywhere in exchange for a settlement… The video they are discussing — as I made very clear — was deleted a long time ago in accordance with the prior settlement.”

He insisted, “It’s not my fault… that Scott did what he did. We don’t even actually know what he did. He survived and I am glad about that. Scott is still young and has a big life ahead of him. It’s not my intent to bring this guy down. It’s the opposite.”

Presley Gerber, the 27-year-old son of supermodel Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber, and the brother of actress and model Kaia Gerber, died Sunday.

In January 2019, he was arrested on a DUI, which led to his being sentenced to serving three years of probation and completing a DUI program as well as participating in community service.

At the end of 2025, Presley spoke candidly about his struggles in an Instagram video that has since been pulled.

In that video, Presley admitted he was taking buprenorphine, Xanax, and valium for panic attacks, saying, “The benzos have been fluctuating up and down depending on what‘s been going on in my life. Unfortunately, I‘ve had a lot of loss in many different forms recently, so that is not an excuse, but it‘s the reason why I am where I‘m at now.”

According him at the time, he opted for Xanax “when the panic attacks are really, really bad” and was taking Valium “a little bit in the morning.”

He added, “I don’t know if it's a little bit or a lot, who f**king knows at this point anymore.”

Gerber admitted “it’s kind of scary” with the medications, explaining, “The things that scare me are the things you need to take… If you don't take them, something not good happens. And there‘s a spectrum there on how intense the withdrawal from certain medications is.”

Presley also shared that he had been sober from alcohol for a several months at that time.

Gerber, a former model in his own right, expressed a desire to surround himself with people who would be “good influences on me,” adding, “As I‘ve grown up in Hollywood, there’s a lot of people around me that I love to death, but right now I try not to be around them.”

Presley hoped that people would relate to his raw video, saying, “So, you feel like you’re not alone, because that is how I feel most of the time and I have a feeling that if I say all of this, a lot of people will at least know that there's someone else going through it. And the second thing is, hopefully I find some people out here and are willing to help or know someone that can help.”

Hayden Panettiere was remembered warmly at a special memorial event Saturday in Malibu — but the event did not include three noteworthy names.

People magazine reports the actress’s estranged mom Lesley Vogel was not at the service, nor were her boyfriend Brian Hickerson or his brother Zach Hickerson, both of whom were with her when she died August 16 of an apparent fentanyl overdose.

According to TMZ, Lesley claimed she was invited to the event but could not attend due to a last-minute family emergency.

Hayden’s dad Skip Panettiere was invited and did attend.

Celebs who made the cut included her “Nashville” co-stars Connie Britton, Jonathan Jackson and Sam Palladio; Ruby Rose, Evan Ross, Beverly D’Angelo, Storm Santos, Caroline D’Amore, Cameron Richardson and Paris Hilton.

Britton gave a speech, as did actor Charles Esten, who also sang a song from “Nashville.”

TMZ reports the 150 or so guests witnessed a majestic dove release at the outdoor portion of the ceremony.

Days ago, it was TMZ that reported Panettiere reportedly died afer taking just one fentanyl-laced oxycodone pill.

Chad Gilbert of New Found Glory Dies at 45 Following Cancer Battle

New Found Glory’s Chad Gilbert died Sunday at 45, just a few months after making a return to the stage following cancer surgery.

Gilbert’s wife and bandmates confirmed his death in a statement that read, “On the morning of September 20th, Chad Everett Gilbert passed away peacefully in his sleep. He left this world surrounded by friends and family and took his final breaths with his wife and mother by his side, just as he wished.”

It went on, “We are devastated and shocked by how quickly he left us, yet so grateful for how peacefully and smoothly he went. The amount of visitors that crowded the hospital lobby at a moment’s notice is a testament to how beloved and cherished Chad was, and always will be.He was a legendary musician, but his favorite accomplishment was being a husband and father. His biggest dreams came true.”

New Found Glory has released 14 studio albums, among them the 2002 smash “Sticks and Stones,” which was certified platinum.

His bandmates — Jordan Punkik, Ian Grushka and Cyrus Bolooki — said of his work with them, “Chad’s guitar playing, songwriting, humor, and relentless drive helped shape New Found Glory for nearly three decades. Through more than a dozen albums, endless tours around the world, and more accolades than we ever could have imagined, Chad challenged all of us to grow as musicians, performers, and human beings.”

“While we are devastated to lose him,” the added, “we are so grateful for the incredible life he lived, the memories we shared, and the brotherhood we had. Gilbert was diagnosed with adrenal cancer in 2021, and had been documenting his journey with the disease on social media.

In February, he endured emergency brain surgery when he collapsed at his home. At that time, he was diagnosed with adrenocortical carcinoma, a far more grave condition. Still, he returned to the stage June 8 in Nashville, playing guitar from a mobility scooter.

He wrote on Instagram at the time, “I got to play a show in front of my daughter, something I truly never thought I’d get to do again.”

Gilbert is survived by his wife, his daughter, his mom, and his brother.

A source told People magazine that Rose’s name was inspired by “La Vie en Rose,” the timeless classic that Gaga covered in her hit movie “A Star Is Born.”

According to the insider, Rose’s middle name likely came about from activist Carl Bean, whose 1977 cover of the queer anthem “I Was Born This Way” directly inspired Gaga’s song “Born This Way.”

Comedian Carrot Top remained hospitalized Saturday after a suicide attempt, TMZ reports.

The outlet reports the flame-haired comic, 61, attempted suicide in Las Vegas Friday, resulting in the cancellation of his Friday and Saturday shows.

His representative Jami Schlicher told TMZ, “[Carrot Top] is recovering in the hospital and is receiving the care and support he needs. His family and those closest to him are deeply grateful for the concern, prayers and respectfully ask for privacy.”

Working as a comic for more than 40 years, Carrot Top has the longest-running comedy residency in Las Vegas.

Hayden Panettiere Memorial Details Revealed

A month after Hayden Panettiere’s sudden passing at 36, a celebration of life will reportedly be held this weekend.

TMZ reports her close friends and family will gather at a church in Malibu to say their final goodbyes to the “Nashville” actress.

According to the outlet, around 150 people will be attending the memorial, including her father Skip Panettiere.

Sources told TMZ that Hayden’s estranged mom Lesley Vogel was not invited. Hayden’s boyfriend Brian Hickerson reportedly didn’t make the list either.

In August, Panettiere died at an apartment in Greenville, South Carolina.

Dispatch audio previously obtained by “Extra” revealed operators spoke of someone in “cardiac arrest” and mentioned “overdose” and “CPR in progress.”

TMZ also reported that Narcan was found at the apartment where Hayden was staying.

According to the Greenville Police Department’s report obtained by “Extra,” Brian and his brother Zach Hickerson were at the scene when the actress died.

While speaking to police, Brian showed them “a bag of medication” that Hayden was allegedly taking.

The names of the medications were redacted in the report, but nine were listed.

Sources told the outlet that the DEA is working alongside the existing investigations by the Greenville Police Department and Greenville County Coroner’s Office.

An autopsy was performed and a cause of death is pending.

Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi Reveals She’s ‘Cancer-Free’ After Hysterectomy

In February, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi revealed her cervical cancer diagnosis.

Seven months later, Snooki has some good news to share… she’s “cancer-free.”

The news comes a little over a month after Polizzi underwent a hysterectomy.

She told People magazine, “As of right now, I am cancer-free. They got everything out. So, I’m definitely happy that I did it.”

“I avoided getting my pap smear for a long time,” Nicole admitted. “And once I finally went to the doctors, I feel like it’s just been week after week of doing a procedure, then another procedure, and then a hysterectomy. So, it’s been a journey and a long road, but I’m happy that I’m on the other side of it and everything is going good.”

Snooki is on the road to recovery and taking one day at a time.

She shared, “I’m trying to listen to my body and give my body grace and not go crazy. There’s days where I do too much and then I just feel exhausted and I start getting pains. But other than that, I’m finally starting to feel better. I feel like I’m almost getting back to myself.”

While the cancer could return, Snooki is taking preventive measures and will undergo routine pap smears every three months from here on out.

Nicole’s outlook on her health has changed since her diagnosis.

She explained, “Getting a cancer diagnosis is very terrifying and scary. So, I just want my body to be as healthy as it can be. I feel like I’m eating better, working out, obviously staying on top of my appointments. I’m just not avoiding anything and just trying to be the best version of myself.”

According to Nicole, she felt “so alone” when she was diagnosed.

She recalled, "I had no idea what was gonna happen. I didn’t know anybody going through cervical cancer. So [speaking out] makes me feel like I’m giving a platform to women dealing with the same things that I did. Just a safe place for us women to talk.”

“Looking at all the comments and everyone’s saying, ‘Oh my God, you’re helping me so much.’ Like, people that got hysterectomies, we call each other ‘hyster sisters.’ I think it’s so cute that we can all just be there for each other,” Polizzi went on. “It just makes it less scary because we’re not the only ones going through it. I needed something like that while I was going through it.”

Snooki is using her public platform to partner with F Cancer, agreeing to host the nonprofit organization’s milestone 100^th event on September 23 in Los Angeles.

She said, “I’m really excited and I’m honored to host. I’m honored to go and, you know, just F cancer.”

“I feel like this is all so new to me,” Polizzi continued. “And there’s obviously way more crazier stories that people go through and so many different types of cancer and how it affects everyone. So, I’m excited to see the community and just hear people’s stories. That’s something that I haven’t really done yet so I’m excited.”

Lebo M Is Still Carrying the Legacy of ‘The Lion King’ Back to the World Stage

Before millions of moviegoers ever saw the sun rise over Pride Rock, they heard Lebo M.

The Grammy award-winning South African composer’s voice helped make “The Lion King’s” opening chant one of the most recognizable musical moments in film history!

Decades later, as he prepares to reunite with Hans Zimmer for the “Hans Zimmer Live — The Next Level” tour across Asia and Australia, Lebo is still thinking about what that sound carries with it.

Lebo shared, “I grew up understanding that music was never just entertainment. It was memory, history, and a way for people to hold onto who they are.”

Born in Soweto in 1964, Lebo came of age under apartheid, where songs could become a form of identity, resistance, and cultural memory. Those early experiences shaped a career that would eventually bring African language, rhythm and storytelling to some of the biggest stages in the world.

His creative partnership with Zimmer began on the 1992 film “The Power of One” and continued with “The Lion King,”

where Lebo’s vocals and compositions became central to the Disney classic’s emotional force.

“A few years after the film came out, I remember standing in the wings during an early performance of the Broadway production,” he recalled. “As soon as the opening chant began, the audience lit up. People were mouthing the words before the story had even started.”

That connection has been meaningful to Lebo, but it has also made him protective of the history behind the music. His recently dismissed lawsuit against comedian Learnmore Jonasi over the “Circle of Life” chant became a public flashpoint, raising questions about who gets to use culturally significant work and how much context should travel with it.

“I have seen firsthand how easily the meaning behind cultural traditions can be misunderstood,” Lebo noted. “I reached a point where I had to decide whether I was willing to stand up for something that shaped me long before it became known around the world.”

Lebo voluntarily dropped the case, which he said was never only about a legal outcome. The dispute was also misreported in some places as a $20 million judgment against him, rather than a voluntary withdrawal. An upcoming ruling on attorney fees is expected to bring the matter back into public view.

“Public understanding depends on accurate information,” Lebo said. “Accuracy helps people engage with the broader conversation from a shared understanding of the facts.”

Beginning September 16 in Yokohama, Japan, Lebo will return to global audiences as a special guest on Zimmer’s tour, with dates across Taipei, Singapore, Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney.

“Music has given me the opportunity to share a part of my culture with audiences around the world,” he emphasized, “and I’ve always been grateful for that privilege.”
