FBI Analyzing DNA from Nancy Guthrie’s Home with Advanced Technology

Savannah Guthrie’s mom Nancy Guthrie has been missing since February, but is the FBI inching closer to solving the case?

Sources told ABC that the FBI is investigating DNA evidence from Nancy’s home, which they believe could advance the case.

According to sources, the FBI is using advanced technology to analyze the DNA sample, which could help identify the kidnapping suspect.

An FBI official said, “There is no new DNA evidence in the Nancy Guthrie case. The FBI requested this material over two months ago. The Pima County Sheriff’s Office sent it to a private lab in Florida. Eleven weeks later, that lab has now transferred an original hair sample to the FBI laboratory for testing. We remain fully committed to this investigation.”

A month ago, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department noted that the DNA found in the home was “mixed,” meaning it included genetic material from more than one person.

Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos explained, “We listen to our lab, and our lab tells us that there’s challenges with it.” He said it could take “weeks, months, or maybe a year” to get the results.

The “Today” show spoke with Arizona State University forensic science professor April Stonehouse, who is an expert in mixed DNA, to find out more. Stonehouse is not involved in Nancy’s investigation.

What types of challenges might the lab be facing? Stonehouse said, “I think that means that there are potentially items of evidence that maybe don’t have a lot of DNA on them to begin with.”

She added that it could also mean that the mixture is mostly DNA from just one person.

“Let’s say 90 percent of the DNA comes from the victim and only 10 percent is from the suspect,” she said. “What they can potentially do is go back and rerun that sample and add more DNA hoping to bring up the signal from the suspect’s profile.”

Bozoma Saint John Teases ‘RHOBH’ Reunion Clash with Amanda Frances (Exclusive)

Bozoma Saint John is dishing on the Season 15 finale of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and the upcoming reunion, which we just got a first look at in an explosive trailer!

Boz teased her reunion clash with Amanda Frances, who made allegations about Boz’s business accomplishments.

She said, "I think that she has certainly a position about what she does and how she does it. I don’t necessarily agree, but, you know, it is what it is and what I don’t appreciate is when you know it’s made to seem as if my accomplishments, of which there are many, are not there. I just think that’s disrespectful.”

With no regrets, Saint John noted, “I had to say that and get it off my chest.”

Saint John also teased the season finale, saying, “I think the good news is everyone gets out what they want to say… As long as you’re able to present what it is that you feel is the truth, then you should be happy. I think everybody walked away happy with what they did and what they said.”

Overall, Bozoma called it a “transformative season,” explaining, “So many of the women are going through difficult stages in their lives. I think everybody is moving into a new level… There’s a lot happening for all of us.”

Saint John also shared her take on the drama between Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley, whose tension was part of the new trailer for the reunion!

While Kyle and Dorit have had a long friendship, Bozoma wasn’t surprised that Kyle didn’t show up to the book party.

Saint John noted, “It was a pretty tough time in Italy. I think our final dinner was so explosive that I don’t know that it’s easy to sort of put it in the back burner and then show up.”

Would Bozoma want to be back for another season?

Acknowledging her upcoming wedding and her daughter Lael getting ready for her last year of high school, she answered, “We have a lot of big things in the very near future, so let’s see.

Bozoma also dished on wedding plans with Keely Watson after we saw them get engaged on the show.

She shared, "I’ve got two weddings. They are three months apart, so I’m treating this like any other like project that I’ve ever worked on. There are spreadsheets, there’s status meetings, there’s delegated responsibilities, and everybody’s moving in the same direction.”

Bozoma and Keely will tie the knot in a “traditional Ghanaian ceremony” and an “American ceremony in Beverly Hills.”

Saint John played coy on which “RHOBH” castmates are invited, saying, “We’ll see who will be there."

“RHOBH” airs Thursday nights on Bravo.

Derek Hough’s Video Dance Diary with the Savannah Bananas (Exclusive)

“Extra’s” Derek Hough, his wife Hayley, and some of the dancers from his tour recently brought their talents to the Savannah Bananas game at Angels Stadium in Anaheim.

The Savannah Bananas are the baseball players turned acrobats known for playing wild and wacky Banana Ball!

Derek took us behind the scenes with a video diary as he gave Jimmy Kimmel’s sidekick Guillermo a dance lesson before the game, watched some batting practice, and rehearsed.

That was before Hough took the field with the dancers and hit it out of the park.

Derek also caught up with Savannah Bananas founder and owner Jesse Cole, who built the six teams, which sell out stadiums all over the place and grew the business into a half-billion-dollar phenomenon.

Cole shared, "Every night's a brand-new show. So, every night we're doing 10, 15, even some nights 20 brand-new things. And then the next day we do it again. And that's what keeps it fun and exciting, keeps it fresh for the fans."

“Top Gun 3” is officially happening!

Tom Cruise is returning for the third installment of the franchise with producer Jerry Bruckheimer, Paramount film co-head Josh Greenstein announced during CinemaCon in Las Vegas.

A director was not named.

A script is currently being worked on by “Maverick” co-writer Ehren Kruger.

“Top Gun: Maverick” grossed $1.5 billion during the COVID pandemic.

“Top Gun: Maverick” starred Cruise, Miles Teller, Glen Powell, Jay Ellis, and the late Val Kilmer.

In 2023, “Extra” spoke with Glen about the possibility of a “Top Gun 3.”

He said, “I talk to Tom all the time, but we don't talk about ‘Top Gun 2.’ He and Jerry [Bruckheimer], if they want to make ‘Top Gun 2’ — or ‘3,’ technically — he has my number.”

Prince Harry Was ‘Against’ Royal Role as a Kid: ‘It Killed My Mum’

Prince Harry just revealed he didn’t want to be a royal after the death of his mother Princess Diana.

Diana died in a horrific car crash in 1997 alongside her boyfriend Dodi Fayed and their driver as they tried to flee from paparazzi in Paris.

Harry, who is on an unofficial royal tour of Australia, was the keynote speaker at InterEdge Summit at the CENTREPIECE venue at Melbourne Park on Thursday, where he spoke about grief and loss.

According to PA Media, he said, “In my experience, loss is disorienting at any age. Grief does not disappear because we ignore it. Experiencing that as a kid while in a goldfish bowl under constant surveillance, yes, that will have its challenges. And without purpose, it can break you."

"There have been many times when I’ve felt overwhelmed," Harry confessed. "Times when I’ve felt lost, betrayed, or completely powerless. Times when the pressure — externally and internally — felt constant. And times when, despite everything going on, I still had to show up pretending everything was okay, so as not to let anyone down."

The Prince added, “For many years I was numb to it, and perhaps that was easier then, but I also didn’t yet have the tools to deal with it.”

Harry said the army helped him, explaining, "It was during my time in the army that I began to understand something more clearly. In the military, you quickly learn that resilience is not about pushing everything down, it's about building the capacity to deal with what comes up. Discovering a potential within that you never knew you had."

After his speech, he spoke with Australian business leader Brendan Nelson and opened up further about losing his mom.

Harry recalled she "died just before my 13th birthday,” saying that afterward, he didn’t even want to be a royal.

"I was like, ‘I don’t want this job. I don’t want this role — wherever this is headed, I don’t like it,' " Harry said. “It killed my mum and I was very much against it, and I stuck my head in the sand for years and years. Eventually I realized, ‘Well, hang on, if there was somebody else in this position, how would they be making the most of this platform and this ability and the resources that come with it to make a difference in the world?'"

Harry added, “And also, ‘What would my mum want me to do?' And that really changed my own perspective.”

Harry has not only lost his mom, but is also in the midst of a royal rift with his father King Charles and brother Prince William.

Ariana Grande is meeting the parents in the new “Focker-in-Law” trailer!

This November, comedy icon and Emmy winner Ben Stiller and two-time Oscar winner Robert De Niro reunite, joined by Grammy winner and Oscar nominee Ariana Grande, in "Focker-In-Law,” a new chapter in the blockbuster “Meet the Parents" franchise.

In the trailer, the audience is introduced to Olivia (Grande), who is dating Henry (Skyler Gisondo), the son of Greg Focker (Stiller).

The trailer begins with Olivia taking a lie detector test administered by Henry’s grandpa (De Niro), who approves of her.

When Greg asks Olivia is she thinks he holds Henry “emotionally hostage,” she replies while still taking the test, "I mean, yeah, you call him ‘Wee Wee.’"

Greg isn’t so sure of the FBI hostage negotiator, even if the rest of the family likes her.

In the trailer, she tells Greg that she specializes in "strategic emotional puppetry” at a family dinner, saying, "That's how I'm gonna free Henry from you."

Olivia’s comments cause Greg to choke. When Olivia gives Greg the Heimlich maneuver, his food ends up flying into Jack’s mouth!

The rest of the trailer has Olivia and Greg going to head-to-head after Henry expresses his desire to propose to her.

At the end of the trailer, Ben admits to Olivia that he can’t bond with her, calling her an "emotional puppeteer” and saying, “I won’t be your little Pinocchio."

Ben and Rob debuted the trailer at CinemaCon on Thursday.

When Ben told the crowd that he was "the new sort of De Niro of the franchise,” Robert commented, "Don't say that. It's very disrespectful.”

De Niro quipped, "If anything, Ari's the new De Niro — I didn't write that either — ‘Wicked' gave me 'Deer Hunter' vibes."

“Focker-in-Law” hits theaters November 25.

Victoria Beckham Breaks Silence on Family Feud with Son Brooklyn

Victoria Beckham is speaking out about the ongoing family feud with her son Brooklyn.

Brooklyn unleashed on his dad David Beckham and mom Victoria in a series of Instagram Stories in January, making it clear: “I do not want to reconcile with my family.”

In a new profile piece, a reporter for The Wall Street Journal asked about the rift.

Victoria did not use Brooklyn’s name, but did say, “I think that we’ve always — we love our children so much. We’ve always tried to be the best parents that we can be.”

The Spice Girls singer continued, “And, you know, we’ve been in the public eye for more than 30 years right now, and all we’ve ever tried to do is protect our children and love our children. And, you know, that’s all I really want to say about it.”

She insisted they are “trying to do the best we can,” while reflecting on having adult children.

“Being a parent of young adult children and adult children, gosh, I mean, it’s very different from having little children,” Beckham said.

David and Victoria are the parents of Brooklyn, 27, Romeo, 23, Cruz, 21, and Harper, 14.

Brooklyn didn’t hold back in his series of Stories back in January, accusing his parents of everything from controlling his life to ruining his wedding to Nicola Peltz in 2022.

Meghan Markle Calls Herself the ‘Most Trolled Person in the Entire World’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are speaking out on mental health during their unofficial royal tour in Australia.

People magazine reports the couple visited the youth mental health charity batyr at Swinburne University of Technology on Thursday.

Citing PA Media, People reports, Harry praised Australia for its recent ban on social media for children under 16.

The Prince said, "Australia took the lead. Your government was the first country in the world to bring about a ban. Now we can sit here and debate the pros and cons of a ban — I’m not here to judge that. All I will say is from a responsibility and leadership standpoint — epic. Because so many countries have now followed suit, but it should have never got to a ban.”

Meghan reportedly shared her experience with online attacks, saying, “For now, 10 years, every day for 10 years, I have been bullied and attacked. And I was the most trolled person in the entire world. Now, I’m still here."

She went on, “And when I think of all of you and what you’re experiencing, I think so much of that is having to realize that you know that industry, that billion-dollar industry, that is completely anchored and predicated on cruelty to get clicks — that’s not going to change. So you have to be stronger than that.”

Harry claimed social media has “led to so much loneliness for so many people,” and encouraged others to seek therapy if they needed it.

“I waited until I was literally in the fetal position, much older, lying on the kitchen floor," Harry said. “Until I was like, ‘Okay, maybe this therapy thing — maybe I should try it.'”

In the show, Kate plays Isla Gordon, a former party girl who is now the president of the pro basketball team the Los Angeles Waves.

What’s ahead this season? She teased “we have a new coach” and there are “lots of love situations happening."

Isla’s brother Cam (Justin Theroux) is also back, and she revealed, “My brother Cam kind of puts Isla on her toes… and makes Isla sort of doubt herself a bit. And then a lot of just insane humor and funny sibling dynamics."

Kate also dished on getting to do a cheerleading dance number and said of her 7-year-old daughter, “Rani's already seen it… She likes seeing Mom dance.”

Hudson confessed, "I was nervous. I haven't danced in a while but it was just a blast.”

Rani loves dancing, too!

"She's like really serious about dancing. She's in, like, a real Ryan Heffington stage where she's obsessed with all of his crazy choreography. So, she just runs around the house doing all these, like, crazy moves. And I'm like, 'I really love this.' I want her to stay in this, like, wild version of herself.”

Kate is also the mother of sons Ryder, 22, and Bingham, 14. Ryder has now started acting.

Terri asked if he might make a cameo next season. Kate replied, “A little nepo guest starring? I don’t know… He might have to earn a couple stripes before he gets to do that with Mom. Sorry. Sorry, Son."

Sheinelle Jones on ‘Today’ Supporting Savannah Guthrie: ‘We Love Hard’ (Exclusive)

Sheinelle Jones celebrated her new book “Through Mom’s Eyes,” which features heartfelt life lessons from the women who raised some of the world’s most celebrated entertainers and athletes, at a launch party in New York City.

“Extra’s” Mona Kosar Abdi spoke with Sheinelle about wanting to write the book.

She said, “I remember during COVID when the whole world was on a collective pause, I looked at my husband. I was like, I think I want to write a book. I was like, all these women I’ve been interviewing, I feel like there’s more there. And he was like, ‘You should do it.’ And now, six years later… here I am on this hot pink carpet.”

Jones noted that one is “never too old” for a mother’s advice.

She shared, “A lot of my book events so far, they’ve been grandmothers who are buying it for their nieces and granddaughters. But I think it’s one of those things where whether you’re an auntie, a teacher, a coach, like a lot of us are present in the lives of kids, and this is just a love letter to them, you know, kind of a cheat code.”

When asked what she learned from writing the book, Sheinelle answered, “I think there’s a common thread in being present. It sounds kind of ‘woo woo woo,’ but it’s really true. Like, I was thinking about there was a story where Lady Gaga was, like, little and, like, banging on the piano and you know some moms will be like, ‘Oh, my God, if you don’t stop, if you don’t,’ you know what I mean? But she was like, ‘You’ve got something there.’

“And then she said... ‘Should we get you lessons?’ And at the time Gaga was like, ‘But I already know how to play.’ You know, she had that little inner confidence, you know, and every woman I’ve talked to talks about the time when they knew Lin Manuel Miranda, I think it was a holiday play, a Christmas play, and she said she was sitting in the audience and she was like, ‘He’s good.’ You know, like each one of them had that moment and then you lean into their talent, you know.”

So when did her mom know she was going to be a news anchor?

Sheinelle noted, “True story. When I was in fifth grade, I write about in the book, I have this, it was career day and there was a yellow sheet of construction paper. I drew myself as a news anchor and my grandmother was like, ‘That would be amazing. What would you need to do if you wanted to be a news reporter?’ You know, and so I talk a lot about my grandmother in this book. She was so excited for this. She was going to do the press tour with me and my mom. She passed away on New Year’s Eve, but I feel her presence here, and I’m so happy I got to honor her in this book. I hope they say my mom is resilient. She’s loving. She’s strong. She was ambitious. And she was an amazing mom.”

Amid her quest to write a book, Jones’ husband got sick and passed away.

She recalled, “I mean, my life got turned upside down. You know, I’m talking I’m writing the chapter on, you know, Wanda Durant. And I start the chapter by saying, you know, how much I love single mothers. My mom was a single mom twice and I respect single mothers. Little did I know I was going to be one. Do you know what I mean?

“Or, you know, Shaq’s mom talks about challenges she had and she decided in her 40s to go get a degree. So, it’s like these women, they were all dealing with stuff. And I think as much as we do, we talk about the celebrities, I think it’s also important to talk about the women and how important it is to pour into yourself and to be strong and to lean on your faith, like all of those things. So, my hope is that women will buy it for each other and they’ll read it.”

Sheinelle fulfilled a promise to her husband to finish the book. She admitted, “It is so surreal. This book was supposed to come out last April, April 14, and he was sick because he died a month later. And I did not want to postpone this book. I wanted it out last spring. I was like, “No, I can do it.

“But now I look at it and I’m touring and all of that. There’s no way that I could have done it. And what’s so interesting is I feel like now is the time. This is when it was supposed to happen. And he got to read it. He loved it. And I now standing here talking to you, I got to fulfill my promise. “

Sheinelle reflected on how her “Today” family was with her “in the trenches” and getting to support Savannah Guthrie now.

Jones said, “When I came back from leave, Savannah, you know, I sat down and I interviewed with her and what people don’t see is how she wrapped her arms not just around me but for my entire family. She was there with me in the trenches. Al Roker was there with me in the trenches. Jill Martin was hanging lights. I mean they were all with me in the trenches. So now when there’s a chance for us to do the same thing, it’s not even a question.

“We are, like, hardcore when it comes to how protective we are of each other and we love hard,” Sheinelle emphasized.

Hoda Kotb Marvels at Savannah Guthrie as ‘Strength Personified’ (Exclusive)

Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager were on hand to support their “Today” colleague Sheinelle Jones at a party for her new book “Through Mom’s Eyes” on Wednesday.

“Extra’s” Mona Kosar Abdi chatted with Hoda and Jenna, who also reflected on how “Today” is a family and supporting Savannah Guthrie amid the disappearance of her mother, Nancy Guthrie.

Hoda admitted that she wanted to help in some way but felt “lost” and “directionless” at first.

Kotb stepped in for Guthrie for two months amid the search for her mother.

She said, “I think if anyone was called and said, ‘Can you come?’ they would show up in a second because it’s like that. I mean, it’s like… if there’s a tragedy in your family, what would you do? You would immediately go to your house, take care of whatever needs to be taken care of for as long as you’re needed. And that’s what I feel like. I’m like, ‘You know what? If I’m needed.’ I actually didn’t know what to do when it happened.”

Savannah returned to “Today” earlier this month.

Hoda praised Savannah, saying, “When Savannah came back, it just was so incredible to watch what she is capable of doing in this moment. I don’t know a living, breathing soul who could have done what she did… That person does not exist, so she’s strength personified, she’s faith personified, she’s love personified, she’s just a professional.”

Jenna echoed what Hoda said, commenting, “When your friend is hurting, you show up… We’re just marveling at her strength, day in and day out.”

Jenna and Hoda also gushed over Sheinelle and her accomplishments.

Jenna was “so proud” of Sheinelle, saying, “It’s so fun to get to watch somebody’s dreams come true… One of her top dreams was to publish a book.”

Hoda emphasized, “This is her moment. She’s been wanting to share these stories for so long and it’s a beautiful book because it’s also about Sheinelle, but it’s about all these moms who have all this beautiful advice and she wants to impart it… I’m so excited for her.”

Sheinelle used her book to highlight love.

Jenna explained, “The common thread is that these mothers adored their children and showed them they loved them and showed up for them.”

Hoda chimed in, “It’s cool that it shows that, like, love can also turn into great success stories… If you’re loved enough, you can become all these great things.”

Grammy Winner Tina Campbell & Her Husband Glendon Campbell Split

Mary Mary’s Trecina “Tina” Campbell and her husband Glendon Campbell, both 51, are calling it quits.

TMZ reports Glendon filed for divorce in Los Angeles County on Monday, citing irreconcilable differences.

The couple wed in 2000. He lists their date of separation as June 2024.

In the docs, Glendon notes they share two minor children and asked the court to establish visitation. Glendon did not check any custody boxes.

He also asked for spousal support to be determined at a later time.

As for assets, Glendon checked a box indicating they did not need to divide up any community property.

Tina and her sister Erica Campbell make up the 1990s gospel duo Mary Mary. Together they have won three Grammys.

Glendon is a gospel drummer and singer who was a member of Jay Leno’s house band on “The Tonight Show” and also worked on “American Idol."

Arterton revealed that she quietly welcomed her second child with actor husband Rory Keenan during an appearance on “Dish” podcast.

She shared, "I've got two kids now, and it's just hard. It's a hard day.”

On the podcast, Gemma shared that her second child is almost 6 months old.

Gemma and Rory are also the parents of a son, 3.

As for life with two kids, she said, "I'm really well. I've just had another kid, and so I'm in the thick of that. But it's all lovely, and I'm getting back into it again. You know, coming back from the brink of exhaustion. But it's all good.”

In 2023, Gemma broke the news that she welcomed her first baby while appearing on “The Zoe Ball Breakfast Show.”

She dished, "I just had a baby. So, we are very, very happy. He was born just before Christmas. A little Christmas elf.”

In November 2022, Gemma announced her pregnancy with a red-carpet appearance at the Raindance Film Festival, where she cradled her baby bump.

Gemma and Rory have been married for six years. In 2017, they met as co-stars in the London West End play "St. Joan."

Kendra Duggar’s Family Reacts to Joseph Duggar’s Arrest

Kendra Duggar’s family is addressing Joseph Duggar’s arrest on child molestation charges.

The Caldwell family shared a lengthy message on Instagram, writing, "Our family is both troubled and heartbroken over the alleged actions committed by our son-in-law. We are devastated for the young girl, a child who was courageous in every way to share her truth. We stand by her, both in support and prayer, and forever will."

The message continued, "Our love for this child remains at the forefront of our family’s priorities and minds. We are proud of her for being strong enough to share her story while also retaining her own identity and joy."

They added, "We pray all victims of crimes can be as courageous as this young girl is. They should be able to share their story, to trust in the judicial process, and to do so without fear of retaliation. You are not alone."

As for their daughter Kendra and the four children she shares with Joseph, they said, "At the same time, we also recognize how traumatic this incident has been for our grandchildren as well and continue to pray for their strength. Our love for them, and our daughter Kendra, remains."

The post went on, "We believe in a God who is just and loving. One who loves all of His children, especially the vulnerable and innocent."

The family closed by writing, "The only way to freedom is to shine light in the darkness. And in this time, part of the light in our lives has come through the outpouring of love and prayer from people near and far. Thank you who have given in all the ways, through prayer, finances, time, energy and words of encouragement. We love you all.”

Kendra’s father Paul has also launched a GoFundMe to help with “displacement expenses,” including, "moving expenses, housing costs such as rent until we can find a place to stay more permanently.”

He insisted, “We will not be using these funds for... legal expenses.”

The family has raised more than $30,000 so far.

Joseph, 31, was arrested on March 18 in Arkansas on charges of lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim less than 12 years old, and lewd and lascivious behavior conducted by a person 18 years or older.

Joseph and Kendra are also facing additional unrelated charges, including four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of false imprisonment.

On March 31, Duggar entered a written not guilty plea on all charges.

After posting his $600,000 bail, Joseph returned to his Arkansas home with wife Kendra.

His lawyer Albert J. Sauline III told People magazine that the couple have reunited without their children.

She says her husband “hates” her feet.

Sharon reveals, "We do laugh about it, but he's always called them like pig’s trotters, saying how bad they are."

When the shoes are off, Dr. Marion is shocked to find that she does not (and has almost never worn) socks under shoes.

The doctor tells her, "I think socks are so important to prevent smell and moisture. So maybe this is the problem actually."

First Look at Val Kilmer’s New AI Role in ‘As Deep as the Grave’

The first footage of Val Kilmer in the new film “As Deep as the Grave” just debuted at CinemaCon.

The movie marks Kilmer’s final film, but his performance is completely AI-generated.

“As Deep as the Grave” tells the true story of Southwestern archaeologists Ann and Earl Morris and their excavations in Canyon de Chelly, Arizona, to trace the history of the Navajo. Val was cast to play Catholic priest and Native American spiritualist Father Fintan.

In the teaser trailer, we see an older version of Val and later a younger version of him dressed in a clerical collar.

The trailer ends with Val telling someone, “Don’t fear the dead and don’t fear me."

Kilmer had battled throat cancer before he died on April 1 of last year.

Variety reports he signed on to do the film but was too sick to ever make it to set.

The movie also stars “Harry Potter” actor Tom Felton alongside Abigail Lawrie and Abigail Breslin.

As of today, no release date has been announced.

Last month, writer and director Coerte Voorhees spoke out about his decision to use include an AI version of Kilmer in the film.

Voorhees told Variety, “His family kept saying how important they thought the movie was and that Val really wanted to be a part of this. He really thought it was important story that he wanted his name on. It was that support that gave me the confidence to say, okay let’s do this. Despite the fact some people might call it controversial, this is what Val wanted.”

Val’s daughter Mercedes shared her support in a statement, saying of her dad, “He always looked at emerging technologies with optimism as a tool to expand the possibilities of storytelling. This spirit is something that we are all honoring within this specific film, of which he was an integral part.”

Coerte added that Val’s son Jack was also supportive, and that the production followed SAG guidelines and compensated Kilmer’s estate.

Previously, 2022’s “Top Gun: Maverick” used AI to create a speaking voice for Val when he reprised his role as Tom “Iceman” Kazansky.

According to Variety, Kilmer said at the time he was “grateful” for the technology.

“As human beings, the ability to communicate is the core of our existence and the side effects from throat cancer have made it difficult for others to understand me,” he explained. “The chance to narrate my story, in a voice that feels authentic and familiar, is an incredibly special gift.”

“The Pitt” has won five Emmys, two Golden Globes, an Actor Award for Best Ensemble, and turned Season 2 newcomer Laëtitia Hollard into a breakout star!

“Extra's” Mona Kosar Abdi spoke with Hollard to dish on the “surreal” experience and what she’s learned from Noah Wyle and Katherine LaNasa.

She said, “It’s been insane. I could never have dreamt of this. I have so many surreal pinch-me moments.”

The 22-year-old Juilliard graduate used her real-life experience as inspiration for her character Emma.

She explained, “A lot of Emma’s sweetness, kindness, like, go-getter energy is what I got from my Midwest hard-worker roots.”

Laëtitia is a sponge on set, “asking questions all the time” when she has a moment with Noah and Katherine.

She went on, “She’s helped me loads and she’s just a grounding force and presence. I really adore that woman.”

Hollard was tight-lipped about the third season, saying, “I don’t know. You’re going to have to check in with ‘Extra’ later on.”

Laëtitia did hint, “This journey is going to see you, maybe lose a couple of people and keep a couple of people."

Katie Holmes & Joshua Jackson Reunite on Brunello Cucinelli Red Carpet

On Tuesday night, Katie Holmes and Joshua Jackson hit the red carpet for a sweet “Dawson’s Creek” reunion.

Katie and Joshua were seen laughing for the camera while posing together at the New York gala screening of “Brunello: The Gracious Visionary,” which took place at Lincoln Center’s David Koch Theatre.

Katie and Joshua played iconic characters Joey and Pacey, who ended up together on “Dawson’s Creek.”

The two also dated briefly in real life while working on the show, which ended in 2003.

Over the years, they have remained close friends, even reuniting on the upcoming film “Happy Hours,” which she directed.

Last year, they were spotted filming the movie throughout New York City.

Last month, Joshua dished on their movie during an appearance on “Today.”

He revealed, "Katie wrote this beautiful story for the two of us that is the three phases of a love story. o we shot the fun part, which is the falling in love, and she’s cutting it together now. And that will come out and hopefully it will give us the opportunity to go back and make the other two.”

Jackson also reflected on his time on “Dawson’s Creek,” saying, "That time in my life would be for most people like their college years, right? And there are these people in your life — she’s a lifelong friend now — and for us to be able to go back and do this again, and, honestly, for her to be able to create that space for us was kind of magical.”

Dr. Pimple Popper: ‘Part of My Brain’ Died After Suffering Stroke

Dr. Pimple Popper aka Sandra Lee is opening up about her struggles after suffering a stroke in November.

Sandra experienced symptoms of a stroke while working on her show. “Dr. Pimple Popper: Breaking Out."

She told People magazine, "It happened while I was filming the show. I had what I thought was a hot flash. I got super sweaty and didn’t feel like myself.”

Following the day of shooting, she went to her parents’ home since it's an easy commute.

Lee “felt very restless” that evening, adding, "In one leg I kept feeling shooting pains.”

When Lee got out of bed after struggling to sleep, she noted, "I noticed that I was having a tough time walking down the stairs.”

In the morning, Lee was concerned, sharing, "I would hold my hand out, and it would just slowly collapse. I noticed that I had a tough time articulating and just enunciating. I thought, ‘Am I having a stroke?’”

Lee then went to the ER and an MRI confirmed that she did have ischemic stroke.

She admitted, "It was just a shock. As a physician, I couldn’t deny that I had slurred speech, that I was having weakness on one side, but I was like, ‘Well, this is a dream, right?’”

Sandra explained, "What essentially happened is I had a part of my brain that died.”

After the stroke, Lee was forced to pause filming of her show and undergo physical and occupational therapy for “very basic things."

She elaborated, "I don’t like that I don’t have total control of my left hand or the grip wasn’t as strong. If I feel like I’m not at my best — it’s very scary.”

Her manner of speaking has changed slightly, too.

She noted, "I notice it right now that I don’t speak exactly the way I used to. You’re really embarrassed to speak because you notice it.”

Sandra revealed what may have led to her stroke, saying, "My blood pressure and my cholesterol were not under control, and I have a lot of stress in my life, dealing with my patients and the show.”

Lee called the stroke a “blessing in disguise,” explaining, “Because it reminds you to take better care of yourself.”

Thankfully, after six months, Sandra is “pretty much back to normal” with work, thanks to her support staff.

Madonna Unveils 'Confessions II' Album: 'We Must Dance, Celebrate & Pray'

The Queen of Pop is back, and she's revisiting one of her greatest successes — urging her fans to get back out on the dance floor!

On Wednesday, Madonna released the cover of her long-awaited fifteenth studio album, along with at least 10 variants to satisfy even the most ardent musical hoarder.

"Confessions II," long-billed as a spiritual sequel to her 2006 set "Confessions on a Dance Floor," releases July 3 globally, a full seven years after her previous album, "Madame X."

In the meantime, the singer's TikTok and other social media accounts offer tantalizing imagery of Madonna's legs astride a speaker and the veiled 67-year-old pop queen in a pose similar to the cover of the first "Confessions" record.

Along with the album news, Madonna released a bubbly synth snippet of the song "I Feel So Free," and a long introductory swath of the album track "One Step Away."

In "I Feel So Free" — the title echoes a sentiment she expressed in 1985's "Into the Groove," in which she exclaims, "Only when I'm dancin' can I feel this free! — she breathlessly tells listeners, “Thanks for coming / Sometimes I like to just hide in the shadows/ Create a new persona / A different identity / I can be whoever I want to be / Honestly, I wish I could be like other people / And just not care / But out here / On the dance floor / I feel so free."

A sample from the 1989 house classic "French Kiss" by Lil Louis is the last thing we hear before the teaser cuts away: "Oh, by the way, it all started like this."

Speaking to Billboard, she says, “People think that dance music is superficial, but they’ve got it all wrong. The dance floor is not just a place, it’s a threshold: A ritualistic space where movement replaces language." According to the outlet, at least some of this quote is directly lifted from another song, "One Step Away."

She goes on to reveal that when she decided to re-team with producer Stuart Price to recreate the magic of the first "Confessions" album — a worldwide sensation that featured her smash hit "Hung Up" — they agreed on a music manifesto that read, "We must dance, celebrate, and pray with our bodies. These are things that we’ve been doing for thousands of years — they really are spiritual practices. After all, the dance floor is a ritualistic space. It’s a place where you connect — with your wounds, with your fragility. To rave is an art. It’s about pushing your limits and connecting to a community of like-minded people. Sound, light, and vibration Reshape our perceptions Pulling us into a trancelike state. The repetition of the bass, we don’t just hear it but we feel it. Altering our consciousness and dissolving ego and time.“

The album is also expected to contain a track that features Sabrina Carpenter, and rumor has it Madonna will perform that with her at Coachella Friday, along with a couple of classics from her catalogue.

"Confessions II" may represent the album on which she has worked the longest — at least some of the music has been in the works since 2024, and she has been teasing the release since last year.

For fans, "Confessions II" is shaping up to be a return to form, but it's already a return to Madonna's former home: Warner Bros. Records. She had left the fold in 2008 for Interscope after having been with the company since 1982.
