Place a layer of spinich and proscuitto on each. Roll and secure with a toothpick. Dust each with flour and salt and pepper. Brown in the olive oil, turning frequently, then cook covered for 7-10 minutes until middle is no longer pink. Move to a plate and tent with foil. Add broth to skillet, bring to boil and reduce by half (you might want to add a little more flour to thicken.
