How To Protect Orkut account from being hacked ?

Well most of us have seen cases of hacking accounts on Orkut. Its very common and hacking orkut accounts is not a big deal. Basically Orkut users are hacked not because the orkut server’s security is compromised but because of the foolishness of the user itself. The few things you need to take care always are:

Never enter your login details anywhere else except than the orkut homepage
Never execute any file from any user until you are sure that its 100% safe. If you have doubt then upload it to www.virustotal.com and get scanned by various antiviruses for free
If you are trying to be a hacker and trying to play with a keylogger then NEVER download a keylogegr setup from unreliable sources. Always get it from it’s official homepage. You may later apply the keys from other sites:P
If someone else post any link then before clicking on the hyperlink make sure the written address and the target address is the same. just hover your mouse pointer over the link and target location will appear on the status bar below. Eg www.google.com [this link may appear to you google link but its not]
Before executing any javascript or istalling any greasemonkey script make sure its safe. If you know little bit of coding then just view the source of the script, you can easily feagure it out.
If you visit anyone’s profile on orkut and gets some alert messege and then redirected to some other page become caucious because it happened due to xss present in the added application on that profile.
Try to keep the login email id and the primary email id different on okut. There have been several cases of account disabling due to bug on one orkut form. once the account is disabled the ownership gets transferred to other people. In that form only login email was required so to be on safe side its not good to share it with others.
If you own any community then its better to keep the ownership to a seprate profile which you do not use frequently. It will help you to keep the ownership safe.
If you ever feel that you are being keylogged [or if you are using shared computers like in cafes] then better not to use keyboard for entering details. Use onscreen keyboard. Goto run and type OSK and press enter , it will open the on screen keyboard. Use it for entering your details there.
If anytime you feel that your COOKIE is stolen and you are using gmail account then just log into your gmail account, SCroll down and click on “DETAILS” links. A popup window will appear showing all the last login details. There you may see the option of “Sign out all the sessions”. click on it and done.

How to exceed your download limit on Rapidshare/Others

Okay, here is a quick tutorial on how to get around those annoying "Wait X minutes before downloading" messages, as well as the one-file-at-a-time limits that are frequent on Rapidshare and similar sites. This tutorial uses Opera (because it has the best download manager), but can probably be adapted for any browser

Step 1. Since this will slow down each download quite a bit, pick 4 or 5 Rapidshares that you've always wanted. This will give you the most speed boost.

Step 2. Start the biggest one as you normally would, by clicking the "Free" button.

and pick a proxy. configure your browser to use it. (In Opera, Tools/Preferences, Advanced tab, Network on the right, then click the Proxy Servers button.

Before the colon is the IP, after is the port.

Step 4: Finally, test it for speed. If the proxy seems pretty fast, start the next download, and repeat Step 3&4 until you have all your files downloading. If it seems too slow, repeat step 3 until you find a fast one.

Auto delete temporary folder in windows

Generally in our systems,many temporary files are created which are useless and occupies much space in the hard disk.Many of us do not delete the temporary files which causes the system to slow up and eats up the space in hard disk.

Actually we can delete the temporary files manually by typing %temp% in run and delete all the files in the folder.But these temporary files can be deleted automatically whenever it is created in xp.

Follow the steps :

+Go to run and type gpedit.msc

+Navigate through :

Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/WindowsComponents/Terminal Services/Temporary Folder

+Then right click "Do Not Delete Temp Folder Upon Exit" and go to properties and hit disable.

Now from next time when Windows puts a temp file in that folder it will be automatically deleted when it is created.

After nearly 16 months, here comes a new Pcsx2 version. PCSX2 v0.9.6

These months were somewhat problematic for pcsx2, due to an initial slowdown of the development process. Then, last fall, the Playground branch was created, and development picked up again. Finally, with the merge of Pcsx2 and Pcsx2 playground, the emulator’s development returned once again as it was before, and now we can give you a release which should (we hope!) leave you happy.

Step 6: When the victim see the post he view the image u uploaded but when he click the image he has a Temporary Error and you will get his cookie in log.txt . The Cookie Would Look as Follows:

Step 7: To get the access to the Victim’s Account you need to replace your cookies with the Victim’s Cookie. You can use a Cookie Editor for this. The string before “=” is the name of the cookie and the string after “=” is its value. So Change the values of the cookies in the cookie Editor.

Step 8: Goto the Website whose Account you have just hacked and You will find that you are logged in as the Victim and now you can change the victim’s account information.

Note : Make Sure that from Step 6 to 8 the Victim should be Online because you are actually Hijacking the Victim’s Session So if the Victim clicks on Logout you will also Logout automatically but once you have changed the password then you can again login with the new password and the victim would not be able to login.

Click Command Prompt option.
