 On your Mac you can preview images and videos on spotlight easy and quick 
Follow these simple steps 
  1. Hit Command+Space and search for a movie or video file
  2. Hover over the video search result until the thumbnail preview pops up to the left
  3. Hover over the thumbnail to find a “Play” button

Repeated alerts could be great feature and helpful but to some of us its annoying, was on Yahoo Answers last night and most questions about iOS is the repeated alerts, Cult of Mac post this and I thought its great to share it here

1- Go to settings on your iOS then go to “Notification” tab, then find the app you want to edit the alert for, for example select “Messages”

Scroll down to “Repeat Alert” tab then select how many times you want to be alert by the app.

Apple recently released OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion for developers and they removed the option “Web Sharing” from System Preferences from the developers to use, while they removed that little small option that means lots to most of us they left the built-in Apache web server.

So here is the Replacement System Preferences you can install and allow you to use the option “Web Sharing”

P.S. for non-developer this post is totally not going to be on the full version of Mountain Lion OS X 10.8 this summer and you really don’t need to download this replacement

Apple has announced the latest version of OS X for Macs named Mountain Lion, inspired by iPad iOS!
