MINIM is an interior design studio in Barcelona that has worked on quite challenging projects and produced equally creative and astonishing results!

"We saw minimalism as a series of conceptual principles that prevail over the simple complex. The purity of aesthetics and functionality are the foundation of our work."

The images are from MINIM’s Industrial Loft project: a large space in the center of Barcelona that dates back to 1930. The challenge was to create a typical American loft with an industrial touch that is both functional and warm. MINIM’s creative minds: Elina Vila and Agnès Blanch decided to organize space in a radial form: from the center -> outwards.

I really love the look of the brick columns and the whole industrial mood that is additionally enhanced by a quite interesting art collection.

What I enjoy in Christina Murphy’s work is the diversity and attention to detail. The spaces she has created range from classical to contemporary and one can notice the designer’s tendency to experiment with a variety of styles.

Ashe & Leandro is an architecture and interior design firm with a truly inspiring portfolio. Inventive and original they design spaces that fulfill one’s expectations by successfully combining functionality and concept.

I love their Carpenter Residence project because of all the colorful and unique art and design details. White walls and furniture give you a lot of space for color experiments and bold combinations.

Likewise, we notice that in the West Side three bedroom project there is also use of color but in a more selective manner. The living room is decorated in shades of grey and beige in a more minimal yet cozy style.

Brad Ford is an amazingly talented interior designer who can transform spaces into residential heavens. With a distinctive attention to detail and quality he creates inspiring and functional environments that complement the personality of his clients.

Colors, textures, furnishings and deco objects are masterfully selected and combined in a capturing manner that underlines Ford’s experience in the interior design field.

It is worth noting that he was recognized as one of the rising stars of his field by the International Furnishings and Design Association. And of course we can clearly understand why!

The breathtaking images you are viewing are part of an inspiring interiors project for a new build Kensington House commissioned to SHH, an architectural practice and design consultancy. The property is 1.114 square meter a six storey, whose owners were after a 'Cream, off-white and funky' outcome.
