My husband and I bought our century home because of its charm. My copy of Alexander Stoddard's "Living a Beautiful Life" is yellowed and dog-eared.  It helped me form a connection between our home environments and our potential happiness, which in turn led me toward decorating as a profession.  It is the first book I'd like to present on Eye for Beauty. Add elegance, order, beauty and joy to every day of your life!  That may sound like a tall order.
