Permission for Individual Requirements

It would be real nice if we could give special permissions for each different individual requirement. For example someone may have a requirement of an interview. I would like to be able to restrict who can indicate that that interview has occurred. Otherwise... anyone could go in and say "I think this interview happened, I'll go ahead and update the person in F1" when really the interview never happened.

Group Directory for Children's Sunday School Classes

I've been using 1033 Group Directory to give to our Sunday School teachers to provide them with contact info for all the children in their classes, but I'm just now realizing that the parents aren't specifically listed. The "spouse" is listed, and usually comes up as the dad, rather than the mom. I'd like a report that is sorted by child's name, but includes both parents' names, as we need this report for follow up purposes.

Custom Fields Don't Show In Group Details?

I am setting up our Fall Groups in inFellowship for the first time. I created custom fields to indicate how childcare is handled and if a group is a specialty group of some kind. I do not see these anywhere in the group details when viewing it as a group leader or as someone searching for a group. I do see it as a leader when I edit the group details, but not after they are saved. Am I missing something or does it just not show? If not, what good is it? I assume the solution is to duplicate this information in the Description field, but it seems silly that you should have to.

Color in Excel Reports

How do you retain the colors in the Excel reports when you "move or copy" a spreadsheet tab to a new book? We run a lot of reports, and choose the "break on RLC" option. That creates multiple tabs in the spreadsheet, just like we want. Then we want to send each teacher just their tab of information. The fastest, easiest way is to "copy or move" that tab to a new sheet, and email it out. But all the colors are wacko. I have tried to figure out what color theme is being used, but so far that doesn't matter anyway, because I can't make any theme apply in the new book.

Groups 2 Address/Location

Currently there is only allowance for ONE location address in Groups 2. A lot of our groups tend to move between several home locations sometimes as many as 3 - 4. It would be useful to have the capability for multiple locations. I am not sure what the Location Description is for - it is not displayed through InFellowship which is where one could note alternate locations. Currently I found a workaround by putting multiple street addresses in Address 1 and 2 because right now that is not verified. Once it is (if it is) this would obviously not work.

querying on attendance date not working?

I am trying to update status fields for some of our people and would like to find out who has not attended in the last 12 months in Query Builder. When I try and select those people by participant attendance with a date/time not between a date range, I am still getting results for people who have attendance records for the desired activity within those attendance records. Any ideas?

Alerting users or groups about new notes made on members

What is the best way to setup a process for alerting a group that a note was made on a member? Specifically, let's say that Jane is in the hospital and we need for a Deacon to call or send a card. If we go into Jane's record and add a note nobody will get alerted to the fact that the note was added. Is it possible to set up a note type that when used will send an email out to a group of other members/users? What is the best way to handle this need? We also need a way for the Deacon to check off that the call was made or card was sent. Thanks.

Is it possible to use CyberSource to work with JotForm or Wufoo? As it is, guest cannot make purchases or register for events. Instead, they have to create an entire login for Weblink/Infellowship. Wufoo and Jotform use Authorize.net. Is something similar possible?

Allergy space
