When an email is sent to someone in your congregation, which email address do we use? First we look at the individual and see if they have an email address they use with their inFellowship login, if they don't then we look for a generic 'email' type at the individual level, then we go their household record, next the individual's work email, etc. We take the first one we bump into. Here is the order we look in:

Fellowship One Contributions uses specific hardware for scanning checks. We have tested this hardware specifically. Other hardware configurations may be possible but are not officially supported.

Windows 7 SP1 Printer Workaround

There is an issue with Windows 7 Sp1 that causes compatibly Issues with Fellowship One Check-in.

The Issue occurs when setting the Default Printer in Check-in and error is thrown.

This issue will be resolved in a future update of Check-in.

This process will demonstrate how to work around this issue by making changes to the Registry and setting the Check-in printer in Check-in.

Zebra Printer Label Alignment Issues

We recommend several Zebra printers for use with Check-in to print the name tags: LP2844-Z and the GK420x series. From time to time these printers can become confused as they retain their settings in programmable memory internally. If that memory becomes erased or changed accidentally the printer won\'t print on a single tag or spews out reams of diagnostic data when it is turned on.There are a few things to understand before using this script:

Issues With Group Emails to Church Staff

Fellowship One Support frequently receives calls from churches who are experiencing issues with church staff with church email addresses receiving Group Email. This can easily be prevented.

This can be caused by the format of an email or the regular automatic rule updates that most Spam filters receive from the manufacturer of the Spam filter.

Godex_6905.pdf is a document that will outline the steps for unboxing the printer, the physical installation, and the driver installation for the printer.
