In Poland we had “crazy nineties” after liberation from communism in 1989. November 19th 1991 is a day of the first professional fashion show in the “new Poland”. Skins, nylon tracksuits, “Turtles” prints, puffy wedding dresses and strange suits in weird colours and with to long trousers… 20 years ago in Poland these were the hits straight from the west. Lately in Warsaw took place 4th edition of Glamour Fashion Journalism Workshops. As usual there was a lot of knowledge from people involved in fashion journalism – workshops were held by professional journalists working for magazines, television and Internet fashion portals.

I thought that I know him quite well but I am constantly discovering new things about him. His Sanitarium collection (spring-summer 2010) fascinated me from the first sight. Not only me.

The latest collection of Rage Age is inspired by noir style in comic books. This season the Rage Age man, like the heroes of “Sin City”, is dark, rebellious and ambiguous. The collection is maintained in monochrome colours, with strong touches of punk-rock.

The fur-issue should have come out in polish newspapers long time ago, if you consider how crazy people tend to be about being “eco” nowadays. But actually, it doesn’t seem to concern anyone much.
