Well, after nearly 3 years of requesting medical assistance from the Ohio department of jobs and family services, they have finally granted me medicaid. This is only shortly after I wrote to the governor of the state and plead my case to him about how much of a struggle it has been. In the last few days, I have called and settled most of my medical debts. Beings that they only go back to November, I still have much medical bills still to pay. But on the bright side of things, I have established a new doctor appointment at the pain management clinic. From my understanding, they are going to attempt to inject my spine with a series of shots as a way of pushing the bulging disc off of the nerve root. From the people I have spoken with that suffer with the same condition the shots are incredibly painful. Worst of all, they do not offer you any form of pain medication while you are in the limbo state of receiving these shots. So I have yet another 3 months of pain and suffering to look forward to. It just seems like such a nightmare for people who have back problems like me. There is documented evidence that I have serious problems causing me pain, yet they offer me over the counter medication that does nothing. The NSAIDS they tell me to take cause me to bleed from my anus. The muscle relaxants make me get suicidal thoughts. It is like there is no escape. If I did not know better I would say that these doctors enjoy watching people suffer in pain. They all say oh you are so young. But I tell you, one day suffering in my body and they would say pain does not discriminate against age. What a sad nation we live in when there is so much hopelessness. There has been many points where I have thought to myself, why should I continue? What is the point of all this suffering? No one is going to help me I am going to be in pain for the rest of my life and no one cares. When I first considered suicide I contacted the wonderful people at compass community center and immediately began to see a psychologist. They have me on a series of medications to help with the depression and anxiety that this ordeal has caused me. It is just so hard to live when you are in so much pain. Why can’t the doctors understand that I am suffering. Why can’t they provide me with a pain management medication to ease my pain. Just because other people have been addicted should not punish me. I have legitimate problems. All I am asking for is some relief from my pain. What is so hard to understand? If there is anyone who has the power to change this, please for the sake of all of us who suffer 24/7 please do something so we can get medication to control our pain. Just imagine having thousands of razor blades slicing away at your lower back, buttocks, and down your leg in a relentless series of conveyor belts and you will see just how bad it hurts. Sure I may put on a smile for you, but inside I am hurting. I am dying inside. I just need to stop hurting. Even for just a while would be a blessing. They say I have heart problems. Why should I care about that if I am destined to suffer. I would rather die quickly then spend the rest of my life living in so much agony. It is cruel and so painful I would never wish this on my worst enemy. Shame on you doctors. Shame on you government. Shame on all of you who created a system that makes it nearly impossible for people with legitimate medical problems to get treatment.

Well, if you are like me than you have encountered a new “feature” of windows. They call this driver signatures. It is meant to ensure quality drivers are made for all hardware. However, it cost big bucks to get your driver signed. Worst of all, whenever a new release comes out that driver must be signed as well. No matter how big or small the change stupid Microsoft says “Hey, pay me some money this is different.”
So how can the average Joe get around these moronic rules set in place?
Simple, just take my advice here and you can begin installing unsigned drivers in windows 7 quickly.
If you break something, oh well you can always roll back the changes. At worst just format. But chances are, you will not have any problems with those unsigned drivers. For me I needed unsigned drivers for the xbcd or xbox 360 controller. They have a signed copy now of course, but before they had driver signing I had to do this. A new one that came up is DroidCam. It requires you to do this little trick. But without further ado, this is what you must do.
First things first: Windows key + R, or Start –> Run –> CMD *make sure you run the command console as administrator or it will laugh at you.*
Now, copy and paste, or simply type in this

bcdedit -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS

Now press your enter key and it will say something.
Next, type in this

bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON

Ok, now it says some more worthless information. But if all worked correctly you can now install any unsigned drivers in windows 7 64

If you find that it doesn’t work or you just are unhappy with what you did don’t sweat, you can remove the damage you have just done with loadoptions using bcedit and turning bcdedit to turn the testsigning off.

If you decide to keep the driver signing enforcement off and tell all of your friends, it will really make Microsoft rethink their shiesterish methods of skimming more money off developers. The Path to Reformation Lies Just Ahead.

How did we get here?

I find myself asking this question all too often. However, as it turns out, shortly after the American civil war, the government had an unsustainable amount of debt. In exchange for paying for the debt, the IMF ordered the United States to become a corporate entity. From this moment on you will begin to notice how everything makes sense. You must have noticed that whenever you get a letter from the government, it is always address to your person and not you the human being. To tell, simply look at the style of the lettering. All capitalized letters signifies that you are a corporate entity.

Here is the kicker. On everyone’s birth certificate, you will find a number. Guess what that numbers goes too… Not that…Nope it has absolutely nothing to do with that. This specific number ties directly to the stock exchange. Your birth certificate is nothing more than a bond. The moment you are born, the government uses your birth as a form of currency. Throughout your lifespan, this certificate accumulates well over a million dollars. Funny thing is you never see this money. So where does it go? Well because you never told the treasurer what to do with your portion, they divide the profits between the federal government and your local representatives.

You can clearly see that all men are created equal. It is a guaranteed right. Therefore, no one can demand that you do something that you cannot demand him or her to do. Therefore, whenever you have trouble with the law, no matter what they say to you, they are simply providing you with offers you cannot refuse. However, you could ignore the request that would make you at fault for dishonoring the agreement. You could flat out say no, but again you are dishonoring the agreement. You could say absolutely I will oblige. Of course, you would be losing out. However, there is one more option that you have. This option is a conditional agreement. Sure, I will accept that there is something there, but you must prove to me that we have a contract clearly stating I agreed to the terms. If they cannot provide you with this written agreement, then how can you agree to something you have never seen?

For instance, if a police officer pulls you over and says you are speeding. Accept their bill of exchange. It is not a ticket; it is a bill of exchange. The format is just the same as if you were to go out to eat at a restaurant. Make sure that you have the original bill before you leave. With so much that is wrong with our system of corporatism, it is easy to understand why we have a greedy world in front of our views.

How we can change this system to restore power to the human beings.
Many of the problems we face today are due to other corporations, which they consider “persons” paying for elected officials campaigns in exchange for laws. They also do so with lobbying groups. The system we have in place needs an overhaul. You get career politicians that only have their economic interests at heart. They care little for the poor and elderly.

I submit for your approval the following list of revisions of government.

Under Title A

All political candidates must pass written and mental examines to determine they are not psychotic or can put our nation at risk.

Section 1

All political leaders must adhere to these defined outlines.
A) Political leaders must live in low-income housing for the duration of their terms.
B) Political leaders must live only by means of food stamp programs and welfare assistance.
C) Use of the same Healthcare provided to the poverty is essential.
D) All political bodies’ funds become frozen until the end of their term

The reason for this is to ensure that all leaders see firsthand how hard it is to be low income and living on a pensioners wage. This will in effect create great changes to the overall system to benefit the ones in the system who are most vulnerable. Because as soon as the first elected official gets in office and sees how hard it is, they will immediately write laws to correct the problems.

Under Title B

Revisions of terms and limits.

Section 1

Just as jury duty is a duty for all citizens so must be the right to all who have the ability.
After a mental screening, to ensure they are sound of mind, a political leader will have his or her number placed fairly into a random number generator. Each member of the House of Representatives, Senate, and Congress will have a maximum of 6 months in office. After said time, the computer or human being picks a new number from the lot. This prevents lobbying groups and corporations from purchasing laws with career politicians. Because as we all know, much of recent history laws do not benefit the vast majority of the people. They only strive to make the rich more rich, while the poor sink further into despair. They get away with this because for the most part the same people are always running the game.
As for the presidential seat, the same lottery system applies, however they are granted a full year of power. After said year lapses they are to be removed from the lottery pool for a minimum of 5 years. After said time they are free to run again if the lottery picks their number.

Section 2

Effective immediately, the state shall pay for all insurance for all homes, cars, and health insurance. Since the state already has ownership of all of your possessions under current law, it only makes sense for them to pay for the insurance.
Section 2-1 as an alternative option, this new government system will relinquish all rights to all human beings’ person. No longer can the government force you to relinquish control of your property. The only reason you need a license to drive is that the government owns 9/10s of your car. When you sign an application, or registration you are agreeing to give your property to the government. It is an offer you cannot refuse.

Why does the lottery system benefit everyone?
As you have read earlier, The USA is a corporation. Corporations seek only to generate new revenue. Therefore, they must enact bigger prison systems, new frauds to take your money, and other dramatic actions such as false flag terror scenarios to remove your constitutional rights.
I purpose that the lottery system offers a fair chance for everyone to be elected equally. Due to the short term limits, if things get out of control they can quickly become prepared. There will be more care taken towards the most needy, and better justice against those who would move to ruin our great nation. Our only hope for survival is to make law for human beings, and not for persons. With our Current Corporation / fascist system of government, it is very easy to see just how far off track we as a culture have come. By employing the lottery system, you will have common man making laws that benefit common man. Because they are in the same boat as everyone else, it drastically reduces the chances of them passing laws or acts that would seek to damage the most weak of our culture.
You always hear tales of democrats vs. republicans. Nevertheless, the fact is, corporations and banks pay for both parties. It is simply a coin with two identical faces. This is the primary reason that we hear such negative things about our country. How hard would it be for the corporations and banks to buy everyone in the lottery? Even then, it would benefit the entire population. Greed and injustice end before there is a chance to begin.

For those of you who are not familiar with the news in Ohio, back in January there was a major earthquake. In 2011, there was practically an earthquake once per month. What is important to note here is that since record keeping began this area never had such quakes. So what had changed? What could possibly be causing the sudden onset of earthquakes? Well, as it turns out a company had started raping fracking (a fancy word for drilling sideways) this area just before the first quakes started to occur. Well finally the big quake hit and the government finally stepped in and said “Okay, you guys cannot be doing this anymore. The company swore up and down that their fracking was perfectly safe. However, studies at YSU determined that they were greedy sons of bitches a highly probable cause of the quakes. Personally, the building here has suffered much damage from the earthquakes.

This is why you should tell your government no more drilling, put up solar farms or windmills, as an earthquake due to drilling could easily destroy your home. It would be much better to look at a big windmill over looking at cracks in your wall. You may be thinking, “Well what about the economy and jobs?”

Renewables:

You will notice that nowhere in there are any earthquakes. Therefore, the next question is, “What the hell are they thinking?”

This is where the story of fascism democracy comes into play. You see corporations finance political campaigns in exchange for passing laws that favor their needs and interests over the common person. Corporation X can pay out $100,000 while Jimbo Jenkins can only pay out $100. So whom would you choose to support? You must also realize that there are other means of ensuring they keep those corporate interests in mind when it is not election time. All they have to do is send in those corporate lobbyists to bribe the politicians make sure the elected officials have enough campaign money to stay in office. When those means fail, they send in the brainwashed preachers church officials to entertain the notion that the congregation must support an action or the boogieman wrath of god will rain down from the heavens.

However, going back to the problem, drilling, fracking, and uses of oil in general are really sinking everyone into a money pit. There should be alternative energy options available. Instead of investing all of that money in drilling more holes, use it to create construction jobs at windmill or solar farms. After those are established, you get relatively free power. Aside from the costs of maintaining them, which by the way are jobs right?

With the latest update of uTorrent, they have decided that it should no longer be free. I soon realized this after I download uTorrent. I immediately went to their forum to file a formal complaint.

Here is my original message.

“I can remember a time when installing uTorrent you would get a message stating “This program is freeware, if you paid for it you have been scammed, and you should get a refund.”

Yet now I see uTorrent wants money. What exactly is your game? As developers you should keep to your word. I will simply revert back to previous versions so I don’t have to see such advertisements, as many other users will as well. Ultimately it just creates more bloatware for the program to load and adds no value. It is one thing to accept donations for your fine work, but it is another to throw advertisements in user’s faces. As a fan I suggest you rid the program of such ill attempts at greed before you start losing your user base. Especially with the recent enforcement of police seeking those who profit from sharing files.

To put it another way, if users wanted bearshare / limewire they would download it. uTorrent should be proud to not be so advertisement invasive and stick with it’s roots as a sharing program and instead create separate programs for which to profit.”

Well I finally received my MRI thanks to some help, but I still am left with a massive hole of debt. The MRI revealed that I have a slightly bulging disc in my spine and levioscoliosis. This whole time I have been suffering due to these problems. So I am left with two options.

• Option 1:) Surgery

Pros:

1. Can resolve one of my back problems.

Cons:

1. Costly
2. Could end up paralyzing me, or make my pain even worse which would mean I would still have to see a pain management specialist.

• Option 2:) Pain management

Pros:

1. Will offer me some relief from the constant feeling of chain saws shredding my back and leg.

Cons:

1. Incredibly expensive.
2. Have to see a specialist every month.

So, I am left with a difficult choice here. I called the Department of Jobs and Family Services and told them that I need a medical card to see the pain management specialist, and they tell me “Oh sorry but your case is in appeal. You can bring down a copy of the MRI and it might help your case.”

Right now, I need to come up with $250 to see the pain management specialist. The government is like *pfft* sorry about your luck but we don’t care. So I really don’t know what to do. There are no charities that will assist patients with pain management. It’s humiliating when the government taxes you, yet when it comes time for them to take care of citizens it’s whoops sorry about your luck. Who comes up with these rules? It makes absolutely no sense to me.

I am still waiting to hear back from my social security case. It’s been years and I have gotten no where with that yet. I just cannot understand how our government can so blatantly disregard the welfare of it’s citizens.

So here I am with a disc putting pressure on my nerve which causes my leg to stop working, insane pain, and the government expects me to work. Yeah that’s not a hazard? Here let me help you with that *falls & gets ran over*. (Uncle Sam pops up “Sorry bout your luck.”)
